The BBK team is amazing every time I go in. Jamie was very knowledgeable when my husband and I came to the store to pick out my engagement ring. She helped us understand different ...
types of settings, cuts, etc., to lead us to my perfect ring. The team was also very patient and careful when I was deciding what wedding band I wanted. They offer a very low-pressure and peaceful environment, which is not always the case in the jewelry business. You cannot beat their customer service, they truly take care of their customers and make sure they're happy. I couldn't recommend them more!
We have used BBK for multiple jewelry pieces now including wedding bands and a gold chain/pendant. Our experience has been nothing but incredible. Stephanie and Jamie are great to ...
work with. They helped us every step of the way designing an engagement ring and answered all of our questions. Whether you need a custom engagement ring or a simple chain, the ladies at BBK are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Chad N Stacey:
I'm extremely dissatisfied. I came in looking for something for my 16th anniversary marriage for my wife and the piece that I got my wife she did not like so I asked...
to return it and was told that I could only Exchange and not get a refund. So I had my wife look on their website to try to pick out something else she might like. She found a couple of things but they did not have them in the store available. Long story short the necklace is on order and likely won't get here until the beginning of December mean while I'm out about $90 and my wife has nothing for her anniversary gift because they would not give me a refund. I will never go back to this jewelry store and you can bet all my friends family and coworkers will know about this experience and be warned.
Becky Beauchine Kulka Diamonds and Fine Jewelry:
Chad and Stacy,
thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We know choosing the perfect gift can sometimes be a challenge, which is why our 30 day exchange policy has been in place for 29 years. While we do have our policy posted throughout the store, as well as on our receipts and receipt holders, based on your feedback it seems as though it still wasn't clear, so we will look into ways we can make this information more obvious for our customers going forward.
The necklace Stacy has selected is absolutely beautiful and we know she'll be thrilled with it. It is one of our most popular, so we apologize that it wasn't in stock the day you inquired about it. Rest assured, the moment it arrives we will be in touch!
Thank you again for sharing your experience with us so we can continue to grow and support our customers.
Chad N Stacey: Well just because you have had the same old exchange policy for the last 29 years does not mean you can't make exceptions under certain circumstances. This is a policy that ensures you get paid, no exceptions. I had to go to another jewelry store and make another purchase. Whom by the way has a return policy and exchange policy. I will see you in December to pickup my anniversary necklace from October.
We worked with Christine to find our wedding bands. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to buy. They have a great rewards program too where you get...
a certain percentage of your purchase back to use in the store for anything. We used it towards two Jack Mason watches when they had a weekend sale and paid next to nothing thanks to the rewards credit from our wedding band purchase. They also clean my rings every time I go in and did a wonderful job on a "ring spa day" service for my engagement ring which is a family heirloom. It looked brand new, it was so sparkly! I highly recommend them!
I had a custom ring and they were able to find a ring to match the one my husband designed. The staff is friendly and sweet. They seem genuinely excited to help you pick out a wedd...
ing band that you will like for your special day. I will go back to get more jewelry from them in the future.
Becky is by far the best Jeweler in the area! On top of having the most beautiful diamonds, the staff is always friendly!
All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the perfect band to go with my engagement ring.
Made my wedding day "sparkle" - custom made ring for groom, Hearts on Fire for the bride.
Great place
My engagement ring came from here. It's very unique. The downside is that they are not a chain, and if they go out of business, there goes the service on the ring.
All the ladies at BBK were so helpful and friendly. They made my dream come true with the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands.
We are extremely pleased with everything regarding Becky Beauchine. I get complements on my ring all the time. The showroom is beautiful. The staff is pleasant and trust worthy. ...
I ordered my wedding ring and didn't realize how long it would take, so I ordered it with little time to spare. Gracie was always kind when I called for a status, and she was always on top of it. She said she called the vendor daily to make sure they didn't delay with my ring. We thought it would be in only the day before the wedding, but it came in about four day before! We were so happy. I never had a doubt it would be perfect, and it was!
