Joanie and the team at Beauty Bar & Boutique were incredible! They were professional, punctual, and created a calm, fun atmosphere on my wedding day. Joanie perfectly brought my vision to life, and my hair and makeup stayed flawless all day. The entire bridal party looked stunning, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Highly recommend their services!

They traveled out to my venue. Brought a team of 3 who were all able to help get myself and my bridal party and family ready with plenty of time before the wedding.

I had both my wedding hair and make up, as well as my entire bridal parties hair and make up done by Beauty Bar & Boutique and it was by far the best experience I could have imagined. My hair normally never holds a curl and Joanie made sure that it would stay curled all night. My make up was done by Sue and it turned out absolutely perfect. She made sure that it didn’t feel cakey and stayed on my face the entire night. Joanie, Sue, and Christal filled the bridal room with such positive energy and happiness which helped make my day even more magical. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for hair or make up services. Worth every penny!

I made the absolute best decision to hire these ladies for my bridal hair and makeup. They made myself and my entire bridal party look AMAZING. For my trial hair and makeup I went to their salon and they made me feel right at home. I had the entire salon to myself! They created exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience special. The day of the wedding they showed up right on time to the hotel. They gave advice to my bridal party on how to do their hair and makeup and made everyone look gorgeous. I was obsessed with my hair and makeup and felt so beautiful the entire day. The best part was these ladies personalities!!!! Kept the day fun and made us all laughing through the entire experience. You won’t regret hiring them.

I had this company do my bridal party hair and makeup in June 2023. The ladies that work there do an impeccable job. They spent so much time on my hectic wedding day making sure my bridesmaids and I felt beautiful. They took their time, were very detail oriented, and were so kind and sweet. I highly recommend them and I’m so grateful for all their amazing work!

All the ladies the beauty bar and boutique are the best. They make me look so beautiful my husband loved it my hair my makeup. I loved it. I was a first time bride never did anything like that before even for someone else. All new and they made just very injoyable for me. Also made me feel very comfortable. I had the most wonderful group of ladies come on sight to do hair and makeup services for 8 people. While being professional, they read the room well enough to know that we were a rowdy and fun group that needed stylists on our level. They met all of my expectations and beyond! Can't say enough about how wonderful Kate and team were. From my trial to the morning of my wedding, they were sooooo fun and made me and my family/bridal party feel like a million bucks. They made us look great and feel great in the process - from their hilarious conversation to endless compliments to their way with hair and makeup. I've never felt so pretty in my entire life, and all of us agreed they were amazing. Kate was also so easy to work with - both organized and flexible. I'd recommend them a thousand times over. Whether we had a clear vision for what we wanted to look like or weren't sure, the experience and end result was beautiful.

This team is awesome! I was my sister’s MOH, and Kate and Crystal did hair for the bride and all the bridemaids as we were getting ready. I can’t recommend them enough! They made the process seamless and fun, and when they were finished, all of us 6 girls had AMAZING styles for the day that held up in the July humidity perfectly. They set up on-site at my parents’ house where we were getting ready, and they were a total blast to work with. I can’t take credit for booking them for my sister’s big day, (the bride did!), but I still wanted to leave a review so brides in the future will know to look no further…do yourself a favor and book with Beauty Bar & Boutique.

Our wedding was earlier this year and Joanie, along with all of her staff, was great to work with. The communication was stellar throughout and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day!

It was truly fate that I met Joanie. I was having breakfast with one of my oldest friends at The Breakfast Club when Joanie overheard me talking about my daughter's upcoming wedding at Waldon Woods. She was so sweet and she was wearing her Beauty bar coat! I asked if I could take photo! I ended up calling Joanie a couple of months later and booking her for my daughter's wedding. We did the bridal package and my daughter, who is VERY picky, was able to do a trial before the actual wedding. Then when the momentous day arrived, Joanie and Katie came out to the location and did a fantastic job with all the girls and ME, the mother of the bride. Seriously, our makeup was flawless. Joanie even packed a small touch up lip color for us! Joanie is so kind and so knowledgeable. Katie did our hair and WOW....PERFECT! Our makeup and hair lasted all night! So worth it!

These ladies were so beyond amazing on my wedding day. They not only made us look amazing, but were so fun to be with that they made me feel completely at ease during a very stressful day. Kate and team are AMAZING! They are so good at what they do and made my entire wedding party look and feel so beautiful. We appreciated the energy they brought to our wedding morning - they hyped us up and kept everyone laughing and stress-free as we got ready. I did a trial before the wedding and they nailed the look I wanted immediately, but I have no doubt that if there was anything I wasn't happy with they would have worked with me until I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond for my girls - one of the bridesmaids mentioned as she was getting her hair styled wedding morning that she thought it would look better if she had bangs. Kate whips out some scissors and gives her bangs to complete the look (and still stays totally on schedule). Would recommend working with this team to anyone!

Kate and the team at Beauty Bar Boutique were the ultimate glam squad, hype crew and dream team on my big day. I planned my wedding from another state and had no association with the company before an introductory zoom call. Kate’s discussion of style and assurance that they never leave a bride, MOB, MOH, etc. until they are 100% satisfied sold me. And on top of that, their online portal made it a breeze to manage my inspiration images and the payment process for all of the women in our bridal party who elected to get services. (At least a dozen women had hair or makeup done.) I opted for a trial before the wedding day and am glad I did. It meant that the vision was totally locked in so that the morning of, there wasn’t a doubt in my mind that I would look and feel my best. Kate and her team bring the most positive vibes into your space, elevating your look but also the energy of the morning. We all requested a natural, yet elevated “glam” look - and they hit the mark. I felt so confident and knew that my groom would love it (he did!). The team showed up on time, with great products and lighting. It speaks to their work and efficiency that they were able to accommodate women in my bridal party who had not signed up for services and, on the spot, wanted to get them done. Hire this group! You won’t regret it.

Kate and her team were rockstars! She did my sister’s hair and makeup trial for the engagement photo shoot. Kate was so much fun to chat with while she did her work. She also colored my sister’s, mom’s, and my hair right before the wedding. We each loved our color! Even my 3 year old son, whom is terrified of hair cuts, got his hair cut by her. She recommended having him stand up and it helped out so much! On the wedding day, Sue, who was so sweet and laid back, did our makeup and accommodated everything we asked for. Kate and Crystal styled hair and did an amazing job on the entire bridal party. My sister’s hair was, by far, my favorite. I’ve never seen her look as beautiful as she did on her wedding day. The wonderful ladies at Beauty Bar and Boutique made us feel loved and like family rather than just clients. They were so efficient that we even had a little bit of extra down time before photos. Thank you lovely ladies for pampering us and making us all so gorgeous on my sister’s important day.

I can't say enough about the Beauty Bar and Boutique! The team was absolutely amazing and all of my bridal party ladies were very impressed and loved their hair and makeup. Everyone complemented my look all night and afterwards as well. They were all super upbeat and positive the entire time, and even took extra time to help sew a ripped dress - which was not required at all. I HIGHLY recommend them for any event!

I can't say enough good things about these ladies. My wedding planner referred me to Joanie at the Beauty Bar & Boutique after my initial salon fell through. In total, there were 6 of us getting hair & makeup. Making the initial deposit and signing the contract were very easy, Joanie & Kate were in contact with me regularly leading up to my wedding day, and they answered all of my questions (even sometimes responding late at night!). On my wedding day, 4 stylists showed up right on time and set everything up very quickly. All 6 of us had our hair and makeup done within 2 hours. One of the bridesmaids only planned on getting her hair done, but needed her makeup done last minute and they accommodated us, no problem. These ladies were also so fun to work with!!! We were all so impressed with how our hair and makeup turned out. I'm not one to do much with my hair or makeup, and they did a FANTASTIC job "glamming" me up while still making sure I look like myself. I wish I could give them 10/5 stars. They were phenomenal. Thank you!!

If I could give them 1000 stars I would. Not only was the hair and makeup they did amazing, they were the nicest group of people we have met. Kate, Crystal and Sue were so sweet and lovely. They continually complemented and hyped up myself (the Bride), mothers of the bride and groom and my bridal party. It was so nice starting off the Wedding day chatting and laughing with them. They were timely, professional, well set up and accommodating. I appreciated that they wanted to work with us and not at us. After my trial I wanted a few things changed and they were happy to make the adjustments and work with me so that I felt beautiful and comfortable. They did that with all my bridesmaids too who wanted their makeup and hair in certain ways. In short, they are amazing. 100% book them. You won't go wrong. I am so grateful they shared their talents with us!

If you want to have the most fun wedding morning AND look absolutely stunning on your big day, then Beauty Bar and Boutique is the place for you! They had me and my girls laughing and smiling so much the morning of, and everyone left feeling like a million bucks. Both hair and makeup held up through the heat and lots of dancing so well. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.

It was great working with Beauty Bar and Boutique. They listened to what I asked for, and their online portal made it very easy to track invoices and payments. There could have been better communication between booking and the day of, but they showed up early on the day and had perfectly calculated the amount of time and people we would need. The ladies and I all looked and felt beautiful, and the makeup and hair lasted all day. Jade and Kate were very fun and everything turned out just lovely.

Our wedding was quite a distance away from their home base, and the Owner was on the spot, timely and even took on extra bridal guests. These ladies were so much fun. They did such an amazing job on my hair, my bridesmaids, and the moms! They were so accommodating to my mother in law who has a hard time staying awake and they were able to do so much for her.

Kate and her crew were absolutely amazing! They made me and all of my bridesmaids look fabulous. The airbrushed make up looked great. And let me just say, for a girl with some pretty serious acne scarring, I wanted to make sure it would be covered all day long. and it was! I felt so confident in my skin! Also, the best part is even though I didn't pay for the after ceremony touch ups, they still gave me my own little container of the lipstick used so I could touch up if I needed. And on top of allllllll of that - they were a freaking blast to hang out with! It felt like a party the moment they stepped into my home, they brought life and excitement and gassed all of us up. If I ever need any beauty services again, I would 10/10 be using Beauty Bar & Botutique.

My hair (the bride) was better then I ever could of imagine! They even finished ahead of our timeline and we were able to have more time for photos! Kate and her team are literally the best humans. We had a covid wedding in 2020 and hooked Kate literally like a month before. We are a lesbian couple and could not feel anymore comfortable. They also have a very diverse team! We actually now see her for our normal hair appointments and she is literally our best friend! I have never felt as comfortable with any other stylist! Book with beauty bar you will not regret it!

Kate and her team were top notch! My hair and makeup was perfect the entire night, barely any curls lost any volume! They were so fun to work with and Kate is truly an artist with both hair and makeup. She totally captures my vision and made me look absolutely perfect!

Joanie is amazing! Not only does she make you look absolutely gorgeous but she’s a hilarious person as well! Not once did I feel out of place or awkward like how some stylists make me feel. She was always very talkative and friendly from my hair/makeup trial, my hair coloring appointment, my spray tan, to the actual wedding date! Her salon was available for my whole bridal party to get ready and dressed at so that’s also a bonus! I can honestly say that I will go NO WHERE else other than Beauty Bar & Boutique for all my future hair/makeup needs. Even my (first) spray tanning experience was amazing! I looked like I just got home from vacation. I’ll definitely be a regular from here on out!

I cannot say enough good things about the Beauty Bar team! After changing our date 3 times (due to Covid), including a venue change, Kate was so positive and understanding! Every time I talked to her I felt so much better, and she always gave great ideas and made me feel better. The day of my wedding I had my hair and make up done along with 4 bridesmaids and my mom. Kate, Joanie and Crystal did an amazing job! They were timely but paid attention to detail and listened to what we wanted. My mom had never had her hair or makeup done and was super nervous about looking too done-up, and ended up loving what they did. I can’t imagine a better experience! They also helped me put extensions in my hair, which turned out amazing and the curl lasted all night- I received so many compliments! They also were very careful about Covid, wearing masks the entire time, using hand sanitizer and cleaning throughout, I would definitely book them again. Thanks ladies!!

Kate and her team were the absolute best!! As with most weddings in 2020, I had multiple date changes, venue changes, service changes, etc and none of that phased them. They arrived early, kept to a schedule, were super organized, and most of all were soooo fun! It was like I had invited an extra 5 friends to get ready with us! They really went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable and beautiful!! Most importantly, hair and make up ended at 10am and our day ended 14hrs later with everyone still looking just as perfect as they had left us! I am so grateful to have had Kate on my vendor team!

After doing a Trial with them for my bridal shower, they really nailed what I needed so well that (my now) Husband was crying all morning about how beautiful I was. Beauty Bar & Boutique did an AMAZING JOB with our wedding party (including my mother :P) I was nervous when selecting someone for hair and make up .....not knowing anyone who did hair & make up and making this decision as the bride for all the girls made me nervous! Erin instantly eased my worries ! She was easy to communicate with via text and email and we scheduled a trial run for me and my mother. The first bridal trial for my hair was a flop - it was a miserable rainy day and my hair is impossibly straight so despite their best efforts it was flat in an hour - I immediately texted Erin and we scheduled a second trial. The 2nd trial my hair turned out perfect. Day of the wedding my hair and make up were flawless -just absolutely gorgeous :D The things I knew I wanted for wedding day hair & makeup were not to be in some random person's dirty basement, for the hair/makeup to be done expertly yet quickly for multiple girls, and not put us behind schedule (prior wedding I had been a MOH in went this way and set a rushed panicked & hectic tone for the morning of my best friend's wedding --NOT what I wanted at all!) I chose BB&B because (on top of meeting all of the above things) for a small fee they came out to us! I did not want the stress of having to drive around the morning of the wedding. The girls arrived at our hotel room and were even there 15 minutes early! They kept us on schedule and with their fantastic and fun personalities we had a very enjoyable morning "getting ready." Everyone's hair and make up turned out great and held up throughout the day :D All of my girls (and even my mother! ;D ) were happy with their hair & makeup :) Payments were all done ahead of time electronically and their online page was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Beauty Bar & Boutique to any Bride to be!

Beauty Bar was fantastic! They were kind and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous going into my trial but I knew right away that I made the right decision. They were easy to talk to and flexible with ideas. They even allowed me to schedule a trial for my mom. I like the different package options they offer as well. Mainly because I switched to a lighter shade of lip color and probably wouldn’t have if I didn’t have a trial first. They are professional, fun, and easy to talk to. I booked makeup last and they were able to make it work! I felt like the best version of myself once they were done which is exactly what I wanted!
