Bee’s Event Planning

Bee's Event Planning is a wedding coordination business in New Orleans, LA. I started my business in early 2022, doing event planning and luxury balloon decor. Then, we expanded our services in late 2022 to offer wedding coordination packages. I've been assisting with weddings and events for friends and family for years before starting my own business out of pure love for it! I always get a little teary-eyed watching my couples walk into their receptions as newlyweds, as I've usually spent the months prior getting to know them and learning about their love story. What sets us apart is that we offer a luxury service without the luxury price tag. Affordability for all couples on their big day is important to us, as well as entering the planning process with a listening ear and empathy. I start working with my couples early so that when the day comes, I know exactly what their vision is. I like to do weekly check-ins with people as the final few months can be the most stressful. We understand that the little things are what make the day. I like to get to know my client's needs and wants. I always put a lot of thought into things and make extra notes. My team and I cater to all types of clients and take extra care of any needs or accommodations that are needed. We're fearless in taking on a challenge or a nontraditional wedding celebration and, in fact, welcome them with open arms. We like to go about our coordination and timeline creation in a way that caters to each couple so our service is as unique as you are.
