Hey there, I'm Engy, the founder of Beauty Sway. Originally from Egypt, I moved to the United States as a teenager. My love for makeup started early, often experimenting with my mom's cosmetics. After becoming a licensed esthetician, I launched Beauty Sway in 2022, specializing in bridal/event makeup and microblading. Continuously learning is crucial to me, ensuring I deliver top-notch service with the latest trends and products. s throughout the entire process. I also did the hair and makeup trial with Engy and her coworker. It looked beautiful. I did give a couple details that I wanted to change due to personal preference not application at all and Engy was great and updated those details for the day of. On the day of it was Engy doing makeup, a coworker doing hair, and a coworker doing both hair and makeup. They worked efficiently and we were even ahead of schedule and they were able to do makeup for two extra people that originally did not book it, but after seeing how the makeup looked, they wanted to add it on. All our makeup turned out beautifully. I was a little nervous since I traditionally don’t wear a lot of makeup, but the makeup also photographed really well and Engy knew exactly what to do to make me feel comfortable and love it! Overall, I would highly recommend BeautySway. I have zero complaints and all compliments!

On my wedding day, Engy did makeup, and Luz did our hair. Everyone looked gorgeous. Engy made sure our makeup lasted through crying, eating, drinking, and sweating. I think I touched up my lips once and didn’t even need to use the rest of the provided touch up kit. Luz was able to work with multiple hair lengths and thickness levels to do both updos and partial updos. Mine lasted through lots of dancing and jumping up and down!
I highly recommend these very professional and talented women to anyone who wants a great experience!

She listened to my exact desires at my trial and replicated the look again wonderfully on the day of. I was 4 months post-partum on my wedding day and was so worried I wouldn’t feel beautiful. That was certainly not the case, Engy and her team made me look and feel like a queen. My hair and makeup were flawless and held up all day/night! She even included a touch up kit with my shade of gloss to reapply through the day.

Engy did my makeup while her assistant Luz worked on my hair. Both of them were extremely professional, kind, and hygienic throughout the entire process. My event had an unusually early start time around noon on a weekday due to the eclipse, but Beauty Sway took my needs in stride and came to me early enough to have me completely ready on time. They even gave me a little kit for any required touch-ups throughout the day!
I can't recommend their services enough! Thank you so much Engy and Luz for making me feel gorgeous on the best day of my life!!!

She’s fast, efficient and knows what colors will play up your features. I felt BEAUTIFUL and confident, and the makeup lasts literally all night—even through sweating on the dance floor!
