I started my business with the obvious love for the art of makeup. Getting married myself recently, I realized how much I truly wanted to embrace my natural beauty, and know that most clients and brides also want that.
I have been doing makeup on the side for almost 2 years. A couple of months ago was when I fully committed to branding my business “Beauty To Embrace” and to begin marketing myself. I want to offer an ease of service for brides and their party’s as well as listen to their wants and needs to create the best on their wedding day!

Micaela did an amazing job with my makeup, and I highly recommend her. I don't wear much makeup, and I wanted to be sure I looked and felt like myself on my wedding day. Micaela was great at the trial helping me figure out what I wanted, explaining and showing me my options so I could make informed decisions about my makeup. On the day of, she brought a warm and welcoming energy to the bridal suite. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law looked amazing, and I loved my makeup so much.

I have never felt more beautiful.
I am not a make up person and Michaela from Beauty to Embrace was the most amazing!
She explained in detail what her process was as I had no idea from my lack of makeup knowledge and it made me feel so comfortable with her.
She had incredible suggestions based on my inspiration photos and my skin tone and I am so incredibly pleased!
Michaela is amazing to work with. So organized and took detailed notes from our phone calls and emails.
She truly knew how to elevate my own skin to make me feel like myself still as someone who doesn’t always wear makeup.
My bridesmaids had incredible things to say about her as well from their experiences with different make up artists.
I would highly recommend beauty to embrace to any bride!

We hired Micaela for our wedding in October. She was AMAZING! Very communicative and honored all of our wishes. My wife and I don’t ever wear makeup and she was great with explaining what could be done, what could be different and what things were used for. The trial was great as she started with a natural and would go a step up just to see what we liked best. She was at the venue on time and had no hesitation starting immediately. I had a total of 4 bridesmaids and myself (the bride) that she did amazing with. She even went to my wife’s location to help the other makeup artist since they had more people that wanted make up. She gave us all extra little things to help keep up with lips, shine, etc. throughout the day. She was very personable and friendly. We loved everything about and so glad with everything she did!

Micaela is absolutely PHENOMENAL and I am so glad I chose her as my makeup artist for my wedding day. I’m usually not comfortable with others doing my makeup because I am extremely picky. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Micaela for 10+ years, so I knew she had some of those “perfectionist” traits that you want in a makeup artist. She was extremely attentive to all the fine details. She was able to combine different aspects from multiple inspo pics and work with me to achieve the exact makeup look I had in mind. During our bridal consultation, she assessed my skin and gave me some amazing skincare tips that I still practice to this day, and my skin has never been happier. She checked in with me multiple times leading up to my wedding day to ensure we stayed on the same page. She was able to pivot quickly and respond to unforeseen changes in our schedule (thanks COVID), and she did so gracefully. I am a bit of a control freak, but when it came to makeup, I knew she had everything under control and I was able to sit back and relax!

Micaela did an amazing job for my wedding. She was so wonderful to work with and so personable. She really listened to what I wanted and it was absolutely perfect for my day. I loved working with Michaela! I'm not versed in technical terms for most make-up ideas, but I had a vision and I had an inspiration photo and she transformed me! I felt so beautiful! She also was a big part in making my wedding day as stress free as possible. She beautified me, two bridesmaids, and my step-mother. She helped plan the timeline to get all four looks done which was something I honestly hadn't considered with everything else going on!

I don't wear a lot of make up in my normal life and making sure I looked wedding-day-ready but still like myself was really important to me. I first worked with Micaela @ Beauty to Embrace to do my engagement photo makeup and she was able to do that so perfectly, I was thrilled she'd work with me for my wedding day as well!
Micaela had great suggestions on looks that would work for me and I LOVED my wedding day look. She was amazing with my whole bridal party - made them feel special, beautiful, and look uniquely themselves. A few of my bridesmaids had had awful experiences in the past with wedding makeup artists, but everyone loved working with Micaela. Micaela is truly a treasure in this industry. I had such a difficult time finding a makeup artist for my October wedding and she was my saving grace! She was incredibly professional and really customized my makeup how I wanted it, which I’ve found isn’t all that common when it comes to makeup artists. I didn’t want to cover my freckles but wanted some contouring, which sounds impossible, but she was able to manage it and I have truly never felt more beautiful in my life. She also stepped up in more ways than one on the wedding day, going above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough!

Micaela was on time and so personable. She took the time to make sure everything was just right and that my makeup worked perfectly with my hair and dress. I have had my makeup done in the past and always come out feeling like I look ridiculous and clown like and I always end up redoing it somehow. Not with Micaela!
