What really stood out to me was her attention to detail and how realistic and thoughtful she was when helping us choose our hairstyles. She understands that every person's hair is different and doesn't just show you a picture and promise that it will look the same. My hair is VERY thin, for example, and she was realistic about what would work for my hair texture while showing me styles that would actually complement it. She has an incredible portfolio and can accomplish so many different looks, particularly with her attention to detail when it comes to braids, curls, and intricate styles.
All of my bridesmaids had different hairstyles, and every single one turned out beautifully. Everyone was so happy with their hair, and Natalia somehow managed to make each look feel completely individual while still fitting together perfectly.
On top of being incredibly talented, Natalia was extremely responsive and so easy to work with. By the end of the day, she genuinely felt like family. She brought such a warm and comfortable energy to the morning, and I feel so lucky that she was part of our wedding. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

She is not shy to give her honest opinion, based on many years of professional experience, on whether a certain style is feasible for your hair thickness/type, which I appreciated. She is also very flexible in trying variations on a style to find what works. She was able to take my vision for my bridal hair and adapt it to suit my hair type and overall look. My hair is pretty fine and thin, but she managed to make it look so thick! Also, when the hairpiece I bought wasn't cooperating, she supplied her own pearl pins to help me get the look I wanted.
