Beauty with Sarah Mae

knew right then that I had to hire her for my own wedding. When I got engaged, she was the very first vendor I reached out to - I knew I had to lock her in ASAP! She is professional, kind, and so much fun to be around. She truly helped me craft my vision, and on my wedding day I felt like it was the most beautiful I had ever looked. My makeup lasted all night with only minor touch-ups, which is every bride’s dream. At my preview appointment, she took so much time to really understand what I wanted. She even made the experience extra special by asking what music I’d like to listen to and creating such a fun, relaxed vibe. On the wedding day, she went above and beyond, even capturing two incredible videos of the process that I now get to cherish with my friends and family. Not only did she do my makeup, but she also did the makeup for several of my bridesmaids and family members (including my mom) and they all absolutely raved about how stunning they felt. Everyone looked flawless, and the looks lasted beautifully throughout the night. She also recommended my hairstylist - Tiffany Doherty (@scissors_n_spice) who was equally amazing, and together they made me feel so confident and beautiful. Truly, she is the best makeup artist I’ve ever worked with. I would hire her again in a heartbeat for any makeup styling needs!

nd my makeup looked amazing from the beginning to the end of my wedding night. Sarah was super helpful in giving me direction for my look, and while I had a general idea of what I wanted, she helped me refine it into the perfect look for my wedding day. I’ve truly never looked better or felt so confident.  Along with her skill, she is incredibly kind and laid-back, which made spending so much of the day with her really easy and fun. I booked the bride-only package, and it was a relief to have someone so calm and professional helping me throughout the day.  I had kind of forgotten that she mentioned the bride-only package included taking iPhone photos when/where she could throughout the day, so it was such a pleasant surprise when she shared hundreds of really well taken and beautiful iPhone photos with me the next day. They were a special bonus and were amazing to have while waiting for my photographer’s gallery. AND she also applied a little color correction to my now husband’s lovely face sunburn that he got the day before…and it looked SO much better. Truly a life saver. Choosing Sarah as your makeup artist guarantees you’re in the best hands and I cannot thank or recommend her enough!

ly applied makeup, she patiently listened to my requests and adjusted my makeup from trial to wedding day effortlessly, and at the same time gave honest, thoughtful feedback on what works and what wouldn't work. Her vast experience doing bridal makeup has made me feel so reassured and beautiful on my wedding day. She expertly highlighted my features without the overall makeup being overdone. My makeup lasted for over 8 hours and photographed well. On my wedding day, she was extremely efficient and got us ready on time, adhering to her timeline. Sarah will take care of you, and all you would need to worry about is celebrating your day and creating memories with your girls :)

tiful and confident, and our makeup held up perfectly all night long, even through happy tears and hours of dancing. Her touch-up package is 100% worth the extra cost—having her on hand throughout the day was such a comfort. But what truly sets Sarah apart is how she goes above and beyond. She helped me carry my bouquet, adjust my veil, and even assisted with my outfit change. She was truly like an extra bridesmaid! She took so many behind the scenes photos and sent it to me the next day. Sarah is also just the nicest person—so easy to talk to, super responsive, and incredibly talented at what she does. Her calm energy made getting ready feel relaxed and fun. If you’re looking for a makeup artist who is professional, thoughtful, and very good at her craft, book Sarah. You will not regret it!

ked all the right questions, listened to my likes and dislikes and was such a joy to work with on our wedding day. I cannot recommend her enough!! :)

nteraction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating——and I have to say, she’s absolutely stunning herself, which immediately gave me confidence that I was in great hands! She really took the time to understand the look I was going for and made it come to life beautifully. I felt elegant and radiant all day, and the makeup held up perfectly through every moment. Not only is Sarah Mae extremely talented, but she also brings such a calming and positive energy, which was so appreciated on a busy and emotional day. I also booked her touch-up service, and I have to say—it was 100% worth it. Knowing she was there to help and do quick refreshes between photos and before the reception made a huge difference. I looked fresh and camera-ready all day and night! What made the experience even more special was that Sarah shared behind-the-scenes photos and videos she captured during the day. It meant so much to be able to relive those sweet, quiet moments that might’ve otherwise been missed. Thank you, Sarah Mae, for being such a lovely part of our celebration. You helped me feel my best on such a meaningful day. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, talented, and kind makeup artist for any occasion!

e I was worried about. Sarah was professional and super supportive, which helped me relax on such a busy day. I felt beautiful and received so many compliments! If you need a makeup artist, Sarah is the one to go to!

and confident in choosing what felt right for me. I ended going bold and doing more of a glam look and I LOVED IT!! She also offers bridal previews which I highly recommend! Sarah is awesome!

and fun it's makes you comfortable! I personally don't wear makeup besides mascara so putting on makeup is a huge deal for me. My family isn't used to me in makeup either so I didn't want to look like a completely different person. I just wanted to be glammed up a little bit. I have freckles and asked her to please make them still show them as much as she can and she definitely did that! I loved the look of false lashes. We tried some for the trial that didn't work as well with my hooded eyelids so for the next shoot she knew exactly what I need. I've had my makeup done by her 3 times now and honestly haven't had to touch it up once. All the ladies that got their makeup done for my wedding were more than happy with no complaints! I even had some that didn't get their makeup done say they wish they would've. She was all around a great time! I absolutely recommend booking her. You won't be disappointed!

artist who not only didn’t make me feel bad for asking for slight adjustments, but also knocked it out of the park! We actually completely changed the look from the bridal trial and wedding day. Honestly, I don’t know which I loved more! Her attention to detail is something worth noting! She always makes you feel like a valued client. I think her care package and hand written note is so sweet! She is so organized, sanitary, and easy to work with. She truly made the day a breeze. I highly recommend booking with Sarah!

ddess! I felt so beautiful and so did all of my girls. Everyone’s make up stayed all night even through tears and sweat. 1000000/10 recommend Sarah, she’s bright and bubbly and so grounding on a crazy day. Love love love everything she did on my wedding day.

le and even finished early, like what?! And let me tell you about that makeup, it was like magic. We looked so natural, but that stuff did not budge all night, even with all the sweating, eating, and hugging. I mean, I put that makeup through the wringer, and it still looked flawless. Oh, and don't even get me started on my engagement pics – I felt like a freaking supermodel, all thanks to Sarah's skills. And shoutout to Tiffany, my hair stylist; together, they were the dream team on my wedding morning. Their vibes were everything, and they're seriously the sweetest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. If you want makeup that slays and a vibe that's unmatched, Sarah Mae is your girl. Thank you, Sarah, for making me feel like a queen on the best day of my life!

really brings the party on the day of! She makes everyone feel so comfortable and I could not have asked for a better makeup artist to make me feel my absolute best on the best day of my life!! Sarah is so awesome and I will definitely be using her again for any future photoshoots I may have.

ross photos of Sarah's work online I was so drawn to her subtle but glowy style. My trial was fantastic and really helped me get a better sense of what I was wanting. We went heavier on my trial because I was doing my engagement photos that day and I loved how my make up photographed, but it was so helpful to see how my photographers editing choices could impact how my makeup looked. Sarah sent the sweetest little gift/care package leading up to my wedding day which really made me feel like she cared and was looking forward to being a part of my day. The day of my wedding was truly a breeze. She was so accommodating, did STUNNING work on my bridesmaids and my mom, and blew me away with my look. She took my notes from the trial so well and even helped me understand what it was exactly I was looking for and wanting to change. Everyone in my bridal party was so so happy with their looks and you could just feel that confidence radiating off of them throughout the day. That really feels like it makes a difference when everyone feels so great about themselves and they can just have fun. I know I'll be calling Sarah for ANY make up I need to get done in the future and can't wait to hire her again soon!

keup for my bridal trial and then again on the wedding day for my family and I. We all felt absolutely gorgeous and didn’t have to touch up all day. Do not hesitate to book her, you won’t regret it!

acted with her at my bridal preview session, I instantly knew I had found a consummate professional. First and foremost, she is an amazing artist who takes pride in her work, stays up to date on the latest tricks, trends, and tools of the trade, and can listen--truly listen-- to her client's desires and wishes. What's more, is that she has a huge heart, is so fun, and has such a calming demeanor. She makes everyone feel so relaxed and taken care of. I had very specific wants for my wedding makeup look and she was a rockstar as she listened to my very detailed and granular requests. Even better, she took feedback on edits like a pro and between the bridal preview and my wedding morning--which spanned several months--- she had incorporated all my tweaks, big and small, to create the most beautiful wedding makeup I could have ever asked for. The makeup artistry on my bridesmaids was astoundingly beautiful as well. They each looked gorgeous. Beyond how talented Sarah is, she also brings such a wonderful presence to the wedding morning with her care, kindness, and joyful spirit. She comforted me in more ways than one (unrelated to makeup) as I was navigating a stressful morning of wedding preparations. I cannot recommend her enough.

ll my girls loved her and there make up. My makeup was so stunning that she made me feel like a queen. My makeup lasted through all my crying and tears and even cake in my face. Book Sarah, I promise you won't regret it!

ond talented! She was such a warm presence on my wedding day, I honestly couldn’t imagine doing it without her. Best of the best!

eup. She is the epitome of positive energy - the exact person you want around you when you are dealing with the endless list of wedding to-do's. She is upbeat, hilarious, supportive, and someone I wish I would have been friends with my whole life. Sarah did my makeup for my engagement photos, bridal shower, and wedding. The makeup for the engagement photos was beautiful, but after reviewing the photos, I decided I wanted a more 'natural' look for the day of the wedding, as I am someone who rarely wears makeup at all. She went above and beyond to make sure her art reflected my vision, and the end results were even better than I had hoped for. She is a perfectionist, a cheerleader, a hype-woman. Every single one of my bridesmaids (and my mom) raved about Sarah, and if you hire her, you will too.

would be made to feel beautiful with Sarah’s talented artistry. I loved her ability to make me feel and look glam but it felt so natural on my skin. She wasn’t joking that I wouldn’t want to take it off once the night was over. She helped calm the redness in my skin and worked wonders on my lashes and oily skin. I loved her attention to the little details and the little goodies to make the day run smoothly. All of my bridesmaids loved their makeup and said they felt comfortable in it all day. I would highly recommend her and would go back for any future events. Huge plus we could talk about The Bachelo and true Crime together.

n my special day. I traveled to CA for my small elopement celebration so I didn't have a chance to do a makeup trial prior to the big day, but she made me feel comfortable and special from the first conversation we had on the phone to the day of. She did an amazing job and I can honestly say I've never felt more beautiful!

and reminded me to actually breath! I’m so glad I had her for my big day and will definitely use her for any special makeup I’ll need in the future. She is the absolute best!

in its place! Her personality is amazing and very calming for all the nerves on wedding day! So glad I booked Sarah for my wedding!

ch a pleasure getting to meet her for my trials. It was so much fun sitting in her chair and chatting like old friends. I booked her for myself, 5 bridesmaids and my mother in law. Makeup lasted ALL night and everyone loved their makeup. My bridesmaids took so many selfies I was a tiny bit worried about my mother in law since she really never wears makeup and OMG she looked amazing!!! So glamorous and elegant. everyone said I was glowing. I was stoked to see that she had pre-packed brushes for each girl, there was no concerns at all with sanitation She really goes the extra mile. Thank you for making it all perfect and making me the most beautiful bride and my girls the most beautiful bride tribe

rse the many tears. I am not a makeup wearer but Sarah gave me the confidence every bride should have on their wedding day. I lost count on the amount of compliments I received on my wedding look. If you want to be happy with your results and feel amazing on your special day book Sarah!

bsolutely amazing! Every single time she nails the look I’m going for! I felt like the most gorgeous bride! Sarah is the absolute sweetest and has the cutest, most positive, bubbly personality that brightens up any room. She is so organized and timely. Leading up to the big day, she made a timeline beforehand for everyone and kept great communication the whole time if we had to make any changes. This was so important since I had almost 15 people that needed their makeup for my wedding done, and Sarah and her team managed to get all of us ready on time looking STUNNING! Everybody stayed organized, and she was flexible as needed keeping everyone in the room feeling calm and pampered. From younger girls to my grandmas, she was able to customize each of their looks making everyone look and feel beautiful. She is so prepared, clean and sanitary. For each girl, she had their own set of tools and brushes separately packaged, which gave me peace of mind, and she constantly sanitized. She raises the bar and sets the standard for all makeup artists. She kept me stress free and was so helpful the whole time since we had so many people getting ready together. Her energy was amazing and I’m so thankful for her professional experience that kept us so organized. When in the chair, I felt at ease and relaxed and trusted her hands. She knew exactly what look I wanted and made me feel absolutely beautifulll on my wedding day! I was so pleased too since my makeup lasted the whole day since I’m naturally on the oily side and sweat a ton and prepared for the waterworks, but Sarah worked her magic, and my makeup lasted and looked beautiful the whole day through all of the tears (and sweat 😅). She even added a little body glow that made my shoulders pop that looked gorgeous with my wedding dress. When we got our photos, everything photographed beautifully, and that goes for all of the other sessions I’ve had with her too 💗 I can trust that her makeup always looks amazing and can confidently say she is the best! I love how Sarah is always able to customize each look whether I’m looking for something more natural, something different like a 70s look or something with a little more glam. Her expertise and creativity is unmatched, and her fun personality makes for the best experience. Sarah Mae is the best makeup artist I’ve ever worked with, and she will forever be my go to makeup artist 💞

it! She also did an amazing job with both my mom and mother in law on their mature skin. Sarah is so professional and takes care of every last detail. She is very personal and has such a happy energy that every bride needs on her wedding day! She really listens to what look you want and executes it flawlessly. I would highly recommend Sarah for all your make up needs.

wonderful! I couldn’t ask for more. Our makeup stayed all night long, literally even through tears and touching our faces. She arrived on time and Sarah is definitely the person you want to be surrounding yourself around in your wedding day! Her energy and her smile can makes the whole event goes so smooth. Sarah Mae supplied each lady with a little touch up kit and went above and beyond. I truly can’t thank you enough!!! You deserve all the credits. Last not least advice is ; get the trail part. Know what colors you like on your face and you can communicate the look ahead of time. Love you Sarah Mae ❤️

stunning in their own special gorgeous way. And the wedding morning was so peaceful and fun. She scheduled everything out for me so there was no rushing no stress. Just joy! Sarah brings a light and an energy into your day that is so needed and her makeup is flawless. My husband and I danced the night away, cried, and even had a messy cake smashing kiss and at the end of a 12 or more hour day my makeup still looked magical!

and knows what to do, on the plus side she ensures brushes/sponges and other items are clean, safe for use. She is very professional, on time and will work with you until the end. In my experience, I have really, I mean really oily skin, I was touched because she made sure to find out products that will work on my skin, even if it meant doing a second trial. The day of my wedding, our make up was on point! My make up battled with wind and rain that day, plus my already given condition of oiliness. But it held up and lasted til the end. I’m truly grateful to have worked with such an amazing person like Sarah.

g! She was one of the first vendors I booked based on all the amazing reviews and I can say without hesitation that she totally lives up to the hype. From the moment I met her at my makeup trial, she put me completely at ease and I knew I'd made the right choice. My Mom and Bridesmaids loved her too! All of us wanted different looks and she was able to execute them flawlessly. She made us all feel so beautiful on my big day! The touch-up kit she provided is such a nice and thoughtful gesture and I used it all night long! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.Sarah is the exact type of person you want doing your makeup on the biggest day of your life! One of the best vendor decisions you will make!

ke up normally, we’re more of the “oh natural” look and Sarah Mae kept that in mind for all of us. She enhanced our natural beauty and for that, I am still in awe. My mother especially loved her! She knew how nervous my mother was, being her first time ever in a make up chair! This woman rarely puts on eyeliner, and Sarah Mae was so understanding and made my mom comfortable and she left that make up chair feeling confident and beautiful! My bridal party and I absolutely loved Sarah Mae and cannot recommend her enough for future occasions! She is a delight to work with!

ing day was nothing short of fantastic! Of course with weddings there are always hiccups - mine just so happened to be the first heat wave of this year. The location where we were getting ready was not equipped for any type of heat (AC died) but Sarah made it so that all my bridesmaids and myself were comfortable and confident in our makeup looking good and staying in place. She also has such positive energy and you can’t not be happy around her. Despite me panicking about the heat and sweating everything off, she made sure that I felt beautiful and confident in how I looked. If it wasn’t for Sarah I probably would’ve lost my mind while getting ready that day. Everything she puts on you is high quality and looks amazing. My makeup stayed perfectly, despite the heat, and by the end of the night it still looked fresh. She works well with all skin types and colors and produces such beautiful work. I keep looking for an excuse to have her do my makeup again since I have had such an amazing experience with her both with my bridal trial and the day of my wedding. If you book Sarah, you not only are getting an amazing MUA but someone who will make you feel fabulous in every sense of the word. Thank you Sarah for handling the heat so well and for making myself and all my girls feel and look beautiful.

mom, sister and best friend's makeup and they looked absolutely beautiful and everyone's makeup lasted all night! On top of the gorgeous makeup, Sarah is an overall lovely person. She is easy to talk to, kind and so funny! My bridal party and I loved having her be a part of the getting ready process. She even helped me put on my earrings when I was struggling to get them on! If you are looking for a makeup artist that will deliver a beautiful look and then some look no further because Sarah is your girl!

o consideration for the wedding day, went above and beyond, and my makeup was PERFECT! I don’t usually wear makeup so I thought I’d be uncomfortable the whole day, but I loved how I looked and it lasted the whole night! She was on time and stuck to her schedule so that we were all done exactly when she predicted. She was so clean with all her products and how she applied the makeup. I have absolutely NO complaints! My go-to MUA will be Sarah from now on!

made me feel and look beautiful. She truly captured what I was looking for when I told her I wanted to sparkle ✨ She had done my makeup 3x this year ( my engagement photos, boudoir shoot & my wedding) and let me tell you she made me look and feel like a QUEEN!!! Thank you for blessing us with your talent & making me feel so BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day!

under eye circles as I had a previous bad experience with them making an appearance in my pictures, but Sarah worked her magic and made them disappear! Sarah will be my girl now whenever I need to have my makeup done. So thankful that I came across her!

she was ready with enthusiasm and experience. Her ethical products are high quality and lasted for hours in the drizzly rain! Thank you, Sarah, for sharing your talent and gifts with the world!

at holds up all night long. She matches your vision perfectly and makes you feel so comfortable when she does it. Love her and I will book her for all my make up needs in the future.

can not rave about her enough! You will Not be disappointed!!

do your makeup for any occasion, this is your girl. She did my makeup, as well as my bridesmaids and mother. We all had very different visions in mind and she was able to match exactly what we each wanted. My mother, who never wears makeup and likes the most minimal of looks, felt so beautiful and comfortable after getting her makeup done by Sarah. I couldn't be more grateful for all the care she took with each of us and making us feel so beautiful. And, to top it off, she did the best job at creating a look that is not only beautiful, but long lasting. I got my makeup done at 11am ish. I laughed, cried, and sweat a lot throughout the entire day and night. And when I was sure I needed major touchups, I looked in them mirror and looked as flawless as I did in the morning. I did not know makeup could be applied in such a way that it could literally last hours on end! Thank you so much Sarah. Anyone reading this, don't hesitate, just call her. She's the best around!

t?! Sarah is not only a skilled professional, she is as sweet as they come! Thank you Sarah! I can hardly wait to have to have another occasion to get dolled up! ❤️👍🏻👍🏻

in last minute. My appointment with Sarah was fun and she made me look and feel beautiful for my photos! Thank you, Sarah!

I couldn’t even believe how perfect it was🥰 I got so many compliments throughout the day and even til the end of the night it was still perfect. When I was seeking for someone to do my makeup at the beginning on planning I had no idea who to go with and I spoke to quite a few makeup artist; however Sarah Mae stood out to me because she was so personable, instead of giving me a basic quote through the internet, she took the time to call me and talk to me about my skin type, normal makeup I wear, looks I was going for, etc and for me that made all the difference!!! I even have a better skin routine because of her advise😊 Thank you Sarah Mae for making my day perfect!!!! Highly recommend her for anyone getting married.
