nd her husband run the most incredible business. The barn has two guest houses on site that were perfect for our wedding party and immediate family. Not to mention, each house was immaculately decorated and stocked by Bridget. She said it’s like Airbnb meets your best friends house and that’s the perfect description! The bridal suite was gorgeous and the perfect spot to host my bridesmaids. The barn is an empty canvas, so you can really do whatever you want with it. With multiple spaces for ceremonies we were able to have a 2-day Indian American wedding with two completely different looks! Bridget and Rachel (odyssey event designs - our wedding planner) worked with us for over two years to get every detail just right. We felt so taken care of and like we had friends with us all weekend. The barn has Sonos throughout, beautiful Adirondack chairs, magical lighting and other options that you can add a la Carte. We had the wedding of our dreams because of Bridget and this gorgeous venue!

The whole property is breathtaking, from the beautiful remodeled barn, to the farmhouses that compliment it, and the yard surrounding, it’s truly a dream venue. Bridget and Steve continue to add more amazing touches to the property that really suit their guests, while still maintaining the original feel of the barn. My husband and I toured the barn on a super cold day in February and we fell in love immediately. We were not only sold on the beauty of the property, but Bridget was also AMAZING to work with from the start. She was always there to answer questions, give suggestions and share plenty of laughs with. It is clear how passionate Bridget and Steve are about the property and their guests. After having our wedding at Beech Ridge Barn, Bridget and Steve are like family and the barn will always hold a special place in our hearts. We make it a point to drive by the barn anytime we are in the area just to fall in love all over again. Thank you so much Bridget and Steve for making our wedding unforgettable and for being the best hosts. You can’t go wrong with having your wedding here!

Of course there is the beautiful barn, but there is also the concrete patio for anything outdoors, the deck with the pergola, the patio, the beautiful bridge down by the stream, the Farmhouse and Guesthouse and even the driveway all provide spaces to gather and celebrate. Being so close to Portland provides an entire city’s worth of hotels and restaurants for guests. Bridget and Steve do such an incredible job of maintaining the property. They were so helpful leading up to our weekend and were there behind the scenes making sure the day went off without issue. We decided to rent the houses for the weekend as well and it made everything that much easier. Beech Ridge has such a special place in our hearts and we recommend it to anyone looking to plan a wedding in Maine 😊

for after seeing pictures and doing a virtual tour. We rented both guest houses for the entire weekend and we're so glad we did. The entire wedding party had so much fun all staying together and it was so convenient. The guest houses were clean and featured all the amenities we would hope for. The houses have heartfelt touches which made it feel even more special to stay there. Outside, we utilized the small wooden bridge for our first look and for an intimate vow exchange with our families and the wedding party. We used the patio area for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. The barn itself (used for the reception) has rustic charm and was really an open canvas for us and our vendors. A few things to keep in mind when booking this space: just about everything you'll need for the wedding, including tables and chairs will need to be rented. The blank canvas allows you to customize every aspect of your wedding which we loved, but keep this in mind when considering your budget. Also, if there is significant rain leading up to your wedding event there are some grassy areas that you are unable to utilize (for photos or the ceremony) because they get too wet and soggy. If this happens, there are plenty other places for beautiful photos and the ceremony. Overall, we were above and beyond pleased with the indoor and outdoor spaces. Bridget provided excellent communication and was very helpful leading up to and on the weekend of our event. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for beautiful space for their wedding.

f 150 people feel very intimate. Bridget went above and beyond with assisting us, giving us advice in all wedding aspect and lending some us some of her beautiful rustic furniture. about the couples’ experience and went above and beyond to make it amazing. The patio is beautiful and overlook the trees and pond, and the huge barn fits so many people comfortably. Plus it’s close to the beach and to downtown Portland. Perfect spot - highly recommend!
