I booked her even before undergoing my own trial session (due to COVID) and never doubted my decision for one second because of her accurate up-to-date portfolio and inspirational examples on her IG. We made two tiny changes from the trial session and Shannon understood instantly and fixed them on the wedding day. Having acne prone and oily skin, let me tell you - my makeup stayed on and looked flawless the entire day into the evening (October weather for reference). I want to find more reasons to get my hair + makeup done just to work with Shannon. roblems answering any questions I had. I planned my wedding from long distance, and she made it so easy. On the day of, her and her team were phenomenal. They did hair and makeup for myself, my mom, and 8 bridesmaids. They were incredibly organized and worked with such a flow, allowing everyone to feel at ease and have fun while we got ready. ly ever use eyeshadow because I find it so hard to apply the right colors and apply it correctly on myself (without it looking like I've given myself a bruised or swollen eye lol), but Shannon just went in and worked her magic with little guidance from me. She is truly talented and knows her stuff well. She takes her time to listen to you every step of the way to make you feel most comfortable with your look, and reassures you when you're hesitant about anything. What I appreciate most about Shannon is her ability to adapt to any modifications on the whim. I also highly recommend doing a trial for your hair and makeup too so you have the ability to adjust anything after seeing the pictures! Trust me, it's worth it. I already loved my initial look during my trial, but on the day-of I had her slightly change both my hair and makeup and she gladly went with it. And boy can she curl hair well! I felt SO breathtakingly beautiful and SO gorgeous the day of my wedding and I know you will too.

My makeup was flawless and my hair was intact for the entire day and night! She was extremely flexible in working with what I wanted even though I changed my mind a few times. If I didn’t like something, she immediately gave me other suggestions or was extremely open about trying something different. Shannon was also flexible when it came to rescheduling. My wedding timeline changed last minute and Shannon offered to come over earlier without any hesitation. My mom and my mother-in-law also got their makeup done and they absolutely loved it! Overall, Shannon is so good at what she does! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs hair and makeup.

g. I had just slight modifications to the hair trial. On my wedding day, I was impressed by her ability to multi-task, with many people receiving services and two other artists assisting her. We were so ahead of schedule that her accompanying makeup artist was able to sneak in a service for my cousin. I loooooved how my look turned out. My hair was gorgeous, and managed to stay put through the night of dancing. 1000% Shannon is fantastic!!
