I hired one makeup artist for my wedding day and Angie was absolutely amazing. She showed up right on time, listened to all my bridesmaids and worked with them to give them the look they wanted.

We hired two stylists for our small bridal party: one for makeup (Leah) and one for hair (Gracie). Our party consisted of the bride, two moms, and four bridesmaids. The trial was held at a nice salon, and the stylists were wonderful. I had a few ideas for hair (flower crown, curls), but no ideas for makeup. Leah and Gracie worked their magic to transform me into a beautiful autumn fairy, which I ADORED! I can’t rave about Leah enough. We clicked right away and had a blast chatting. After the trial, she helped me choose a lip liner and lipstick on Amazon that I could keep with me throughout the day for touchups (she also offered to give me some of hers, but I wanted to have some for post-wedding). On the big day, both stylists worked hard and fast, getting us ahead of schedule. I really appreciated this, as I forgot to schedule my bridal portraits (oops!) and this gave us time to squeeze them in. Being ahead of schedule also allowed us to hire the hair stylist to touch up my two groomsmen’s long, wavy hair. They both commented on how nice it was to have a professional stylist at a wedding–they’d never had it done to them before! Both my makeup and hair lasted well into the next morning, and if I could have kept it on forever, I would have. Overall, I loved the experience and would hire them again. They took the stress out of getting ready and made me feel truly bridal.

When speaking on the phone everyone seemed so extremely sweet so I hate to do this but I feel other brides need to be warned. I booked makeup and hair services with this company back in May for my September wedding. A trial makeup and hair service was to be done on a Sunday in June and when I reached out with a time that worked for me I never got a response back. I let it slide because it wasn’t really a date that worked for me anyway, it just seemed to be the only time they could squeeze me in only for me to get ghosted. Then it took several attempts now in July (3 to be exact. I messaged on a Wednesday on 2 different platforms was ignored until I messaged again on a Friday once again on 2 separate platforms, was supposed to get a call on a Sunday, didn’t so I reached out and and was supposed to get a call on Tuesday) to get a phone call consultation for my wedding day timeline only to have my services canceled on me the Tuesday of the scheduled phone call over a text just 2 months shy of my wedding date. I now have to scramble to find replacement services. I’m not typically the type to leave bad reviews. But I definitely think this level of unprofessionalism needs to noted for future brides.

Rachel was amazing!! Her experience shone through and I was so happy with my hair and makeup or our wedding! They stayed on schedule and were very efficient with getting everyone through!! We were all pleased with their work. I very much recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional hair and makeup services provided by Rachel and Martha from "Before I Do" for my wedding. From the initial meeting with Rachel for my trial hair and makeup, I absolutely was blown away by her expertise in all things hair and beauty. I was able to talk through what my vision of the wedding was going to be and I showed her some inspirational pictures of what I was hoping to achieve for hair and makeup. She nailed it perfectly! From start to finish, their expertise, professionalism, and warm personalities added an extra layer of magic to the whole experience. Despite being under a time crunch due to our photographer's schedule, Rachel and Martha managed to work their magic flawlessly! They created stunning hair and makeup looks for my entire bridal party, exceeding all expectations. They used only the best quality brushes and products and despite many happy tears and hours of dancing, my look, as well as the rest of the bridal party, remained absolutely gorgeous throughout the entire evening. Beyond their professional capabilities, Rachel and Martha brought an incredible sense of humor and kindness to the experience. Rachel was able to see my anxiety and keep me focused and laughing all morning, which really helped to make the time leading up to the ceremony less stressful. I had my two younger daughters in the party as well and Rachel and Martha were so good with them! As a result of this outstanding experience, my officiant(best friend) and I are now loyal clients to the salon(LUSH Concepts Salon). I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in search of not only expert hair and makeup but also a team that goes above and beyond to make your special day truly unforgettable. Thank you, Rachel and Martha, for contributing to the beauty and joy of my wedding day. You are truly the best in the business, and I cannot recommend you enough!

Great communication! They took the stress out of getting ready and our photos look AMAZING!! They were able to accommodate our large bridal party and both mothers. They sent 2 artists to make sure we were all ready in a reasonable amount of time. It was so nice to feel pampered and beautiful on our wedding day!

I felt beautiful and elegant with the makeup and hair provided by my stylist! I don't usually wear a lot of makeup so I was nervous about looking overdone. I'm so happy looking back on our photos! It was just perfect. Same with my bridesmaids. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend!

Rachel did my makeup for my wedding and was AMAZING! Not only was she my biggest hype girl all morning, she was also such a calming presence for me on my big day! She is so talented when it comes to all kinds of makeup & was so helpful when I was trying to figure out what I wanted my look to be! She was honest about what would look good on me & so encouraging the whole time! She was a joy to work with & would hire her every day if I could! 🤍

I could not have been happier!!! Rachel is an amazing and talented artist. She made me not only look flawless but she also made me feel so comfortable with how sweet and caring she was. She is so friendly and bubbly that honestly she made the day so fun for my entire wedding party. When she met with me for my trial I knew without a doubt that she was perfect for the job. Rachel is a rockstar! She did my hair and makeup for my wedding day, and I couldn't be happier. I wanted a boho look, and she nailed it! My hair was a dream with the most beautiful braids and waves that stayed put all day. Rachel's vibe is so chill and friendly. She made the whole process easy and fun.
