Long story short the necklace is on order and likely won't get here until the beginning of December mean while I'm out about $90 and my wife has nothing for her anniversary gift because they would not give me a refund. I will never go back to this jewelry store and you can bet all my friends family and coworkers will know about this experience and be warned. This is a policy that ensures you get paid, no exceptions. I had to go to another jewelry store and make another purchase. Whom by the way has a return policy and exchange policy. She said she called the vendor daily to make sure they didn't delay with my ring. We thought it would be in only the day before the wedding, but it came in about four day before! We were so happy.
