If you're looking for a beautiful wedding venue, with little red tape, check this place out. This should be considered a DIY venue where they will give you lite support, and for us that was great! It feels as though you're tucked away, but you're really just a couple minutes off the highway. Great venue, with the people you love, and good music; how could you go wrong.
Our wedding day turned out to be quite the ceremony and banquet that we had hoped it would be. The day was warm and mostly sunny which was most welcoming. Our wedding party and guests greatly appreciated being out in the meadow area and at the wedding chapel in the early afternoon hours.
Even though it took some time on our part (OK, maybe it was mostly our Mom’s who did the heavy lifting with the planning and arrangements), it turned out to be quite successful. It sure helped us out that Beaver Ranch was very affordable to us combined that we could be out in the mountain air at the same time.
Thank you for the good hints which you gave us.
We certainly would not hesitate to give Beaver Ranch at Conifer Community Park a good referral.
Beautiful outdoor venue, terrible management. Contact was extremely difficult to work with, didn't return calls or texts to us or caterer, voice mailbox was full so we couldn't return his calls, was rude and disrespectful, didn't adhere to contract terms, even after clarifying several times in person, by phone and email, required us to rent both the lodge and meadow, which we did, and then added last minute additional fees on day of event to open lodge for bridal party. Just horrible to deal with and added immense amount of stress to our event. If I could give zero stars, I would.
My husband and I got married here 10/3/2015. I wanted a DIY wedding: top to bottom I wanted everything custom, this was the perfect venue for my dream outdoor wedding. The price was great for the features they offered. Tables, chairs, and the kitchen was available at an extra cost, dishes are no longer available for wedding rental. To store wedding decor onsite we had to rent a cabin, the price was extremely reasonable, but the distance to the reception area was not ideal for transporting heavy things. I highly recommend this venue, the price can not be beat for the area and the views are incredible!
The site was beautiful and had everything we needed there. There was a large kitchen for the reception with dishes available also. The only downfall was the heat..the air conditioning did not function properly.
It was in the mountains and just beautiful. Lots of big windows and a beautiful view of the forest. The lodge was very rustic, with wooden floors and a chandelier...very outdoorsy just like my groom and I!
