appreciated being able to do a tasting beforehand. We aren’t from the area, but happened to be passing through on a trip, so Alyssa packaged up our tasting for us to enjoy in the car. She even gave us extras for the road, which was incredibly thoughtful!
Everything was delicious, beautiful, and such a hit with our guests. Couldn’t recommend Alyssa enough!
Our wedding cake from Beef Cakes was delicious and beautiful, it was exactly what I wanted! We were met with quick service and replies as well was seamless booking!
Beef cakes did an outstanding job on the tiramisus tower. We ordered a mini tower of 14 cups for our cake cutting because guests were having ice cream bars and my husband and I are...
not big cake lovers. This was the perfect way to go for us, not only were they absolutely delicious but they also were so darling. We received many compliments on how the tower looked and the picture of the tower has been shared on social media by many people. This addition tied so well into our overall aesthetic of our wedding design.
Got married in May 2026! And we ordered a two tier wedding cake and about 40 cupcakes from Alyssa who owns this beautiful bakery, and we were very impressed because I had a very cu...
stom and personal request for one side of the cake which was going to be Fortnite themed and she stated she was definitely able to do one side anything we wanted and the other side can be basic wedding cake with you know flowers and have it look like an actual real wedding cake but when flipped over, it was fun and creative and it was what we wanted my husband and I we love to play Fortnite together and so that was the option we chose and I had like a basic vision in my mind and when the cake actually arrived to the venue, we walked over for the cutting and I was astonished and amazed at how awesome and creative Alyssa was with our vision and how beautifully she also set up the classic wedding cake side with fresh flowers from our wedding day and it was just so perfect. I was not aware you could make wedding cakes look as good as she did so I was very amazed and very grateful to have her as my personal customizer for our wedding cake and the flavors were so good and so many to choose from I highly recommend. She was also able to accommodate people who are able to eat sugar, and she uses substitutes such as monk fruit. The frosting itself is the creamiest and I have ever had. 10/10 rating! Would order again for sure! Thanks Alyssa!!
Our cake not only looked great, but was also delicious!

iful cake, I loved working with Alyssa! From the first time we visited her bakery to inquire about her service, she was a breath of fresh air. She let us go though her portfolio and even recommendes other vendors for us to consider working with. Another plus of working with her is that she does own local bakery which allows you to explore different flavors she provides .She was also very attentive throughout the creative process of narrow down inspiration of cake decor via text message. I also throughly enjoyed the one on one time we got with her during our cake tasting. Her demeanor was very reassuring to me and my husband. We left the tasting completely confident in her skills, and she did not disappoint!

Alyssa the owner at Beef Cakes is incredible. We heard nothing but raves from other vendors that have worked along side her and use her pastry’s at their own businesses. She was so...
incredible to my husband and I when we first met her, I had a crazy freak accident happen and she would continually reach out to me and ask how I was doing! She was above and beyond what a typical wedding vendor/ bride relationship, she became my friend.
Beyond that her cakes and pastry’s are incredible! The morning before the wedding a bridesmaid and I can him for a French press and some pastries and they were off the charts, brought be back to Paris! The shop is top notch adorable inside, but her artistry sets her a part from any other bakery.
Most people aren’t cake people. We didn’t even get to try our lemon curd/lemon poppyseed cake our carrot because they were gone too fast!
If you’re looking for someone to make you a delicious cake and be the easiest baker to work with, Hire Alyssa. She’s incredible and I’m so happy I found a friend in her 🤍

Thank You so much for a great cake and we appreciate you caring and giving it your all.
