Melissa's experience, while working at MAC, has given her the education in beauty she needs to help her clients look and feel beautiful. In her 5 plus years working with the company, she has had the honor of working several events, including Weddings, Sweet Sixteens, Proms, Baby Photo shoots and more. Her experience was recognized and she was even asked to work backstage at Broadway Bares, a burlesque show at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. Her experience backstage has improved her ability to work under pressure, while still having an upbeat attitude. Melissa has also had the privilege of working alongside celebrity makeup artist Ashlee Glazer, allowing her to learn different techniques, several methods for creating various makeup looks and many other tricks of the trade.

My first impression of her was based on her website, which I thought was great, and it seemed like she was confident, experienced and took pride in her business. All other makeup artists didn't even have a website for me to look at. I immediately contacted her and hoped she was in my price range, which she was. We did a trial and I absolutely loved her and her work. She did exactly what I wanted for my trial and for the wedding. She even asked what my outfit was like color wise so she could make sure everything flowed and did not clash between the makeup and the outfit.
