, but that tapered out as we got towards the trial and the wedding day. On the trial day, she said she forgot to order the matching foundation so I had to upgrade (+$25) to airbrush. During the trial, I got the sense her time management skills were not great. An hour plus in, she had only done my eyes (which did come out lovely), then she wound up only spending 5 minutes on my hair which fell out immediately and overall the way she applied the makeup just didn't flatter my face. I got the feeling she wouldn't be reliable on the day of the wedding and honestly should have canceled then and there, but she seemed nice, so I didn't. Okay, so moving towards the wedding, she never sent the post-trial email. I emailed her four times between June 21st to July 19th (one month before my wedding) and she wasn't responding. I had another 8 people getting their hair and makeup done as well, and they needed to sort out morning-of logistics, so that was really frustrating. She blamed her communication on a dysfunctional website which hadn't been working since I first reached out to her in February. She finally responded on July 19th, one month before my wedding, so everything seemed like it might be okay. Morning of the wedding, Morgan and two other technicians showed up on time, but we quickly fell behind schedule. She left three or four times for at least 15 minutes to either take care of her boyfriend, go for a smoke break, or take medication (that one I get, but she didn't bring her medication, she had to go meet her boyfriend to give it to her...). Alright, whatever, we're not that far behind schedule yet. This next part I didn't find out until after the wedding because my poor in-laws were trying to not stress me out. Morgan was doing the makeup on the mother of the groom, and a little while in, the MOG knew she didn't like where the makeup was going and asked Morgan to stop and start over. They apparently bickered, my sister-in-law tried to intervene, but Morgan totally ignored the MOG and said she needed to wait until the makeup was done to decide if she liked it or not. So she finishes the MOG's makeup an hour late, MOG says I don't like this, and Morgan's response was essentially there's nothing to do about it now. This really infuriates me. Next, after Morgan was over an hour behind schedule and it was obvious her last slot, my sister, would not be done in time for the ceremony, instead of letting another finished technician take care of my sister, Morgan insisted each person stick with their originally assigned tech and SENT THE FREE TECH AWAY while my sister just waited. My family tried for an hour to convince Morgan to let the free tech work on my sister, but she ignored them. Morgan wound up being two hours behind, so I finally confronted her with 30 min to go, and only then did she call the tech back. We wound up being an hour late for the photos and 45 minutes late for the ceremony. They did not do touch-ups, and Morgan almost forgot to give me my lipstick. The one thing I will say is the other two technicians generally did a good job and everyone mostly looked nice, whether or not they liked their looks. As the bride, I am really upset Morgan ignored my family, because she actually created more stress for me on my wedding day and really disrespected my MIL.

uploaded (of who was getting made up at what times) I called/texted/emailed and even reached out on Instagram, but no one ever responded to me. Because of the contract I couldn't cancel and find someone else without being charged in full, so I told all my ladies to prepare to do their hair and makeup themselves in case they didn't come. They never showed up and still haven't contacted me to this day! I think it's rude. If it was an emergency or something happened, I would have understood if they had just told me. I ended up doing my makeup and my sister did my hair. I felt beautiful, but could have done without the extra stress.

Destiny did such an amazing job on myself and the girls, and it was a great way to spend the morning. We talked, laughed, and joked, and I honestly wanted to invite them to the wedding by the time we were done. From the start Morgan was extremely responsive to emails and made the whole process extremely easy. Will definitely be using them for any future event where hair or makeup are needed!

y good at applying my own makeup and the only reason I went with a makeup and hair stylist was due convenience for my wedding. I dont think they executed what I wanted for me and my bridesmaids.

es for the schedule of my wedding day and ended arriving late to our appointment as a result. My bridesmaids rushed to get to makeup and I was called about the issue on my wedding day while I was getting my hair done. I found Morgan’s tone particularly unprofessional and inappropriate. I was stressed and felt scolded on my own wedding day for a mistake BTSG made. I am a flexible person, but felt the way the miscommunication was handled was inappropriate, especially on the most important day of my life. Additionally, BTSG began packing up before all bridesmaids had make up completed and did not give all girls lipstick as promised and paid for. In fact, my mother was told she could use my lipstick instead of getting one for herself. I loved my makeup but was very disappointed in the professionalism of BTSG. If BTSG had to change the time or had questions, they could have called me prior to the wedding weekend. They rely too much on email and confusing online forms. I think the quality of the service is great, but would not work with Morgan again.

nswered all my questions and was very thorough with getting all needed info on styles, skin type ect... Their work was flawless and seriously I could show you some before and after pics that would blow your mind. They helped make us all feel gorgeous!! Plus they will travel to many states!
