My bridal hair & makeup was STUNNING all thanks to Vanessa and the BB team!! They truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride and even brought tears to my eyes when I saw the final result! Vanessa and her team were recommended to me by another artist, and I am so beyond happy to have had them on my team this past Saturday. Amanda, Jamie, and Gabi are all masters of their craft - I had 11 women getting ready with me (a mix of hair, makeup, and both), and they gave each an incredible amount of time, detail, and effort. Beyond working with precision, they felt like a natural part of the getting ready process - we laughed and chatted with them all morning, keeping spirits high (but calm) in the lead up to my ceremony. My mom and I dont have a ton of hair, and Amanda gave us each so much volume that stayed all day. I couldn't help but say "wow" every time I looked at my friends, sister, mom, and myself thanks to Gabi and Jamie's makeup work! I'd recommend this team to anyone!

I got married on 10/10/24 and I was involve with mine, the MOB and MOH makeup. Vanessa took her time and understood my vision. I asked for a natural glam that would just enhance my facial features and make me look like the bride and she delivered!!! Honestly everything was perfect. Staff showed up on at despite it being and early start at 7 am. My mother, mother-in-law, bridesmaids and myself were all extremely happy with both hair and makeup. This was my second time using Beauty and the Blush. My SIL hired them for her wedding and they were nothing short of professional and amazing at their work! Fast forward two years later, I reached out to them to do my hair and makeup for my baby shower and it was the exact same experience. Vanessa was my MUA and knew right off the bat how to glam me, she read exactly what was in my mind. Jolie did my hair and it was AMAZING! There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Vanessa and her team are! From the moment I was booking up until my wedding day- any questions I had were answered! The trial was thorough and was followed up with to see how my hair and makeup lasted, made notes for any changes and provided me with links to buy the lip products and share with my bridesmaids for the day of my wedding! Day of my wedding I could not tell you how many people complimented my hair and makeup and how it lasted ALL DAY. From 8am-2am! This team was absolutely to die for. The environment was so comfortable and relax on such a stressful day, it was a great way to start the festivities. Absolutely one of the best vendor choices I made for my wedding. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were a blast at 7am in the morning! They were such a great group of women and made my wedding morning fun and special. I was looking for a more “glowy look” and I realized those looks don’t really last as long.. however, my makeup lasted the entire night (even with my crazy dance moves and sweaty head banging). It was the absolute perfect soft glam/glowy/bronzy look I could have ever asked for. All my bridesmaids/mothers were obsessed with their looks and everyone’s hair suited them perfectly. On top of all that, they were ahead of schedule which decreased my stress during the wedding morning. They had extra time planned for touch ups/questions/concerns/ and anything else we could have thought it. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat!

I had a wonderful experience working with Blush and the Beauty.  Vanessa was professional, accommodating, and very responsive. The client portal made it very easy to schedule the makeup and hair trial, make payments, upload hair and makeup inspo, and keep track of other important paperwork. I greatly appreciate her flexibility with changing plans and guidance about dealing with vendors. My bridal party and I had the pleasure of working with Siomara, Estrella, Jolie, and Diana. They were efficient, dedicated, and very talented.  Siomara and Estrella perfectly executed my vision for hair and makeup on the first try and were able to recreate it perfectly on the day of. The day of the wedding, Estrella and Jolie skillfully applied beautiful make-ups for a wide range of skin tones, ages, and personal tastes. Siomara was able to create gorgeous updos with shorter haircuts and a wide range of hair textures. Diana's assistance and taking behind the scene photos was so helpful.  Some of my favorite get-ready photos were taken by Diana. Most importantly, everyone was kind, understanding, and accommodating (even at 5am). Siomara, Estrella, Jolie, and Diana  truly went above and beyond before and on the day of the wedding.  I cannot express how appreciative myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother & mother-in-law are for their work.  

I used Beauty and the Blush for my recent engagement party. They did amazing, and the work was exactly what I imagined! They are very talented and know what they are doing. I’m not comfortable with makeup so I was a bit nervous at first, but they did exactly what I asked for and I loved the outcome! I felt very comfortable in my makeup and hair, and I got complimented all night. I’ve recommended other people to beauty and the blush for their events and they all loved how they looked. I recently hired Vanessa and her team for my wedding on April 12, 2024. Vanessa was very responsive leading up to the day and also very patient with me as we worked out exactly what I wanted for my makeup, doing multiple trials with me to get my makeup exactly as I wanted. The day of, her and her team were both professional and personable, adding a layer of ease and laughter to the day. I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair from my guests. Her team also worked within my normal makeup standards so that I felt comfortable in it all day. Vanessa also had great recommendations for products to add to my skincare routine leading up to my wedding day that I will continue to use as my skin vastly improved. Her team executed the services for my bridesmaids, brides-man, mother of the bride, and flower girls flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better team! 10/10 would book again.

I booked a hair and makeup session for my engagement photoshoot. They did an amazing job! The artist really listened to what my vision was and brought it to life. Definitely recommend.

Jocelyn was absolutely AMAZING and I cannot thank her enough for how beautiful she made me feel. I went for my trial at the studio and loved my hair and went back for a follow-up prior to my wedding to ensure the extensions matched my hair! Communication with Vanessa, the owner, was great. The day of, Jocelyn and her partner were on time and were able to do everyone's hair exactly how they wanted it! All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and mother in law were all raving about how great their hair looked! Even after standing in the wind and snow for hours taking photos, my hair held up! I cannot say enough good things about Beauty and the Blush. From the first time I reached out to inquire about their services through the wedding day, they were so accommodating, patient, and professional. Vanessa was so responsive and great about ensuring we all were prepared for the wedding day. I had my trial with Jocelyn and Yesenia and they were so thoughtful and collaborative in helping me find my perfect look. They also were open to any feedback I had and, while the trial hair and makeup itself was pretty much exactly what I wanted, they were so accompanying with any change I asked for on the day of the wedding. I had a last minute addition a week or so before the wedding and Vanessa was so flexible and updated the schedule immediately. We had 13 people get their hair and makeup done and the artists were all patient with each person and helped them figure out what might look good! They were all so kind and fun while being efficient and ensuring they took time at the end for touch ups for each person. Each person wanted different looks and the artists mastered all of them! Everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup and I would absolutely recommend them!

Vanessa was an absolute angel dealing with me for months about my wedding day, even leading up to a few days before. She is kind and so understanding. They did my hair/makeup trial and made me feel so incredibly comfortable because I had ideas but wasn't sure about how it would look altogether. Vanessa and her team are the absolute best! I hired them for my wedding after being in a friend's wedding who had used them also- and I am so glad that I did! Vanessa is super responsive and really cares about her clients. She was flexible and went out of her way to make my day special! Great price compared to others. They do an amazing job! From start to finish. I had Yesenia for make up and Siomara for hair and they did PERFECT! Had a trial about 9 months prior and they allowed me to make any changes if I wanted to. Hair and make up lasted all night!

I used Beauty and the Blush for my wedding on June 24, 2023 and Vanessa the owner was an absolute dream to work with! When looking for a makeup artist for the wedding I was very particular about who I chose as I wanted someone who would not only fit my vibe, but also do a good job on all the girls getting ready with me including my mother and mother-in-law. I looked for artists who did a wide variety of clients, different skin tones, both mature and young skin, and who made everyone look naturally enhanced, not like fake versions of themselves. From the first contact I had with Vanessa I knew I chose correctly. She was wonderfully professional, easy to communicate with, listened to me, and answered all my questions! Beauty and the Blush has such an easy, user-friendly portal they use to communicate with clients, collect payments, and send questionnaires to brides to get as much information as possible before the first trial. I did not have to worry about handling any cash day off, all payments and tips were done through the portal which made the morning of the wedding stress free and easy. Her studio in NJ is so cute and professional, and it was a great place for the makeup trial with everything you need to make you feel comfortable and confident in your artist. Vanessa paired me up with Estrella as my makeup artist and she was a DOLL! She was so sweet, totally saw my vision, tweaked what I asked her to, and made me look amazing. I left feeling so beautiful and excited for the big day. I brought my mom with me to the trial and both Vanessa and Estrella were so easy to talk to and made us feel so welcomed. You definitely want to work with people who you vibe with and their vibes were 10/10 The morning of the wedding was so wonderful. Estrella was right on time, came super prepared and everyone loved their makeup! I couldn't believe how beautiful she made everyone look and feel. Vanessa & Cheyenne totally killed it! At both my hair trial and day of the wedding, they were so easy to work with, personable, knowledgeable, organized and talented. JUST BOOK VANESSA AND GABY!! But if you want a more detailed reason, here it is. To start Vanessa was so easy to work with. She responds to emails faster than any vendor I worked with for my wedding and was always polite, helpful and no nonsense (which I love!). She was so excellent with helping me put together my morning of wedding schedule, which was something I was dreading. My makeup trial with Vanessa was also excellent. She is easy to talk to and made me feel instantly comfortable. The day I did my makeup trial I was already so pleased and walked around the rest of the day feeling like a freaking super model! Now for the actual wedding day! Wow is the only word I can say to describe Vanessa and Gaby. They made myself, my bridesmaids and my family feel so comfortable. There was so much laughter and just good times while we were getting ready, it seriously felt like we had two more friends joining in on the fun. Not only that but they made all of us feel absolutely stunning with our makeup!!! The makeup was exactly what I wanted and lasted all night through lots of tears, dancing and an outdoor wedding. They were so open to feedback/ comments and I felt I could be completely honest and open. I am so glad that I chose Beauty and the Blush to provide onsite hair and makeup for my wedding. It was really helpful to have a bridal trial with Vanessa the makeup artist and Lizbeth the hairstylist because it made it a lot less stressful to discover a look that worked best for me long before the wedding. Vanessa and Lizbeth were so patient and professional and they did such a wonderful job for me and my bridesmaids. I felt like a princess on my wedding day!

Working with Vanessa and the Beauty & the Blush team was a pleasure! Vanessa is a professional through and through. Absolutely phenomenal work! I did not realize I needed to book hair and makeup up to 6 months in advance and truly got very lucky when I asked if they were available on my wedding date which was only about 3 weeks away. Vanessa really guided me through the process and fit me in for a trail run as well. I honestly came in without actually knowing what I wanted, but while working with Vanessa, Siomara for hair, and Jolie for makeup we were able to nail down the perfect look. I showed them my dress, my makeup idea (I wanted a fairy type of vibe), and informed them that the wedding would be in a garden so I wanted something to go along with all of these factors. Siomara suggested wearing my hair down and incorporated my hair piece beautifully. My hair stayed intact pretty much the entire night without any issues (close to 10 hours). Jolie's makeup skills are amazing she really gave me the look I was hoping to have. I got so many compliments on my makeup and hair. Both aspects came out beautifully and photographed so well. I am so grateful that I found this team every single one of them is amazing and I would give 100 stars if I could.

Beauty and the Blush was absolutely amazing for my wedding!! Vanessa was professional, prompt at getting back to me, and overall great to work with. Steph did hair and Eirini did makeup, and I can only say wonderful things about the both of them!! Steph nailed exactly what I was looking for with my hair at my trial and on my wedding day. My curls stayed all day and I never had to worry about them. I was nervous about getting my makeup done at my trial because I never had before, and I don’t wear a lot of makeup normally. Eirini listened closely to what I asked and was able to make me look and feel beautiful without putting pounds and pounds of makeup on my face. She knew exactly what I wanted even though I barely knew myself! My makeup also stayed on all day, despite all the tears and sweat I went through. Both ladies were incredibly sweet and personable, which made it lovely to spend the day with them as I got ready for my wedding with my bridal party. All of the ladies looked beautiful and loved their hair and makeup!

My sister has autism and the hair and makeup team were so considerate in working with her to ensure that she was comfortable and treated well. I used Beauty and the Blush for my wedding and they were amazing! Right from the beginning Vanessa was so helpful and answered all of my questions so quickly. I had added services multiple times throughout the planning process and she adjusted my schedule each time within minutes. They did mine, my bridesmaids, mother of bride and mother of groom hair and makeup and everyone felt so beautiful. My hair and makeup stayed perfect all night, which was over 12 hours. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

The girls were amazing! Major shoutout to Estrella and Siomara for making me feel so beautiful!! I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup. It stayed so well the whole night. I literally only touched up once at like 9 and only bc I was sweating lol thank you for everything!!

I had a fairly large group of ladies getting both hair and makeup services done and this team not only SLAYED all inspo looks selected by each lady, they were also very professional and prompt finishing all services with a whole hour to spare in my timeline to take pictures and have fun with my girls before heading down the aisle! I first met Vanessa and her team when I was a bridesmaid in 2018. When I got engaged I knew I needed to book them right away! My bridesmaids all had different hair textures and skin colors, and everybody felt comfortable and looked amazing!!

Beauty and the Blush team was amazing!!! From the initial point of contact to the day of my wedding, communication was always the best. I had such a pleasant experience! I ended up making some changes to what I wanted from my initial hair and makeup trial but the girls really came through and gave me the ultimate glam look on my wedding day! I felt like such a queen and my look stood the test of time till the end of the night! That’s with us having an outdoor ceremony in the middle of June, and dancing the entire night away! Recommend! Vanessa was great to work with for planning in advance, answering all our questions promptly. Gaby (makeup) and Karla (hair) both did a fabulous job on my self, my mom, and mother in law. They arrived on time, finished early, listened to what we each wanted, and adjusted as they went based on our preferences. I was really happy with Karla being able to style my natural curls (and beautifully!) and Gaby making me feel pretty and "done up" with makeup, but not over the top, being someone who wears little to no makeup most days! I hired Beauty and the Blush to do hair and makeup for my 6 bridesmaids, mom, mother in law and friend. Vanessa was super helpful and responsive in answering all of my questions and making adjustments when I had to add/remove people. These women are amazing! Working with Vanessa and the amazing artists was such an amazing experience! I had the pleasure of working with Karla yesterday for my wedding and she was AMAZING! I don't usually wear makeup so I was bit nervous getting my makeup done for such a big occasion but she listened to all of my feedback and everything I wanted and It surpassed any expectations. I felt like myself just way better! I cannot stress enough how great of a job she did on my hair and makeup I truly felt like a princess. These girls are the BEST! They are professional, work fast but are meticulous, and kind! Vanessa their team lead is so extremely responsive. She would answer my emails at all different times in the day so quickly and always made me feel calm that my hair and makeup would be perfect on my wedding day. I originally only hired them for hair and a separate vendor for makeup. When my first vendor for makeup didn’t turn out to be what I had hoped, only 4 months out from my wedding Vanessa quickly changed up the plan and had 12 peoples makeup covered for my big day. They know what they are doing and you can be confident that you and your girls will look perfect. All my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning for 12+ hours makeup & hair did not budge, and they were all super happy with the way they looked. You will not regret using Beauty & The Blush!!!

I had 8 people in my wedding party. my mother and my MIL get their make up and hair done. I had Jenifer & Nevina for hair and Karla & Yesenia for makeup. I spoke mostly with Vanessa who was wonderful and helpful with the whole process. Beauty & the Blush is absolutely amazing. My guests were complimenting everyones hair and make up all day and night.
