I cannot say enough wonderful things about the ladies at EM Bridal. Weddings are already hard, but I chose to make things super hard by getting married cross-country while living o...
n the east coast. That meant booking most of my vendors, including hair & makeup, without meeting them in-person. From the get-go, the ladies at EM Bridal were so attentive to my needs and speedy to reply. I was at my wit’s end when I contacted them. I originally wanted to do my own hair & makeup and quickly gave up. It is NOT my forte. I booked for a bridal trial, bridal hair & makeup, and hair & makeup for 7 bridesmaids. The trial with Kait & Kaitlyn was AMAZING. I immediately knew I made the right decision. The airbrushing techniques they use produce such a smooth, natural look without being cakey. They listened to my concerns, documented what I liked, and were able to replicate it on the big day. They arrived early with a team of 4: Kait, Kaitlyn, Malia, and Austin. The second they arrived, I was able to relax. I didn’t have a proper bridal suite, but they were able to divide, conquer, and cycle through my wedding party. We were all done in about 3 hours. Everyone was delighted with how they looked and felt. We got compliments on hair and makeup all night long. I can’t thank EM Bridal and their incredible artists enough!!
I'm so happy I chose Beauty by Elizabeth Marie as my hair & makeup team on my wedding day. The team responded timely to my emails, and Kait and Kaitlynn did an amazing job with my ...
hair and makeup. I loved the airbrush technique and they matched the foundation to my skin tone perfectly. Both my hair and makeup lasted the entire day, and I felt beautiful. Would highly recommend!
I didn’t have much experience with Elizabeth directly other than through email, but she was so friendly and helpful! She was so quick to respond to any questions I had. And she rea...
lly knows how to pick amazing ladies to be on her team. I had Carla and Tamara for my wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. They were so sweet and funny and incredibly talented! The bridesmaids and the moms looked beautiful and felt comfortable - even those that don’t wear makeup often. I felt so special having my hair and makeup done as well. I’m so happy my photographer recommended Beauty by Elizabeth Marie.
I cannot say enough about how amazing Elizabeth & her team are! I was searching for the best vendors for our elopement at Diablo Lake and I am so happy I found her! She gave me th...
e exact boho look I was hoping for and the make up was flawless without a trial and she worked with minimal inspiration from my end! Erika from her team styled my hair in the most magical way and I am beyond over the moon with how everything turned out! Beyond being amazing artists they are so friendly, accommodating and you can tell they are passionate about what they do!
I would 100% recommend EM Bridal Team for your wedding!
Forever grateful for such a great experience

ou want, will give you advice if you don't know, and ensures that you look like you!
Although Elizabeth and I discussed the look at my trial, I appreciated that Elizabeth asked me in front of the bridal party what the look was for the day, so everyone was on the same page without me looking like a complete control freak.
Elizabeth covered up the tattoo on my back that just barely showed through the lace (showed through enough to think maybe there was a stain or something). Somehow the airbrush did not wear off on my dress and no one even remembered there was a tattoo back there!
If you are spending money on a good photographer and/or videographer you should spend the money to make sure your makeup will radiate through the images - and for that you need airbrush.
I recommend that you get the package with derma planning. If you haven't done derma planning before you don't know how awesome it is to have that peach fuzz gone. AND if not having that peach fuzz on your face for those close up pictures isn't enough of a reason to get the dermaplanning package, the extra hour with Elizabeth getting pampered before your big day is. Elizabeth has a TON of wedding experience, and she wants you to talk through the details with her.
Elizabeth, and her team, are a calming force whose work stays true throughout the hustle and bustle of the day.
Elizabeth and her team for hair and makeup were amazing!

rganized and on-the-ball about getting the makeup trial scheduled so we could explore options for the big day.
My bridesmaids and I had such a fun time with Elizabeth and her crew, it definitely was the perfect start to the wedding day. Her team doesn’t just help you look amazing, but also gets you feeling amazing with all the joy they bring for the special day.
Our wedding day was a full day event with the ceremony in the early afternoon, a cocktail hour and dinner reception later. We needed to start getting ready at 8 am, and I wanted to make sure that our makeup would last all day. Elizabeth and her team are punctual and efficient so we had plenty of time to get ready and it was perfect how well the airbrush makeup stayed all night (even through tears) and didn’t feel heavy. The quality was well worth the investment. Elizabeth did an amazing job finding a balance of glam to stand out on this big day and staying true to my natural look and personality. I had so many compliments from guests and our wedding pictures look wonderful! Elizabeth is a true joy and I’m so happy to have worked with her!
Elizabeth was amazing & I was extremely grateful that she did my makeup for my wedding!! I am not one that wears a lot of makeup to begin with and she did an amazing job to make me...
look natural! I am glad that I chose to do airbrush makeup as well because it looked great all night long!! It also made the day less stressful with Elizabeth coming to Semiahmoo to do the makeup for my bridal party!! (It would have been a lot more stressful if we were offsite!)
I could probably go on for 2 full pages of why Elizabeth is awesome, but I'll keep this brief! Elizabeth has an incredible gift for making you look and, more importantly, FEEL beau...
tiful. I was a little nervous to try airbrush since I had heard some horror stories, but I am a huge believer in it now. It truly doesn't feel like you're wearing anything, and Elizabeth does a killer job of blending and matching tones flawlessly. It was toasty the day of my wedding and I was all over the place/dance floor... but my makeup stayed put through tears, late night pierogies, and all. In addition to being a literal wizard with makeup, she is an absolute gem of a human and brings the most calming energy. She also has referrals for amazing hair stylists, so it was a ton of fun having a glam squad who were friends with one another. Also worth noting: I had bags under my eyes the size of suitcases the day of, and she MAGICALLY covered them up. If you're even remotely on the fence, just go with her- I promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you, Elizabeth!
Streets of Gold did our wedding hair and make up and we couldn't have dreamt up anything better! Elizabeth and Erika are amazing to work with and their golden hearts shine through....
My girls and I had so much fun getting all dolled up, and Elizabeth was available throughout our wedding planning to answer any and all questions. They gave me the sweetest goody bag full of touch up supplies and made sure each girl was in love with their final look. I can't recommend them any higher!!
Elizabeth Marie is an exceptional, hard to find jewel of a makeup artists in Whatcom County. I would highly recommend her to any bride and bridal party. Not only was her ability ...
and knowledge impressive, most importantly, she listened to me and made adjustments as I requested, and did not try and talk me into anything less than what would make ME feel beautiful on my special day. I loved her use of soft glam technique, so I appeared natural and myself, but at my best! She also made my entire bridal party look beautiful!
Thank you Elizabeth!
Elizabeth has such a talent for makeup. She truly listened to what I wanted and was extremely versatile. Both on my wedding day and during my trial she made changes on the spot, I ...
would have anticipated affecting the rest of my makeup, but she did it flawlessly. She's so sweet and really understanding of any feedback. Not to mention she covered up a blemish I got on the day of (and was so self conscious of) to the point where it was practically non existent. Love her!
