While many were beautiful, they often lacked the warmth and personal touch we were looking for. That all changed when a friend suggested the Beaverkill Valley Inn. From our very first email, we were greeted with genuine excitement and care, and that feeling continued throughout the entire process. The tour and the months of planning that followed were infused with kindness, patience, and a level of support that far exceeded our expectations. The grounds are breathtaking—elegant but never overwhelming. The Inn itself feels like a home away from home, offering both charm and a range of activities for our guests to enjoy. Chef Tommy’s culinary creations were unforgettable, and the river beside the Inn provided a perfect spot for a refreshing cold plunge on the morning of the wedding, helping to calm any pre-ceremony nerves. Our wedding day was beyond spectacular, and I can confidently say that Beaverkill Valley Inn played a huge part in making it so. . This is your last place to look!! BVI is warm , inviting, and offers everything you could possibly want and more! We had our son’s wedding here and it was the wedding of their dreams. The staff are very friendly and always attentive to our needs. The events coordinator Kaitlyn, is amazing! Her calm demeanor helped soothe our nerves! She anticipated our needs before we knew what they were! Tommy is the fabulous chef here. Every meal was 5 stars!!! We are still talking about his delicious wedding creations!! Also the pastry chef was exceptional as well!! Try their Oreo Beignets!! Overall BVI is a 5 star facility!!!

Additionally, we used their recommended wedding planner to assist and we couldn't have been more pleased. She helped us scout the perfect band and photographer, and was an essential part of making sure all was on track the month before and on the wedding day. The day of the wedding was flawless. Three years later guests are still talking about the food, menu and pprofessional service. Equally important was the beautiful pastoral setting and kindness of the entire staff which insured a relaxed and joyful weekend for everyone.

f I had never been before, I know I still would've been blown away by how magically it was transformed for our wedding on July 22nd. Literally, everything went perfectly, from the service to the food (DELICIOUS. People rave about it still to this day; a rarity for wedding food!) and I wouldn't have changed a single thing. The hotel portion is also the perfect size for accommodating your bridal party and lends such a fun vibe to the atmosphere when you can stay together all weekend. Couldn't recommend it more.

far from everything. The Inn holds about 30 people, perfect for the bridal party and family...there is lodging within 20 minutes and many Airbnbs for rent locally. Our ceremony was held next to the Beaverkill River with the sound of the water as our backdrop-could not have been more perfect. The Inn has a separate building which houses a gym, pool, basketball court and game room and a help yourself ice cream parlor! It was perfect for the after party! There are tennis courts and fly fishing - which is what this area of the Catskills is famous for-can be arranged on the world famous (to fly fisherman!) Beaverkill river. The gardens are planted with native plants that fit in perfectly with the landscape- very tastefully done. And the STAFF! we loved working with them. Inn Manager Kaitlyn and events planner Diana were gems-they worked seamlessly with our wedding planner. no detail was left unattended and they went totally above and beyond with their kindness and energy. Chef Tommy - wow. He and his staff turned out this amazing, locally sourced summer feast for our large group. We received so many compliments on the food.

The weekend of the wedding, in September, was magical and nothing was stressful thanks to the staff. They treated everyone like family and we were so grateful to share our special event with them. My guests found the venue to be relaxing, comfortable and fun, they didn't want to leave! The food was five star and my wedding cake was a hit among all guests! Originally my fiance was afraid of having a large wedding because he thought it would lack an intimate feel while my parents wanted to invite everyone they knew! What a dilemma! Thankfully the weekend at BVI allowed my husband to experience the intimate side while the inn was able to host around 90 wedding guests for the ceremony and reception to please my parents! It was just a dream come true! We can not thank everyone at Beaverkill Valley Inn enough!! Thanks for my magical wedding!

d with the setting and amenities. It is a gorgeous area with beautiful hiking trails, tennis courst, a swimming pool and lots of places to hang out and do nothing. The food was fantastic and they did a beautiful job with all the meals. Their pastry chef made our cake and the vendors they pointed us toward were all wonderful. This a beautiful and accessible location and I highly recommend it!

The staff at BVI, led by Kathy and Galen, are so passionate about what they do and they go out of their way to make your experience as comfortable and enjoyable as they possibly can. Our guests could not stop telling us how incredible the Beaverkill was - how delicious every single meal was, how beautiful the property was, and how amazing the staff was. Michelle, Jackie, Sandy, Mary Ellen, Gail, and every other member of the staff that was present throughout our wedding weekend was an absolute joy and we are forever grateful. We hope to return to the Beaverkill Valley Inn many more times in the future and it will always hold a special place in our hearts.

are a couple living in Brooklyn but knew we wanted a place outside the city in the Catskills and that we wanted a lot of people to stay at the venue and have the whole weekend to celebrate. The Beaverkill Valley Inn exceeded all expectations! First, the property is huge! There are 19 rooms (including a wheelchair accessible room) that our family and friends stayed in Friday-Sunday, which is more rooms than any other place in the Catskills we visited! It was like staying at an Air B&B but with a staff and incredible meals included! The food is all seasonal, local fare and it was incredible from rehearsal dinner Friday night, to breakfast, to the wedding and the cake. They have great local beers on tap! We didn't need to bring in anything, which was such a relief. We had bonfires Friday night & Saturday night, everyone got to hang out and relax, swim in the indoor pool, go for hikes. There are all kinds of game rooms, a self serve ice cream parlor... it felt like grown up camp! The wedding itself was beautiful and the staff was on top of everything, it went so smoothly and I still can't get over how much fun we all had and because we had the whole weekend, we never felt rushed, we could truly enjoy every moment and spend time with everyone. Kathy, the coordinator-- is a pleasure to work with and you can trust that you are in good hands with her and all of the staff, who were just nice, good people who went above and beyond to make our wedding special. We've attended several weddings in the Catskills, but this place is such a gem at such an amazing value and includes so much (especially compared to the high costs of a lot of other venues in that area), I feel like we were in on a secret-- this place is totally under the radar in the best way and our guests were so impressed. The Beaverkill Valley Inn makes it easy and that takes so much of the stress out of wedding planning process, I can't say enough great things about this venue & it's staff.
