Becca Haydu Weddings is a photojournalistic wedding photography and videography business based in Philadelphia, PA. Founder Becca Haydu believes that your wedding day is meant to be enjoyed in the moment, and her job is the make sure you can treasure those moments forever. She is dedicated to preserving these once-in-a-lifetime memories for you so that you can truly enjoy your special day. Becca is devoted to providing a service inclusive of all gender identities, sexualities, religions, and cultures and hopes to help your individuality shine through each moment she documents. Becca Haydu began her photography journey at age 15 and has since graduated from Maine College of Art, majoring in documentary photography and filmmaking. Her work has been featured in a range of publications, and she has garnered invaluable experience through documenting over 100 weddings. Becca would be delighted to be given the opportunity to share your special day and capture your authentic wedding memories. Becca Haydu Weddings offers bespoke packages to ensure that each service is tailored to your needs. Her packages may include full-day coverage, a second photographer, online proofing, and printed enlargements. Becca will present all of your final high-resolution images as digital files. She also offers wedding videography services, engagement sessions, and bridal portraits alongside wedding photography.

The photos turned out simply beautiful, but what makes Becca a remarkable photographer is her ability to make people feel at ease and to roll with any situation thrown at her. Our wedding day didn't go as scheduled, and the timing of everything was thrown off, but Becca made sure that we were able to get the shots we wanted and her calm and cool demeanor helped keep us relaxed as well - which in turn made the photos turn out even better! It was such a pleasure to work with Becca and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer to capture their special day!

Becca was great. Worth every penny. We had our 2yo and 1yo son in our wedding and Becca got great photos of them too. She even stayed past the time she was paid for.

Becca was a wonderful videographer. She made a documentary style video of our elaborate Indian-Korean wedding, complete with dance performances, speeches, and more. She was really nice to work with, and we recommend her highly!

day through her eyes really helped fill the gaps of the busy day, like a fly on a wall we were able to experience everything all over again. There was so many shots she captured we weren't even aware of- all flowing, effortless and dreamy to see edited together. We received our video about a month after our wedding, which was the perfect time for us to sit down and relive it together and share with family. We will treasure these memories for years to come and cannot thank her enough for creating such a precious digital keepsake for us. Owner

My love for photography began when I was 15 years old. I took a photography class in the darkroom at University of the Arts in 2009 and I shot my first wedding at age 17. I've been hooked ever since! I may be a city girl now, but my first love as a photographer was nature. I love animals and when I'm not out shooting, you can find me walking around town with my German Shepherd, Moana. I speak Spanish and love to travel, especially throughout Latin America during the cold winter months. I also shoot concert photography and am a regular at many music venues throughout the city.
