When my husband & I toured the venue 2.5 years ago we knew immediately that we had to get married there and then we had the most beautiful Fall wedding this past October. The foliage on the property was peak and really wowed us & our guests. There were even bald eagles that were flying above us during our ceremony…unreal! The carriage barn on the property for cocktail hour/the bar was so ideal for us and would have held a very important role if we had to have the entire cocktail hour inside due to rain (we lucked out with a window of clear skies). The owner Priscilla was such a pleasure to work with… you can truly tell how much care she puts into the grounds and how much she loves hosting weddings. She was available for anything we needed weekend-of and would always reply promptly to my many, many emails leading up to the big day. The list of recommended vendors was also extremely helpful and we truly booked the best of the best. The on-site house we stayed in with our bridal party was unbelievable & same with the farmhouse my in-laws stayed in down the road. The entire property of Beech Hill Barn fits that rustic but chic vibe that so many couples seek out. The amount of compliments we received from our guests the entire night about how gorgeous the wedding and venue was was amazing and meant so much to us…. you need to visit to understand just how beautiful (and HUGE) the property is! We can’t recommend Beech Hill Barn enough!!! :)

opped after we visited Beech Hill Barn. The grounds are unmatched. The views are breathtaking. The barn itself is spotless and is an empty canvas for you to create as elaborate or simple of a wedding as you like. One of the things that set it apart was that it had that rustic look but with that new, clean feel. Many of the other barns were long time working barns and older and had a dark cold feel to them. But this barn is fairly new and spotless. But it is not just the barn, it is the whole weekend experience. Priscilla is AMAZING. Honestly, she has thought of everything and if there is something you bring to her attention, it is as good as done. The main house where we stayed for the weekend just added to the whole enchantment of the place. It was beautiful. Perfect is not to an overstatement. The workmanship of the home, barn and carriage house is meticulous. Everything is pristine and perfectly in place from the most obvious centerpiece (like the stone fireplace in the main house) to the minutest detail (perfectly weeded flowerbeds). We planned this wedding in the midst of COVID which added another whole dimension and due to state regulations we had to limit our function to 50 people but honestly, it didn't even matter. The whole weekend was just magical. There are rainbows in the valley frequently which you can view from the overlook or from the back deck (where the pool and hot tub are). Which by the way, having the hot tub at the end of a long day was so wonderful. I really can't say enough. Priscilla helped us as we had to navigate thru the whole COVID crisis together but she was professional and yet personal attending to our needs thru it all. With COVID we considered other scenarios but after very little discussion my daughter said she "couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else" . The photos on the website are beautiful but you really need to take the drive up to see it. It is such a large open space which makes it dramatic but the barn and carriage barn still give it an intimate feel. There is an outdoor ceremony site which overlooks the valley in front of the stone wall but the newly built carriage house serves as a backup ceremony site. We used it for overflow during the ceremony (for those member who did not want to be so close to the music) and had our photo booth in there too. Also used the carriage barn for our rehearsal dinner the night before. Priscilla is full of recommendations of vendors that are familiar with the venue and have a high standard as well. So, she is a wealth of information in that regard. Truly magical weekend.

modern venue. The owners, Priscilla and Jay, have truly thought of everything you could need. They absolutely love what they do, and it really shows. The house is beautiful and relaxed, and accommodated all of our wedding party perfectly. It is the perfect place to unwind and rest in the days leading up to the wedding, and our parents loved staying at the house down the street. Prisicilla is the exact kind of person you want handling everything. Her attention to detail and her level of care for her work and the property are unparalleled. She was around only when we needed her, like magic, and otherwise we didn’t even notice she was there. Priscilla and Jay are so lovely to be around, we were sad to leave them when the weekend was over. Our wedding weekend was perfect, all thanks to Priscilla, Jay, and Beech Hill Barn!

Priscilla wants nothing more than for her couples to have the best day - she is super responsive and made planning from afar so easy. We had a rainy November wedding weekend and it still felt like a fairytale. Priscilla lent me an extra pair of rain boots for the weekend for trips from the barn to the house and helped our team of vendors with anything and everything throughout the reception. One of the most memorable parts of the weekend was the unbelievable house we got to stay at with our families Thurs-Sunday. When Sunday rolled around, we didn't even want to leave for our honeymoon! Thank you thank you thank you for hosting us for a wedding weekend more perfect than we ever could have imagined!

Priscilla's hard work and love for the house/barn on the property shines through. The guest house and barn are in immaculate condition as if you were its first ever guest upon arrival! I can not say enough great things about BHB - the hardest part of our wedding weekend was saying goodbye to this beautiful venue. ions in the house is that of a 5 Star Resort with a top of the line Hot Springs Hot Tub, Infinity Pool, an outdoor Fire Pit and a Weber BBQ Grill. The house also features a game room complete with an air hockey, ping pong and a big screen TV. The amenities in the house are countless. Perhaps the best feature is the panoramic views overlooking Camden Hills with visibility for miles, you'll witness the most incredible sunrises Maine has to offer. Staying here on the premises allows you to savor the special time in your life. The barn is finished with beautiful pine and the bathroom facilities are gorgeous, clean, modern, complete with polished concrete floors. The barn tables are like none other, the rustic feel is beyond belief. We looked at numerous Barn Wedding Venues and this is the one. The barn is insulated and air-conditioned and although it was 93 degrees and humid during my daughters wedding- it was a comfortable 71 in the barn. There is also a stone patio attached to the barn that is covered by a customized tent that offers the perfect setting for the the bar service during the wedding, the rehearsal dinner and/or a cocktail hour before the reception, we had 46 guests for rehearsal dinner and it was just out of this world. The wedding grove features a beautiful meandering stone walkway to the wedding archway. Benches are placed on both sides and everyone feels included in the ceremony. The grove is covered by beautiful, well groomed trees that offer a comfortable, shaded area with breathtaking, picturesque views. Your photographer will thank you for having your wedding here, the backdrop for your photos will be jaw dropping with the panoramic views, flower gardens, greenery and stonework. Priscilla even offers her beautiful horse Stuart for a prop if you are interested. He is a beautiful horse that loves people. The hosts are perhaps the icing on the cake, although they are on the premises the entire time you will not see them until you need something. Priscilla and Jay are the nicest, most accommodating hosts you will find. As with any celebration of this magnitude we had a few problems with store bought decorations and forgotten items. Priscilla came to the rescue fixing broken props we brought, providing tape, scissors, screws and invaluable advice and helped us with every other item and detail we overlooked. Her wedding experience and sweet personality make it an absolute pleasure having a wedding at this venue. So if you are looking for a wedding venue that is above and beyond any of your expectations come see the Beech Hill Barn, it is well worth coming to see it, although the photographs you can find online are beautiful, you have to see it to believe it.

cal about starting your family in the place where the Kelley's raised their own, and the love and care they put into their property is so noticeable in every detail. We knew Beech Hill Barn was our venue upon our first walk through on the property a year and a half before our wedding, and now i cannot image how people can book a venue for only the day of the wedding! Priscilla was insanely responsive to all my questions and really helpful in suggesting excellent vendors! We loved that we were able to have our family and wedding party with us at the house for a long weekend, and it made the entire experience so relaxing. Trust me, your wedding day flies by, staying at the gorgeous country house allowed us to prepare for the day on site, and still relax and spend time with family and friends. Maine means so much to my husband and I, and Beech Hill Barn truly is all the very best of Maine, its rustic and secluded while still being breathtakingly gorgeous, elegant and memorable. We had a large rehearsal dinner on the patio outside the barn, getting to spend quality time with family who had traveled to be with us, and our wedding day was perfection. Priscilla was the perfect mixture of attentive to every need, and anticipating any and all concerns, while still making it feel like you and your family are alone on the property. I cannot say enough things about this venue and the wonderful people who run it. Please, do yourself a favor and visit Beech Hill barn. I have heard from so many of our guests that arriving at Beech Hill was like stumbling onto a hidden paradise and that it was the most stunning wedding venue they have ever been to and in my biased opinion I totally agree. It was a perfect day, and Priscilla and Jay are truly the perfect hosts!

truly provides a one-of-a-kind experience for the couple getting married, their families and guests. We loved that we would be able to stay on-site in the gorgeous farmhouse with our families, which allowed us ample time to set up the wedding decor and host our rehearsal. Come day-of the wedding, it was so special to have such a beautiful location where we could get ready for the big day with our bridal party without having to worry about losing time with transport back and forth between salons, hotels, etc. As far as the wedding and reception, every single guest we have spoken to since has remarked about how beautiful, unique and special Beech Hill Barn was. From the intimate oak grove ceremony site to the stone patio for cocktail hour and the barn for dancing, it really was perfect in every way. We cannot thank Priscilla and Jay enough for sharing their beautiful piece of Maine heaven with us.

n the snow we knew it would be beautiful. The grounds are cared for meticulously, and both the barn and home have a beautiful style and charm thanks to Priscilla's excellent eye and attention to detail. Right from the beginning Priscilla was helping us, recommending vendors that could come to the barn, and that flexibility meant that we could shape every detail of our day and do a lot of it ourselves. Because you rent the property from Thursday to Sunday you get to feel like you're on your own quiet mountain top, and while Priscilla and Jay live on the property, they had this great ability to appear when we needed help or had a question, but otherwise gave us the space and privacy to enjoy the space with our family. We were lucky to get gorgeous weather the whole day but one of the reasons we felt so confident booking Beech Hill Barn was because it gave us great options to deal with weather. If you get a hot day, the ceremony site is set in a glade of trees so it's a few degrees cooler and out of direct sunlight, and if you get rain, the barn is still a beautiful location with a dramatic entry way for the aisle. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. As my grandfather would say, " Perfect, perfect."
