we did.   “Spectacular” was a word that was repeatedly used when any of the wedding guests talked about our flowers.  Bill was a pleasure to work with throughout the process- whether in person, on the phone, or texting reference photos back and forth.  He and his team put great care and attention into their work, and it showed.  They exceeded all of our hopes and expectations.  The flowers they used were vibrant, fresh and fragrant.  Seriously, I have never smelled a more aromatic bouquet than the one my wife carried down the aisle.  Definitely recommend!

lly speaking, flowers are quite expensive, but I chose Beethoven’s because their artistic flair made them stand out from the typical floral arrangements you would see in other places. The theme was wildflowers and they were outstanding at the event! I would highly recommend using them if you want something more than average! y, but things always work out. In this case they worked out over and above our wildest expectations. The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, perfectly arranged. The roses in the bouquet have the most amazing fragrance, that I just wanted to dive into them. There were flowers so beautiful, I didn't even know they existed. Delivery was on time. The attention to detail was impeccable. The bouquet was delivered in a watered vase and covered in elegant paper and ribbon. We are still fawning over each piece after 5 days. Sadly, they will not last forever, but we have taken a ridiculous amount of pictures to keep the memory. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for filling our special day with beauty, splendor, and joy.

So when I needed flowers for my daughter’s baby shower-I called Beethoven’s Veranda. I can’t begin to tell you how many compliments I received from the guests and family members about the flowers and the service from the team that came to set up everything. They were fantastic!!!! The flower arrangements were stunning and the service from William and his team was simply outstanding!!!!!!

William was absolutely wonderful in quickly walking me through my various creative options. This was not going to be his sale of the year, but he acted as though it was! The items were delivered today and were absolutely perfect and so appreciated! If this florist did this so quickly and excellently for such a small sale, just imagine what he could do for you! was the hit of the bridal shower! The flower cart presentation was over the top and a showstopper! All of the flowers were so fresh, vibrant, and they offered a wide variety of flowers and greenery. ight out of my dreams! William is a true artist in every sense of the word and his passion is infectious. We took a trip to his flower shop to create a plan for bouquets, our chuppah and the reception and he pulled together a stunning display live, making real-time adjustments based on feedback. He completely nailed the wild, romantic vibe we were going for. Everything was so exquisite and unique, and he had great recommendations to maximize our budget without sacrificing what we were hoping to achieve. On our wedding day, there was a major rainstorm that made the outdoor ceremony we had dreamed of impossible. William and his team built the chuppah structure in our plan B location under a covered area. I cried when I saw it - it was more beautiful than anything I could have ever imagined. Miraculously, the weather cleared an hour before our ceremony but the full 8’x8’ construction and design (with over 30 pounds of flowers!) had already been completed. Despite all of the complications, William was determined to get us what we had hoped for and he and his team moved the entire structure to the location we had always dreamed of getting married. The ground was completely soaked so they had to use additional support and stakes in the ground to ensure it was sturdy. I couldn’t have envisioned a more stunning display. Our guests raved about the florals and they all have new profile photos from underneath the chuppah! Beyond his artistic talent, William’s positive vibes and sense of humor were an incredible energy to have throughout the day. He is a calming force and brought confidence that if it was something we wanted and it could be done, he would get it done. Beethoven’s Veranda was absolutely instrumental in creating the wedding of our dreams. William and team, we can’t thank you enough!

d how he listened to my vision. We had to postpone my wedding due to covid last year in 2020 about 2 month prior. First thing that came out of William's mouth was we do not do refunds. Which is fine because I really just wanted to reschedule. He said that was fine and we verbally agreed because we were actually together when I found out my venue was temporarily closing due to COVID restrictions. As time went on and we found a new date and reschedule getting in contact with William was closed to pulling teeth. No callbacks, not answering emails. I resorted to reaching out on instagram with got a prompt one word response in email form. After that it was radio silence. As the wedding neared 90 days prior I was becoming anxious and frustrated that he was not answering me. Finally I sent an email freaking out, and started calling everyday to find out what the heck is going on. I was very upset at this point. He called me and we spoke over the phone and he relayed I am so sorry my personal life has affected my work and that is why I did not answer. Meanwhile on instagram there are posts everyday. ( P.S. Another bride also resorted to reaching out to him on instagram and saw a very snarky reply). Throughout the weeks leading upto the wedding my mother communicated with him to spare me the anxiety he would induce. My mom's review after the wedding was that every time he would call his words would be " We have a PROBLEM" even on the day of the wedding that is how he started the morning. The 2 weeks before the wedding he told my mother he cancelled the contract! After she repeatedly tried to get in touch with him to drop off a cheque for the final payment after he changed the original price. Along with that we ended paying at least 2,000 dollars more than the contract had initially intended due to his problems. THEN he had the audacity to call me the morning after to ask for me to leave a good review on The Knot. Yes the flowers looked nice but coming from someone that has a little bit of experience working in a flower shop nothing he did was out of this world. MAYBE I am speaking emotionally due to the treatment we received from this man but I will stick by my review. Especially as a business owner do not let your personal life affect your job. It felt like a honey trap so I reiterate, if you got the money and have no problem dealing with someone that lacks communication skills then by all means go ahead.
