We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Danielle from Before Ever After. As our month-of coordinator, she was everything we hoped for and so much more. She brought an incredible sense of calm, professionalism, and precision that allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day without a single worry.
Danielle was organized, thoughtful, and completely on top of every detail. She followed our plans and instructions perfectly and coordinated with our vendors seamlessly—if there were any issues behind the scenes, we never knew about them. Everything ran like clockwork, and we were able to be completely present in every moment.
She also brought a kind, intuitive energy that made such a difference, not just for us, but for our family and friends too. One example of how great she is: when it was time for cake cutting, Danielle saw that I was having the time of my life on the dance floor and didn’t rush me. She waited until the moment felt right, and it was such a small but deeply appreciated gesture that showed how tuned in she was to what mattered most.
Danielle helped bring it our wedding day to life in a way that felt effortless. Everything was beautiful, perfectly timed, and filled with joy—and we owe so much of that to her. She is a true pro with a warm heart, and we are endlessly grateful!!
Danielle and her assistant Emily were wonderful throughout the entire wedding process, I would highly recommend her! She communicated with us multiple times before our wedding to make sure that all the details were in order so the day would run smoothly, which it did! We had two separate venues so I was a little nervous about the logistics but Danielle had everything organized, the day flowed perfectly.
When planning a wedding you want to make sure everything goes as planned and Danielle really put my mind at ease, I felt so safe with her being my coordinator. Even all of my married friends said that she was absolutely amazing and I did a great job finding her! She understood the vision I wanted for the wedding and showcased the decorations/setup just how I wanted it. If you need to hire a coordinator for a wedding a big event I would 10/10 recommend her.
Dani was great to work with from start to finish. Our wedding day was extremely windy, so Dani and her team adapted the plan and executed a perfect wedding. She did tell quite a few people “that’s not my job,” which my husband and I were shocked to learn since she was so kind to us. Overall, we were happy with Dani and her team but were upset that our wedding party wasn’t treated with respect.

Danielle exuded professionalism in all the work she did with us! She was fantastic to work with and really made it her goal to help us achieve our dream wedding! Wow! 🤩 As a vendor who had the pleasure of working with Dani for the first time last weekend, I can say that I was so impressed with how beautifully and seamlessly the wedding went. Every detail was absolutely perfect and she was a fun and calm presence all night! Anytime a need came up she was on it so fast with possible solutions all while maintaining her kind and collected attitude. For a smooth, low-stress, and stunning wedding definitely hire Dani!!
Could not recommend Danielle and her team with Before Ever After more! She helped me with month- and day-of coordination, but was available even before then to run ideas by and give suggestions which was super helpful. As we got closer, she made sure we had every detail in order, and helped us make realistic decisions while making sure we were able to stick to what was important to us. I had fun planning but knew I didn’t want to be stressed with last minute coordination on my wedding day - and I felt absolutely at ease knowing every detail of my wedding day was in excellent hands. Thank you for helping us pull off the wedding of my dreams!

We (Party Gras Entertainment) recently had the pleasure of working with Danielle Holcomb, the owner of Before Ever After Co. As wedding professionals communication is key to any successful event. Danielle reached out to us ahead of our event together to make sure everyone had all they needed, asked if there were any questions, and to touch base in general. She was very responsive when I did have questions, and communicated throughout the event from start to finish. I recently worked alongside Dani to bring a couples vision to life at the Elia this past month and was incredibly impressed with her organization, professionalism and communication skills. We booked Before Ever After Co. as our day of coordinator. Danielle was helpful throughout the last month leading up to the wedding! The weekend we got married there was a tropical storm in Wilmington. The storm came through that Friday but Danielle was reassuring throughout the whole time we had a plan no matter what. Come wedding day the weather had cleared up. Danielle and her team made the whole day seamless and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. I HIGHLY recommend Before Ever After Co. to anyone in Wilmington.
I worked with Dani and her team at a wedding just last weekend. She was thrown a few curveballs in the day but remained cool under pressure and calm as well. She has an excellent knowledge of event organization as well as professional decorum, and a stern hand when urgency is needed. She's a true pro and as a vendor who has done hundreds of weddings with hundreds of planners, she's probably one of only a handful that I would work with again if I had my choice.
Dani did a great job coordinating/decorating at a recent Wedding Ceremony/Cocktail/Reception I was the DJ/MC at. I have been performing for decades and Dani and her staff were outstanding reading the room while adjusting the schedule when necessary. I highly recommend her company!

I highly recommend BeforeEverAfter! What we wanted for our wedding was a logistical nightmare, but Danielle worked out the impossible! She went above and beyond interviewing multiple vendors in order to have our wedding at Bald Head Island and also to stay on budget. She is YOUR advocate. I am so thankful we went with Danielle, and forever grateful for all she did!
Working with Danielle from Before Ever After Co, really changed my entire wedding. I thought I just needed a month of coordinator, but it turns out I was in over my head. My husband and I decided it was worth it to do the partial planning package and I have not regretted it once. Danielle and her team stayed on top of all the vendors and details and truly helped bring my vision to life (while saving my sanity). When trying to decide on who to use in order to plan our wedding my husband and I wanted to make sure we found someone that throughly listened to what envisioned for our day and was able to deliver. To say Dani met those expectations would be an understatement. From the very first meeting Dani was charismatic, organized, and dedicated to making all of our dreams a reality. Her amazing communication prior to our wedding day made everything the day of go seamlessly and our guests reach out to this day telling us how amazing our wedding was. I can't say enough how thankful I am for finding this company. I originally thought I just needed a coordinator for day of, but it turns out I was missing so many details I would have never thought of. The stress of family and planning was becoming too much, we ended up having before ever after Co fully design our event . Danielle helped fill in those holes and alleviate my stress while keeping me involved. She planned and coordinated everything with such grace and professionalism. Dani is such an amazing event planner and has been so helpful with the events leading up to my wedding next week! Things that stressed me out she handled with ease, assuring me everything would be perfect, and they were! She has the exact type of energy I needed leading up to my wedding. She pumped me up and got me even more excited for the wedding and all of the events leading up to it than I already was. Dani was positive, encouraging, organized, and thinking of every little detail. When COVID tossed our plans upside down multiple times she was right there to help us get everything back on track.
