Eluvi’s love for all-things makeup started when she began working a part-time job at a beauty counter. Over time, she dedicated herself to expanding her skills and knowledge before turning her passion into her profession. She has now operated Beauty By Luvi for over six years and loves being a part of every special day.
Beauty By Luvi is available to provide on-location makeup services to groups and individual clients throughout Southern Utah and beyond. huge for me after trying to get estimates and availability answers from other vendors was not easy...Not everyone would respond in a timely manner or they were not available. I was nervous having not had a trail done but Luvi is so good at what she does that I was very happy with the results.

o unmasked clients, and we were surprised that someone in her profession would risk the health and safety of her clients. By any moral standard, she has a duty to disclose her vaccination status, so that prospective clients can make informed decisions about how much risk they want to assume when retaining her services. But her unwillingness to get vaccinated and protect her clients isn't the bad part. When we politely asked for a refund of the deposit, she refused to refund the money and then said we have no legal recourse to get our deposit back. So please be aware that she 1) Luvi isn't vaccinated against COVID-19, and 2) will steal your money if you decide that you would rather not put your wedding party at risk. Absolutely shameful and unethical business practices. Not only is she a potential public health risk, but she engages in super shady business practices. Stay far away.
