My husband loves the photos and I walked out of her studio feeling like an absolute rock star that day. You won't regret it!!

e was exactly who I was looking for. Her vision and style were everything we wanted for our wedding photos. I loved that an engagement photo shoot was part of the package. This gave us a chance to work with Becca before the big day. The experience was nothing short of amazing. She made us feel comfortable and helped us laugh through poses that may have seemed a little uncomfortable (especially for a couple that is nervous about being in front of the camera). On the big day, she and her team went above and beyond in every aspect from holding my train to helping direct and gather family members. It's kind of amazing how your photographer is there to take pictures, yet they somehow fill the role of being your right hand for the majority of the day. Becca filled this role beautifully and multi-tasked like no other! Not only does Becca have an amazing personality, but she is incredibly talented. Both our engagement photos and wedding photos were magical. It’s important to remember that you spend all day with your photographer(s) on your wedding day, and I couldn’t have imagined spending mine with anyone but Becca. She went above and beyond (including staying longer than she needed to) to get the best shots, my favorite part is that she captured so many candids, those are some of our favorite shots of the day. She captured every moment of our wedding beautifully, I love looking at our wedding photos over and over again and I can't recommend her highly enough!

and wedding photos. Picking a photographer was not a task I enjoyed at first. I knew that you had to really trust your photographer and have a comfortable relationship with them, but you also need someone that is assertive, outgoing, can manage a large group of people(that is drinking), but also take direction and take into account your wants. The second we sat down with Becca, we knew she was the one to tackle this job! We met with her and fell in love with her work immediately. She was also funny and personable!! Becca listened to everything that I wanted, but also offered her own ideas and knew what would really look the best. She recommended places, and knew the exact time and place to be to get the best shot. We did a sunset engagement photo shoot at Chestnut Ridge. We moved to about 8 different locations and she knew exactly where to go and when to be in that spot for the best lighting. She also wasn’t afraid to lay in the dirty leaves, run across a field, trudge through water, and I’m sure she would have climbed a tree if she needed to. We did our wedding photos in 5 different locations over the span of 9 or so hours (hotel beforehand, church, park, downtown, and reception venue). She was organized, alert, energized, assertive, PATIENT, and friendly the whole time! Somehow she managed family drama, a crying flower girl, traffic, a wedding party of 14 chatty individuals that were also under the influence and still kept us on schedule! She brought a second photographer and together they worked flawlessly. She even had her second photographer go to party city in between locations to buy some awesome champagne confetti (We did NOT ask her to do this)!! She stayed late into the night and my husband and I did a second mini shoot with some night photos and extras around the venue. We got some photos back THAT night and the very next day. They were perfect! Everyone raved about them and kept asking for her name for their friends and family getting married. You absolutely have to get Becca Sutherland as your photographer. You will have the most amazing photos to cherish forever!!!
