We had an absolutely incredible experience with the team in Carlsbad, CA for our daughter’s wedding last week. Laurel and her team were truly exceptional—taking the weight of plann...
ing off both my daughter’s and my shoulders. From the smallest details to the big picture, they handled everything with grace and precision. On the wedding day, Laurel, Talia, and Kaileah coordinated all the vendors and logistics seamlessly, ensuring everything ran like clockwork. Beyond their professionalism, they were warm, resourceful, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring this special day to life. Thank you Laurel, Avianna, Talia, and Kaleah for making Leena and Shay's day so special and unforgettable!
We are the parents of the bride, and this was our third wedding for our last child to be married. At our two prior weddings, we used another wedding planner, but we wanted a chang...
e. Olivia and her colleagues were fantastic. The vendors they recommended were all fabulous, well-priced and provided top-notch service. Some coordinators think the wedding is about them and their vision as a result they pretend to listen but they do not listen well to what the bride and groom want for their wedding. Olivia and her colleagues listen well and implement the vision of the bride and groom. Olivia and her colleagues are unobtrusive but have everything in control at all times so that all the moving parts of our daughter's wedding came together in a seamless and epic fashion. My wife and I recommend "Before I Do Events" without hesitation.

sal dinner and welcome reception. They did everything I ask - flawlessly. They were professional and could really help put pressure on vendors when needed. This was the best thing we did. We could not have done it without them!
Michele was the coordinator for our wedding and she was absolutely incredible. She provided me with options on vendors, helped me negotiate and had an amazing eye when it came to ...
decor. She really listened to what I was looking for, and always aimed to find ways to create the look and feel I dreamed of. She has great relationships in the industry and was able to get some great deals for us. We had a dream wedding that was beautiful, unique and fun and I think our guests would have been surprised with the amount we ended up spending. (It was much lower than they probably think.) Michele is a caring and talented wedding planner. I highly suggest her if you are in the San Diego area.
