Hello ladies and welcome to Beauty by Shelley G! I have been doing makeup and hair for special events since I was in high school. I have had a passion for makeup for as far back as I can remember. I used to sit and watch my mother and my friends mothers doing their makeup while everyone else was off playing outside. I continue to grow my knowledge in the beauty industry with continuing education. I take pride in the work that I do and want to make sure that I create the best look for you on one of your most important days! I look forward to working with you!

I would highly recommend Shelley!! She is a true artist, and me and my bridesmaid's loved our looks! I also really appreciated her calming energy on a stressful day. Absolutely book her for your wedding!

Shelley did a great job on my bridal hair and makeup! The trial run and the wedding day both were perfect. She and her other stylist did hair and makeup for some of my bridesmaids also, and they all looked amazing and everything was done right on time. They made sure our getting ready process went smoothly, and we loved how everything turned out!

My hair and makeup trial was incredible and really helped know what to expect for my wedding day! My bridesmaids and I looked fantastic, and were ready well in advance of photos being taken! Highly recommend!

Shelley and her team were absolutely AMAZING. Throughout the entire process of working with her she went above and beyond. On my wedding day there was 0 stress on the timeline because they ran so ahead of schedule. Everyone looked beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with how mine turned out. Forever thankful for her!!!

Shelly was Amazing!! She worked quickly to get mother of groom , 2 bridesmaids and bride hair and make up done and was able to fit in one bridesmaid for hair and two other bridesmaids for lash help. She was very knowledgeable about hair styles and trendy make up looks. When I did my trial hair and makeup in March I just showed her some pictures of what I was trying to do for hair and just told her I wanted certain colors for eyeshadow looks but not too dark. She was able to make me look flawless, that’s when I knew she would be easy to work with especially if your like me and have a vision but also have no idea what you want too at the same time. I would highly recommend her and use her services again if I need.

Shelley was absolutely amazing! She did my hair, along with my 7 bridesmaids and my mother. She was so quick, did exactly what each girl wanted, and was so easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Shelley to anyone looking for hair services for their wedding!

This was one of the best vendor selections I made for our wedding day - I was absolutely thrilled to find Shelley! I am not a daily makeup user and have very difficult hair, so I was nervous about finding a hair and makeup artist for the wedding. Shelley did such a great job figuring out what I wanted from our short discussion and the few inspiration photos I brought to my trial - Her makeup skills gave me so much confidence about wearing my glasses for the wedding day!! I felt so glamorous while still looking natural. Shelley and her assistant, Amanda, were great on the wedding day - they were patient, professional, easy to talk to, and took on a few additional, unplanned requests without batting an eyelash I could go on, but I will finish off by saying you cannot go wrong hiring Shelley! She offered fantastic service at a very affordable price, and I would gladly book her services in the future.

Shelley was great! She was at our location early and ready to go! She did my hair and makeup, maid of honor hair and makeup, and flower girl hair. We didn’t have time to do any trial runs beforehand because I was late in finding someone since my other person cancelled but Shelley stepped right in and responded to me quickly. I told her exactly what I needed and got her prices which were extremely reasonable so I went ahead and booked her. She was friendly and professional! I sent her pictures beforehand of what we were wanting and she did not disappoint! I absolutely loved my hair and makeup! If I ever need my hair or makeup done for another event I am definitely contacting Shelley!

Shelley went above and beyond on my wedding day. After my trial we talked about some small details I would like to change and she remembered every little one. She also specially bought specific eyelashes because the normal ones bothered me. You will not be disappointed if you book Beauty by Shelley G for your wedding!!

My make up artist fell through the week before my wedding and I found Shelley on The Knot. I’m so glad I did! She got back to me quickly and was so professional. She even came to the venue and made me feel like the most beautiful bride! Not only was she punctual, but her work was exquisite! Everything I wanted! She did my mom’s makeup as well 🥰 I’m so glad she was able to be apart of my special day! I would recommend her time and time again!
