The Beavercreek Golf Club does not offer any in-house food service so patrons are able to choose their own catering company for their event.
The club can accommodate up to 150 people. Rates range from $600 to $1,100, depending on the number of banquet rooms needed and whether the event is held on a weekday or weekend/holiday. Additionally, a gazebo, grillroom, and patio are available to rent for an additional charge. e so very happy with how beautifully everything was set up and how flexible they were when we were concerned with the weather. I loved the large windows in the reception room, they were beautiful with all the greenery. We were still able to take most of our pictures outside, with the golf course providing a gorgeous backdrop.
They also let us into the venue early and we had a bridal suite to get ready in. Myself, my bridesmaids, and our mothers all got ready there as we had hair and makeup artists visit us on site. It made for a very fun and relaxing wedding prep.
The staff was easy to work with, everyone complemented the food, and they didn't nickel and dime us. I'd recommend to anyone in the area planning a wedding!

as nowhere to be found. My bridesmaids set out the petals along the aisle and place the other pieces on the chairs to reserve them. I finally saw her again and she was trying to book another wedding and could not be bothered to help with the one that was going on. After we finished with photos, she came to see me to get my final payment. I only used this venue for my ceremony.

working with Leslie Heller was an absolutely pleasure. She made sure every detail of our reception was exactly as we wanted it to be. Leslie was also extremely responsive to my endless questions. She really went out of her way to make sure the process was easy for us and that we understood all of our options for the reception. The reception room itself is simply beautiful. One of the things I loved most about it was that it wasn't overdone with really detailed/patterned wallpaper, etc. Some reception venues I visited has such specific colors that you might be forced, for example, to add chair covers or other decorations just so the room itself didn't clash with your wedding theme. The Beavercreek Golf Club isn't like that. It will go well with any colors/theme that you choose. It also has a lot of natural light, which I really liked. The reception went smoothly and was without any problems whatsoever! I would highly recommend the Beavercreek Golf Club and working with Leslie to any bride/groom! Also, one thing my husband really liked about them was the fact that they were the only reception venue we found that had a pricing booklet on their website. It was nice to know without having to call and scheduled an appointment whether or not they were within our price range!

I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE! They accomedated us for what we wanted, helped setup everything for us, and Leslie Heller is a great person to work with! ne there waitor/waitresses should learn that the bride and groom's food should stay out for a lot longer. I had gone to say hello to a few people after eating just my mashed potatoes and came back to my plate gone! They also packed up the candy bar that i paid for way to fast! almost my entire wedding party didn't get to have any and i think since i paid for the candy buffet for each person that i should have been able to take the left overs home.
