ry patient & knowledgeable to ensure I got the look I wanted. She nailed it! I loved it so much that in addition to wedding day HMU, I booked Michelle for my bridal shower too. Wedding Day – we had 11 HMU to get completed starting at the hotel and then transitioning to the venue. The Beauty Concepts Team was punctual and quick to pack and unpack in order to stay on schedule. Michelle provided my wedding planner and I a day of HMU timeline, which was really helpful to ensure everything, ran smoothly. My bridesmaids, MOG, MOB, grandmother and sister all LOVED their final look! As expected, Michelle (Hair) & Alexia (make-up) were phenomenal and ensured I was the most beautiful Bride! It was exactly what I wanted for my BIG DAY! Hair/makeup still looked great by the end of the night after hours and hours of dancing and singing at the top of our lungs. hairstyle that I ended up not being too crazy about and had emailed her a week before my wedding asking to change. She responded promptly and told me that she loved it and it would be no problem at all. Y'all, I am still obsessed with how beautiful they made me look for my wedding day!! My husband is not one to cry, at anything really, and he had tears in his eyes for our first look saying that I looked just absolutely stunning! That was worth every penny for me! My sister also has never worn makeup or had her hair done before and she looked so beautiful!! All of my bridesmaids were just beautiful. We had booked beauty concepts for myself hair and make up as well as my girls. Michelle was so easy to talk to and really understood what I wanted. I keep looking back at my pictures and zooming in because I cannot get over the fact how I looked that pretty!!
All my girls hair and make up was on point and overall such an amazing experience, she even calmed me down when I was freaking out about the weather.
She had great commutation and replied within a timely manner, she made me feel so beautiful on my big day.

Administratively we had some issues where 11pm the night before the wedding Michelle texted me to try and make changes to the day of timeline to accommodate one of her assistants canceling on her. Everything ended up working out but the stress of last minute changes and administrative issues is something that no bride wants the day before her wedding and needs to be acknowledge for other brides looking to book Beauty Concepts. You will get gorgeous look but need to weigh whether or not it's worth potential reliability issues.

My mom and maid of honor thought I looked good, but I thought that I looked like a pageant girl. It was just wayyyy too much makeup--totally not my style so I ended up just doing my own makeup. But, because I had already paid for her to do my makeup the day of the wedding, she allowed me to apply that money towards paying for my bridesmaids' hair-dos instead. o be clear, my review is just for Michelle. Michelle did my hair and makeup both for my bridal shoot and my wedding day. The results were great--yes, its way more makeup then you're used to wearing, but that's what you have to have if you're going to be photographed all day long. She knew her stuff--I trusted her--and it turned out great. I think out of 1,800 wedding day photos I had like two bad pictures (due to weird facial expressions, not bad makeup)! Her prices were extremely reasonable and I didn't think her work was cheap at all. Michelle and her co-worker showed up to our hotel room on time and managed to get through eight ladies before the wedding (barely...that's maybe one point of improvement...we kept the limo waiting almost an hour). All my bridesmaids and both mothers looked fantabulous. She gets my rec.

Come the day of the wedding she wasn't even there. She didn't tell us she wasn't coming, she just didn't bother to show up. Apparently she had asked another woman to do my makeup a couple days after the run through and the day before my wedding asked someone else to do my hair. She never thought it would be worth mentioning to me.
Fun side note. She also forgot to tell the makeup artist that it was for a wedding, so she did not have the right type of makeup on hand that day. My makeup lasted half of the night and my hair had to be recurled by my sister-in-law before I walked down the aisle.
It was a horrible experience, a real nightmare. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is truly unprofessional!
