My first email/text correspondence was met with excitement on her availability and willingness to be a part of our day and so I sent her the requested bridal packet I completed with all of my information so that she could draw up a formal invoice to secure my date. A week and a half went by and I had still not received a reply about the invoice or packet. I didn't want to be a "bridezilla" so I kindly asked if there was any additional information that she needed from me to get going. Another week later and I still had not received a reply. She ghosted me and it left me feeling very discouraged. A few days later, I finally had to just let her know that I needed to make other plans. TO this day, I have not heard back from her after sending her the contract/packet via email. Thankfully, I have a mom that reminds me that God's got this and He knows our hearts and I just recently booked with the Naturally Flawless and have had ZERO trouble with communication. I'm not sure if there was something personal going on in her life or what not, but I still think it is professional to let your clients know what's going on. I would not recommend this vendor.

hair perfect on the wedding day no matter what. On the big day, she showed up perfectly on time with all of her tools and got right to work. She made my hair very "boho" which is exactly what I was going for. She even did my daughter's hair in a beautiful half up half down braid style. I got SO many compliments on my hair! I felt like a princess on my big wedding day and I am so thankful that I hired her. I recommend her if you are looking for someone very down to earth and organized! Long story short- after weeks of ghosting me, I moved onto using another MUAH artist because these things book up quickly. Great hairstylist but very unresponsive.

absolutely loved her work! When I met her at my trial for my bridals I told her I wanted a loose up-do with a braid and she could play with it from there. She asked about my dress so she could get a vision and she did amazing! The day of the wedding I told her I wanted the same for myself, then all of my girls would be half up-half down with a braid. I absolutely loved the different looks she gave everyone!

I hesitantly sent a second email ( not wanting to seem like THAT bride) kindly asking if there was any additional information that she needed. Another week later and I still had not received a reply. This made me feel extremely discouraged as I was unsure if it was because I was not intending on spending a lot of money having the full wedding party (i.e. flower girls, MOB, MOG...) makeup and hair done (just four bridesmaids). I finally had to give up my plan and look towards other vendors. Thankfully I was able to book with the Beauty Lounge and had no trouble with communication.
I'm not sure if this was just bad luck or timing on my end, but hopefully it is not the same with other brides.

curly, soft hair so I am always worried stylists will give it a poor cut. It was a thoughtful shampoo, cut, and style. She was talkative, positive, relatable, and seemed genuinely excited about my wedding. I received compliments on my hair all day! I felt so good!
I was nervous to have someone provide hair/makeup services for myself and close friends and family on such a big day. Having someone share hours with you on an important day is an invitation to a very emotional moment. Having met Emily, I am so excited she will be delivering such talented services on my wedding day! I can't wait for my bridesmaids to meet her. I know they will love her skill and personality as much as I do!
