and make up trial at the start of the week leading up to the wedding. Kristen and Marie were so positive and reassuring. They calmed my nerves and lifted my spirits when there was so much uncertainty of how the hurricane would impact our wedding. When the wedding day came fairly unscathed after the hurricane, Kristen and Marie were at the venue promptly with smiles on their faces again ready to bring all the positive, girly vibes to start our special day! All of my girls were thrilled and felt so beautiful with their hair and make up! I’m not the most well versed or practiced in this area, but I’ve had my hair and make up done for weddings before and you can actually trust these two to use their judgment and make you look and feel beautiful! My hair and make up lasted all day and photographed incredibly as a bride! When a few of my bridesmaids had to cancel due to travel plan issues from the hurricane, Before The Aisle was so responsive and understanding. We were shown so much kindness and love by everyone at this company. You could not be in better hands!

I left my trial knowing that I would feel beautiful and confident on my wedding day. Day of, Taylor and Tamra were with us for a good chunk of the day. They were very friendly and easy going, it helped make the whole getting process comfortable and we just enjoyed the entire process. Good vibes all day! All of our hair and makeup looks were coordinated, but also highlighted the unique personalities of each person. I am so happy with Before the Aisle and definitely recommend them!

One of my bridesmaids was very nervous about getting her hair and makeup done and Autumn absolutely put her at ease - my bridesmaid looked and more importantly FELT beautiful after her session with Autumn. Kylee brought my bridal dreams to LIFE - at our trial she realized she didn't have the right shade of bright red that I wanted, but on the day of she was more than prepared with an absolutely gorgeous shade that was new - she even let me keep the full bottle after she left to make sure I could touch it up on my own (and it's probably now my go-to lipstick!!). Jess took my inspiration photos and my dress and turned my hair into something I didn't even know I needed - it was absolutely perfect; a beautiful, classic hairstyle that brought my dress and my makeup together seamlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better team of girls - thank you SO MUCH Before the Aisle!!!

y were for me. I did not receive the same warm welcome from a different vendor so they were like a breath of fresh air. Due to a communication issue, I did book another vendor but BTA helped and waived some fees so that it wasn’t as financially dramatic to switch to them as my hair and make up vendor. I first had my hair and make up done for my engagement photos. It was a lot of make up but it looked wonderful in the photos. However, in person the make wasn’t staying on. The lashes were falling off and I didn’t feel like I looked like myself. Later on, after I talked with my fiancé he agreed that the make up wasn’t a reflection of me. I contacted BTA about this and they were so apologetic and understanding about the situation. They decided to give some discounts and we scheduled a trial with a different make up artist. During that trial I gave specific feedback on what I liked and didn’t like. The end result was great! We decide to change my lashes for the wedding day and give a rosier blush but everything else looked natural and what I was envisioning. My hair was also done and it looked incredible. I loved it and couldn’t wait to pair it with my wedding dress on my wedding day. Fast forward to wedding day- there’s a lot to think about on the wedding day and I’m just trusting that my vendors are going to execute all the details and plans that have been recorded. My make up was done first and when the artist first stated what she would be doing she didn’t say the correct colors. I said no- we are doing more rosey colors. I was hesitant at this point but she got started. When I went to the bathroom to check it out, I had to close the door as I started to tear up when I saw it. It was not the same look as the trial. I couldn’t figure out what was different but it was not the same. I called my sister into help and she asked for some changes to be made with the eye make up. The artist made the changes but I still wasn’t happy but everyone assured me I looked beautiful. We moved onto hair and I said I wanted the same look as the trial. There was no mirror in front of me so I couldn’t see the hair as it was being done. When it was over I looked in the mirror and again not the same. A lot of hair was pulled back, there wasn’t as much structure as at the trial, some curls were too tight, and some of just looked loosely pinned. She assured me she did it this way so it would last the whole wedding. The look didn’t change over the course of the day and I unfortunately had a wedding day look that wasn’t what I approved during the trial. There was absolutely nothing to be done at that point but there is part of me that wells up in tears when I see certain photos and angles of my hair/makeup on my wedding day. It’s a day that I won’t get back and those errors are now a permanent part of my memories that day. I delayed posting this for a long time as it was so upsetting to me, and everyone at BTA was always so nice. But being friendly unfortunately doesn’t make up for the hair and make up errors on my wedding day. These memories are now preserved forever and I’m reminded of it every time I view our photos or wedding video.

Everyone was extremely happy with their hair and makeup, and impressed with their ability to create a natural/glam look - without the typical “bridesmaid” feel. The day of, Taylor and Tamra were such a big part of our morning - they fit right in with my friends/family and were such a joy to be around. The best part of all - my pin straight hair managed to keep a natural/loose curl and my makeup stayed flawless in a Florida torrential downpour. Even after playing in the rain! This was truly impressive, and a wonderful surprise with a last minute rainy forecast. BTA is bride, bridesmaids, husband and Florida approved, in all types of weather :)

We were able to visit their Babe Cave for our trial run and then they came to our hotel for the day off the wedding. On top of that, the pricing is honest, straightforward and transparent, and their service was on-schedule and efficient. And if you're worried about makeup or hair not holding up, just know that we danced and happy-cried all night and my hair and makeup were totally locked in!

I ended up going with Shireen and we had so much fun with her! She did such a good job at the trial that when my mom saw it she immediately emailed and asked if Shireen could do hers as well! My make up held up perfectly all day and I loved getting to spend time with Shireen in the morning. She is so fun and personable.

the wedding day and fulfilled everyone’s requests, including mothers of the bride and groom. They kept detailed notes and photos from my trial (that, because of COVID, was an entire year prior) and I trusted them completely with my hair and make up. They make a timeline for everyone’s hair/makeup so you don’t need to worry about getting done on time-we actually had time to spare at the end! They’re so efficient and wonderful at what they do! Rachel even helped me through text to find a lip color-they don’t make you feel bad if you’re not sure exactly what you want and will help you make those important decisions. Definitely consider them for your wedding hair and make up needs!

team have such great energy, they felt like a part of the family. I loved how the getting ready part of my day felt completely stress-free and fun. Rachel is an absolute artist at what she does. I don't typically wear a lot of makeup and I felt so beautiful. She worked with me to create a look that was both glamorous and made me feel comfortable. Kristen was also open to changing up my hair at the last minute. I originally wanted a flower crown but then had a change of heart and wanted the floral pieces to be more accented rather than the crown. Kristen was totally down for the improvisation and created a look that was absolutely stunning. I loved working with them so much, I was sad when they left that's how much I enjoyed them. Thank you Kristen and Rachel for being a part of the best day ever.
