Jo because I'd read and heard such amazing things - all of which were true. From the beginning, she was incredibly organized and communicative, always responding within a few hours with any questions I had. When I first met Billie Jo at my trial, I was comforted by her warmth and inviting personality; she instantly felt like a friend. We worked together to really bring my makeup vision to life, and she listened intently to any changes I wanted, never making me feel uncomfortable to speak up if I wanted to change something, which is something I sometimes struggle with. My favorite part about working with Billie Jo, however, was her ability to put my mind at ease leading up to the wedding and especially the day of. We had a very big wedding party and an early start for a 12:00 PM ceremony and the way the morning moved so effortlessly from start to finish was truly impressive. Everyone loved their makeup, and I loved getting ready with everyone; it was one of my favorite parts of the entire day. Knowing you are hiring someone on your wedding day that you can trust and who will put you first is truly so important and Billie Jo embodied that. It was such an easy decision to work with her and I'm so grateful she is who I chose. My makeup looked absolutely flawless, and I got so many compliments on my makeup from my bridesmaids and my wedding guests. It stayed on all night too! It was obvious she doesn't mess around with makeup. Throughout the wedding and reception, many people complimented our makeup (and how well it stayed until the last dance). As I look at pictures now, I still can't believe I actually looked that good. Not only is Billie Jo's makeup an absolute dream, but working with her was smooth sailing from day one. uch, if any, makeup. I highly recommend doing a makeup trial. The trial was a success, because although the bride though she wanted a natural look, she came home from the trial wanting more. Come to find out she didn't want the natural look at all, but just didn't want go over the top, and still wanted to look like herself. Billie Jo suggested she find photos of what she wanted. The color palette and style she ended up with was gorgeous and glamourous. Billie Jo did all seven bridesmaids and myself, the mother of the bride. Each girl looked stunning and unique. And for myself, a woman in her 60s, I was told I looked at least 10 years younger. Who doesn't want that? It was my first time having someone do air-brush and eyelashes. I wasn't overdone, the makeup held all day, and no black circles from happy tears. Thank you Billie Jo, for making our day so much more beautiful. I highly recommend Billie Jo. She really got it right! And she is a sweetheart as well, we really enjoyed working with her. You will love her!
