Bee Inspired Events

I truly loved everything they created for my wedding.

ng turned out. From the very beginning, Maya was so easy to work with—responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly organized. After our initial meeting, she created a beautiful vision board based on what we discussed, which really helped us visualize everything coming together. Our color scheme was light and blue, and Maya absolutely nailed it. The flowers were not only stunning, but also incredibly fresh—they looked beautiful all day and tied the whole look together perfectly. Every floral detail, from the bouquets to the breathtaking floral installations, reflected exactly what we had imagined. Maya met with us multiple times throughout the planning process to make sure everything aligned with our vision and our budget. Even when we had a few last-minute changes, she was flexible, and accommodating. On the day of the wedding, the team delivered our bouquets and boutonnieres to the hotel hours before the ceremony, which was a huge help and made things run so much smoother. If you’re getting married at District Winery, we can’t recommend Bee Inspired Events enough. Maya and her team are talented, professional, and a joy to work with. They brought our vision to life better than we could have imagined.

our ceremony and reception and the flowers looked exactly like Maya's proposal. We appreciate the great communication and professionalism. Would recommend!

we were floored. Maya’s work exceeded our wildest dreams and we kept saying to each other “is this OUR wedding??!!” Maya was truly a joy to work with and made everything smooth and seamless. We would love to work with her again and recommend her without hesitation for any event.

hen I got to see the florals for our wedding, I became so emotional. I could not believe how beyond beautiful our florals were. Our other vendors including our venue commented how spectacular the flowers were and the best they have seen. I gave Maya just a few ideas of what I was looking for including color schemes, and she delivered more than I could have imagined. She was the first florist we spoke with, and I am SO happy we went with her. She is also so sweet and lovely, a genuinely lovely person. If you are debating anything about florals, it is worth every part of your budget. Bee Inspired Events is worth every single penny and more. If I could give Maya 100 stars I would. This is how much I love her and her work.

beautiful. they helped make my vision for a romantic color palette and design happen. They even helped us stay within our budget and helped figure out multiple ways the flowers could be used from Ceremony to reception. I felt my wedding was absolutely gorgeous and Maya communicated with us the entire time. I really appreciated her expertise because I had no clue how stressful wedding florals could be. Once we hired Bee Inspired Events everything started to come together. The florals made everything one and they perfectly complimented my bridal party's dresses. All of our guests thought the floral decor and vases were absolutely beautiful. Thank you for everything!!

y. They were, able to repurpose all of the flowers from the ceremony and dinner and into the cocktail hour and reception which added immense value and brought the rooms/areas together. We researched several florists and went with the vendor that made us feel most comfortable. It turned out to be the best value we could have received.

laborate with the team. We shared ideas via Pinterest boards (color scheme, style, mix of flowers & candles), and specified the places where and individuals who needed flowers. However, we left a lot of the design work up to Bee Inspired, and it paid off majorly! (My photographer, who also works often with this florist, was floored by their work when we walked into the space, and said "this is what happens when you let your florist be their best creative self".) The floral arch in particular was stunning, and we received so many compliments on the dreamy, candlelit atmosphere they created. I would 10/10 recommend them for your event!

red and organic arrangements and truly helped bring the thoughts in my head to life. In addition Maya was open to connecting several times, and making adds and updates as needed— including a last minute add of table arrangements for the rehearsal dinner (and they were AMAZING). Their work is simply fantastic and they gorgeously set the scene for our day.

and helpful even throughout my complete change of mind of how I wanted the flowers to look. She took my idea and some colors I threw out, and turned it into the most beautiful assortment of flowers I have ever seen. The number one compliment other people give me from our wedding day is how beautiful the flowers looked. Could not recommend Bee Inspired Events more!

ncredibly knowledgeable. And most importantly, she was supportive and accommodating despite a date change and last-minute changes day-of to where our ceremony was taking place. Maya was fantastic and I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

ot stop smiling-- absolutely gorgeous and so happy with everything! Maya was also very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

/understanding of my indecisiveness. 😊 I received countless compliments on the centerpieces and bouquets. Would definitely recommend!

e said, she is extremely responsive), and she made it easy to share what I wanted for our wedding. I chose to book with Bee Inspired when Maya suggested a change to my bouquet, based on the predicted availability of the flowers I was originally considering - she clearly knows the business and wants to only deliver the best to her customers. The quality of the flowers was excellent, even for our December day. Maya delivered our flowers to our church with plenty of time to spare.

g within our budget. She was very responsive to emails and even last minute changes we asked for. The final product was everything we wanted and more! I cried when I saw the bouquets (which she delivered to my hotel). And the ceremony and reception flowers were just beautiful. I couldn't have picked a better florist who was easier to work with and able to produce exactly what we wanted! Would definitely recommend her!

She worked within our budget, and always let me know when we were creeping beyond it. She also worked seamlessly to incorporate my friend's artwork into the decor. We also hired our Day of Coordinator through Bee Inspired. If you don't need a wedding planner, but want someone to help coordinate so you're not on call the day-of I would strongly recommend Gema from Maya's team. She was calm, down to earth, and organized and the whole day went so smoothly!

nd elegant. Maya was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the planning process. I cannot recommend her strongly enough!

requests into the proposal. Our personal flowers were beautiful and delivered on time, as promised, and the table centerpieces and chuppah decorations were absolutely perfect and exactly what we had asked for. She is willing to work within your budget, and her attention to detail, creativity, and taste is unmatched. Thank you, Maya!

bvious that she loves what she does - very refreshing to work with a vendor that cares so much! I would absolutely recommend Bee Inspired Events - I would give 6 starts if that was an option.

e, bc of weather, we had to change our location and change our flowers. She was extremely flexible and did a superb job. Our flowers looked beautiful. I’d definitely use her again and recommend her for others.

e ins and outs of flowers and genuinely loves what she does. She listened to what we wanted and delivered that times a hundred. Throughout the entire process, Maya was responsive and prompt whenever I needed her or had a question. Her team arrived early to set up and decorated our venue beautifully. When the bridesmaids bouquets were brought into the room, I literally gasped at how gorgeous and lush they were. Everything from the flower girl baskets and boutonnieres to the arbor was done expertly and with love. I would and will recommend her to everyone I know!

agined! Everything she put together was perfect, and she made everything so easy for us!

work from my bouquet to our centerpieces. I could not be more happy and would absolutely recommend them to anyone having a wedding in the DMV area!

eate a truly gorgeous palate of colors. My bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonierres, and all other accents were beyond beautiful. Maya even provided some of her own accessories to help compliment my fall garden / bike / winery theme. She made Cecilia (my bike which i wanted to incorporate in the wedding) a visually interesting focal point and even made this otherwise blah stairwell "nook" into a fairytail of hanging lights. I cannot recommend Maya enough - she is beyond compare and, more importantly, she is a delightful person that I hope to call a friend!

olution! My guests were amazed!

as also very positive and supportive. A few adjectives and she knew exactly what we wanted, sending images and ideas. We booked her immediately. On the wedding day, we kept getting asked what the flowers were because they were so unique and beautiful! Their prices are also very reasonable. We can't recommend Bee Inspired Events enough!!

to a true real life fantasy. Her attention to detail and work ethic is everything a stressed out bride needs. Everything I wanted was executed to perfection and even more beautiful than I had imaged it. Maya is truly so talented at what she does! If you want a team that really knows how to execute a perfect event Bee Inspired Events is the way to go.

ould create the most beautiful arrangements and they were even better than I had hoped. They even arrived early to the venue and had everything set up very quickly! I can't recommend Bee Inspired enough!

spired Events to anyone looking for beautifully designed flower arrangements.

ith her prior to the wedding. She is very responsive to e-mails and that was a great way for us to share ideas. She had a very clear idea of my color theme and style and exceeded my expectations! The bouquets were beautiful- My bridesmaid's bouquets were the size I thought the bridal bouquet would be, but that was even larger! The altar pieces were also beautiful and were also able to be displayed at our wedding reception. I definitely recommend working with Maya for your wedding!

ls ...but I’m so glad I did! Maya’s work was outstanding and made all the difference at my wedding. My husband and I can’t thank her enough! We now refer her to all of our friends and family.
