the venue, everything was beyond perfect. First and foremost, Deb, our event coordinator, was truly a gift. She wasn’t just a vendor, we felt like she became part of our wedding family. She was warm, thoughtful, calm, and so immersed in every detail of our day. Without being overbearing, she anticipated our needs before we even realized them. The weather was a little unpredictable, it rained early in the day, then opened up to beautiful clear skies. Deb was tracking the radar constantly because she knew how important it was to us to have the ceremony outside. She stayed longer than she had planned, just to make sure everything ran smoothly. That level of care is something we’ll never forget. The entire staff at Beaver Brook truly made us feel like part of their family. They were all so kind, professional, and genuinely excited for us. Multiple team members checked in throughout the night to make sure we were taken care of, always with a smile and never in a pushy way. At the end of night, we invited the staff out on the dance floor with us to celebrate before the night was over! A special shoutout to my bridal attendant, Morrison, who calmed me down right before walking down the aisle and made me feel so supported in those final moments before the ceremony. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, the owner, multiple times during the planning process. He was incredibly nice, down-to-earth, and truly cares about the couples who choose Beaver Brook for their wedding day. You can tell he takes pride in the venue and his team. And we can’t forget about the food, there was SO much of it, and every single thing was delicious. From cocktail hour to dinner to dessert, everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our guests were absolutely raving about it, and many told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The portions were generous, the presentation was beautiful, and there was something for everyone. Truly impressive! The venue itself is stunning, you truly can’t beat the views. Whether it was our ceremony, cocktail hour, or dancing in the ballroom. Our photos came out absolutely gorgeous. And honestly, for what you get, this venue is such an incredible value. You underpay for the level of service, beauty, and experience they deliver. One final thing that really blew us away; during our rehearsal the day before the wedding, we noticed a large shattered window in the cocktail hour area from a golf ball that hit the window just hours before our rehearsal. Without hesitation, they had a team come in from New York and fix it in under 24 hours. That kind of responsiveness and dedication is just unmatched. We didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Everything was taken care of, everything ran smoothly, and we got to be fully present with our family and friends. Deb was always two steps ahead so nothing could go wrong. Beaver Brook gave us the wedding of our dreams, and we are endlessly grateful. If you’re thinking about having your wedding here—do it!!! You will be in the absolute best hands. I wish I could give Beaver Brook County Club a million starts because they truly deserve it!
