We truly love making our clients and brides feel their most beautiful on their special day. Our mission is dedicated to making our clients feel and look their best. We are located in Phenix Salon Suites at the Oakbrook Promenade and we are mobile to our clients as well.

Zihara did an absolutely AMAZING job with my wedding makeup!! I actually cancelled on an artist I already had booked once I saw how amazing Zihara does makeup and I was so thrilled that I did! I didn’t even need to touch up my makeup once all night long! She’s not only an amazing makeup artist but such a wonderful person and ray of sunshine to be around. I felt like I didn’t have a stranger in my house in my wedding day…more like she was apart of my group for the morning of. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for that flawless look!

Evelyn and her team did excellent work. However, the trials are a little pricey and the makeup artist was 2 hours late.

We had the pleasure of working with Zahira as our makeup artist on the morning of my wedding. I highly recommend doing the beauty trial beforehand so that you can spend time going over what you do and don’t like, and so that you have time to think about all of your options. The makeup will last you all day, no matter what you do after your trial!!! Zahira is warm and kind, and so easy to talk to. We all loved having her the morning of, she was cool, calm, and collected at all times, which helps keep everyone else in that same mood. She is an expert so her timing was wonderful. Would recommend Zahira a hundred times to anyone that is looking for a beauty artist for any special occasion.

They came as a tag team duo: one did hair, the other did makeup. We scheduled two calls before the big day to get an idea of what I was thinking and the vibe of the wedding. They had a plan and a set schedule for how they wanted everything to work out. The hair was beautiful, and the makeup was spot on.

I loved working with Zahira and Evelyn! They are both so fun and friendly. They are so talented and truly transformed me and my bridal party. Evelyn created such beautiful hair styles and they lasted throughout the whole day and night! Zahira took time to go over skin care tips while glamming us all up. We all looked so flawless even after dancing on the dance floor. This team truly takes the time to make you feel and look beautiful on your special day! I would use them again for other events in the future!

I did a bridal hair and makeup trial today and both Evelyn and Zahira made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, pampered and beautiful! They worked so well and efficient together! They make a great team, and I can’t wait to have them on my wedding day!

Zahira and Evelyn were a great hair/makeup team to work with for our wedding. They listened to what I wanted and made adjustments based on my preferences. I had a vision for an airbrushed natural look with long flowing locks and they made that happen exactly how I envisioned. They came out to my hotel and got me, mom, SIL and nieces prepared for the big day. I can't thank them enough for making me a beautiful bride.

Beauty Knot was a great addition to my wedding day glam! Makeup was amazing and photographed so well. Zahira was punctual, professional, and such a talented make up artist that came in and saved the day when I was in a makeup crisis 2 months out from my wedding . Everyone looked so beautiful from the beginning all the way to the end of the night! Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Working with Zahira was truly a pleasure. She is extremely talented in her craft, and did an amazing job on my bridesmaid make-up. She catered to my preferences, but I gave her full creative reign and was blown away by her work. My make-up remained flawless even after a long night of dancing. Zahira and Evelyn were amazing to work with!!!! I can truly not say enough good things about these ladies! Both of these ladies went so far above and beyond what you would expect from your hair and makeup team! Prior to getting married, I was undergoing cancer treatment at Rush hospital. These ladies routinely checked in to see how I was feeling and always had kind words. This isn't something they had to do, but I think it speaks leaps and bounds to their character and how they care so much more than the services they provide. Besides being amazing women, they also did a phenomenal job on my hair and makeup, as well as my whole bridal party! They were able to recommend a hair style and make up that compliment my dress and my fairytale image for my wedding day. As it was a super emotional day, given everything my now husband and I had been through, my makeup looked flawless all night! No matter how many tears were shed. If you are on the fence about who to pick for your hair and makeup, look no further, this is your team! They truly helped create the perfect look for my wedding day.

The makeup was beautiful and the hair stylist did an amazing job on my bridesmaids hair. However, there was a miscommunication on dates. it got a little worrying, but in the end they really eased my nerves and made it happen! I’m really happy they made it work for me in the end!

Beauty Knot took care of my make up and hair needs for my special day, in spite of COVID they were extremely accommodating. I brought them a photo from Pinterest and they made my vision a reality! I felt gorgeous and my pictures came out great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding needs.

We are licensed cosmetologists and have been in the industry for 10 + years and work throughout the Chicagoland area, and travels for weddings, photoshoots, and special events. We have a salon suite in the Oak Brook Promenade. The inspiration for Beauty Knot was desired for greater purpose and create a business of our own. We understand what goes into the big day and we want to make it a beautiful experience for you. Our mission is dedicated to educating our clients and making them feel and look their best!
