When planning my sister’s wedding, we were looking for a unique, intimate venue that captured the beauty and relaxing nature of the Colorado mountains. We were beyond excited when ...
we found Beaver Creek Lodge and more specifically, Revolution, the restaurant housed within the Lodge. The Lodge met our needs and those of our guests quite well. Initial communications, food tasting at Revolution, organization of equipment and crew, walk throughs, finalization of details and the contract, and the day-of execution all went off without a hitch. Cat, our liaison at the restaurant, handled everything in a personal and professional way. She was attentive to details, and made sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. And she did it all with a positive attitude and a laid back approach, which was much appreciated!
Because our guest list was relatively small, dinner was held in the Acorn room at Revolution. The room is beautiful - floor to ceiling windows allow for amazing views, and the finishes are high end, yet comfortable. The food was top notch. The service staff was courteous and approachable, and Cat graciously stayed until the very end of the reception to help clean up and make sure everything was in order. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. We are very thankful!
Beaver Creek Lodge was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for an intimate, fun, mountain wedding. We wanted something beautiful, unique, classy, and fun and this was the pe...
rfect place to do it. We had 130 guests and every guest walked away felling special, well taken care of and signing praises about the food, venue and staff. The food was top-notch! Definitely not your ordinary wedding food. We did a family style dinner with a champagne vinaigrette salad (one of the best I have ever had), homemade rolls, sirloin cap roasted beef and roasted lemon herb chicken with corn succotash and garlic mashed potatoes. Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! Riley the head chef with Revolution Dining did a great job at finding the perfect meal. The wait staff and front desk staff were all very professional, friendly and great to work with.
However, I have to say Lori is the true hero. I could go on forever about how amazing Lori is! She was FANTASTIC and such a blessing! From the moment she showed us the property I knew this was the place for us! Lori's follow up, attention to detail, guidance throughout the planning process and then the execution the day of, was beyond our expectations. Being able to enjoy the day and trust that she had everything handled was priceless. She did such a phenomenal job at keeping what could have been a crazy day very calm and absolutely perfect. Walking into the venue after the ceremony and seeing what I had planned and envisioned for months come to life, and it being absolutely impeccable was icing on the cake. She is a bride’s best friend!
If you are looking for a unique, beautiful, classy place to host your mountain wedding Beaver Creek Lodge is your place.
