It’s the kind of peaceful escape you don’t realize how much you need until you’re there. And the game room? An absolute blast! Pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, big-screen TV — it felt like our own private entertainment center. Whether it was morning coffee on the deck or late-night laughs in the game room, every moment was pure joy. We loved making smore's and talking around the fire in the huge firepit area. Every amenity was top-notch — from the fast Wi-Fi, to the hot tub, to the outdoor grill setup. Everything worked perfectly, and the attention to detail was unmatched. If you’re looking for a cabin getaway that combines rustic charm with luxury comfort, LOOK NO FURTHER. This place is magic. We didn’t want to leave, and we’re already planning our return. No one person in our huge party had one bad comment. 10/10 doesn’t even begin to cover it. More like 100/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t know what she meant by that. And I know my new wife would not appreciate it. Then after I told her no I think I’ll just rent somewhere else. She got rude with me and told me that they were fixing to quit renting cabins out and sell out anyway so it didn’t matter if I didn’t like her attitude tone or not. Serious this is terrible! Whoever she is she needs to stay in the office and out of the guestrooms! So we just rented somewhere else and had a wonderful time. beaver bend is beautiful, but I do not recommend this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. I don’t need any help with my honeymoon!

no option for a refund, we arrived, and the amenities were embellished! There were several items that were listed on the amenities list that were not included when we got here. One very important aspect was a gas fireplace on the outside deck. There is only a wood-burning fireplace. It also advertised a TV hung above the fireplace, but they have since removed that now from the amenities.We will never rent from This rental company or this cabin again. We come up here 6 to 7 times a year. We are highly disappointed! Ps. The picture I have included shows how the rain showerhead is missing, but the pictures of the cabin online showed a rain showerhead. Just many disappointing aspects to this cabin.

n and relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, that quickly turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. One of our friends discovered what appeared to be a bed bug in one of the rooms. Upon closer inspection, we found multiple dead bed bugs along the bed frame. We immediately contacted both the host and Airbnb around 1 AM. With no timely response, we had no choice but to sleep sitting upright in the living room until we heard back later that morning. When the rest of our group-who had stayed in separate rooms-woke up, we found more bugs in their beds. One of our friend's infants had large, visible bites all over her neck. We sent the host ample photo evidence, only to be met with a confrontational response claiming the insects were "roaches." Let's be clear-they were not roaches. And even if they were, any kind of vermin in the beds is completely unacceptable, especially at a rate of over $2,000 for a two-night stay. The host then refused to issue a full refund for what was clearly an uninhabitable cabin. Less than 15 hours after we arrived, we packed up and left-after filing a formal complaint with Airbnb. I fully intend to pursue this matter further, as this experience was entirely unacceptable and could have been harmful to our health and safety. Oh, and we believe the owner is the moderator of the Hochatown Facebook page where you can spread awareness. I was promptly blocked when trying to notify potential visitors and later figured out the reason. I WILL make sure to escalate this as far as possible :)
