She was on time, responded to messages in a timely manner, and is incredibly talented. She did hair/make up for my friends wedding, I was the MOH. No one in the bridal party wears a lot of make up, so everyone was a little nervous it would be too heavy. I feel like Kara did an amazing job applying make up that lasted without feeling too heavy. It was comfortable to wear all day (I was in it for over 12hrs), and it lasted all day! I felt like I still looked like myself in the mirror too hehe. If you are looking for a hair/make up artist in SoCal I HIGHLY recommend Kara. You will be happy you did. 💖

We did a trial a few weeks before the wedding, and both my husband and I were really excited with how it turned out. On the day of, Kara was so friendly to my family and friends while getting us glammed up for the event. My husband said the first look of me walking down the aisle took his breath away. We were both impressed that my makeup stayed perfect throughout the 100 degree SoCal day and throughout our reception. She remembered every detail, down to hair pins I had wanted to use but forgot at the trial, and checked every detail again to ensure I was happy with the result. Personally, Kara is kind and funny, so she helped a lot with the nerves associated with all of the moving parts behind a wedding. I will be going to her again anytime I need hair or makeup for an event. Thank you, Kara!!!
