Capturing love and connection is one of the biggest honors and privileges we are given as photographers. We take our job seriously because we know how important these moments are.
Beaux & Arrows is a portraiture collective, meaning that we have 3 photographers- Rebecca, Kasey and Emily. All 3 join you for your big day and focus on capturing every single moment and detail. Our team also includes 2 hair and make-up artists, Britt and Chanel, who are available to get you and your bridal party wedding ready should you choose. We want for you to someday be sharing your wedding photos with your children and grandchildren, and for them to be able to clearly live your wedding day all over again through our portraits. With our team, you can expect 100% attention and detail to you on your day!

First, Rebecca never confirmed my appointment. Then I received multiple emails directing me to the wrong location and confirming an outdoor sled shoot which is not what I had signed up for. When I reached out, I still did not receive a response. I checked her reviews and there were multiple complaints from people regarding customer service and particularly her responsiveness. I reached out again and asked for a refund at this point. I was told that she donates the money to charity so I shouldn’t be upset that she’s taking $400 of my money and was sent a contract that I never signed as proof. I responded again and she ignored me again. I’m not someone who would typically leave a bad review for a small woman run business but I would absolutely not recommend Rebecca. At this point I have neither a refund or a confirmed appointment and have been ignored multiple times for weeks at a time.
Update: after reaching out to the business owner again she responded to me in an extremely aggressive and unprofessional/public way, which can be seen on yelp for anyone considering working with her. I’m not sure who would show up as a paying client after being spoken to that way—I certainly won’t. After all of this she then sent me another email informing me that I am not welcome at her studio or anywhere she is associated with and that despite this, she will not be issuing me a refund. I cannot imagine speaking to a customer, or anyone really, this way. This has easily been the worst customer service I have ever received.
Please save your money/time and find a photographer who will make your Christmas shoot an enjoyable part of the year as has always been the case with previous photographers I have worked with.
Wonderful photos. Rebecca is so easy to work with. She made our photos feel natural and unstaged and you could tell she was passionate about her work.

Kasey is an amazing person, so fun, makes you feel comfortable and works miracles. I am planning on using her for everything in our photographic future!
