k the time to tour venues with us, provided great insight to picking my vendors with helpful worksheets to guide me, and was always responsive when me or my mom would send her a random question text. We met (via Zoom) a few weeks leading up to the wedding for multiple hours to go over every detail of the day and layout the timeline and we felt like we had her full undivided attention the entire time which made me feel way more at ease with her attention to detail and confidence in executing our vision. Kayla made sure to put out any and all fires day of wedding to make sure I didn’t feel a beat was missed. She was one step ahead in all things night of wedding whether it was getting us our cocktails, bringing us our meals, helping pass out party favors or keeping us on time the whole night - she was on it! ors had told me that it was okay to vet the vendor; we are entrusting them with your most memorable day. I was honest with Kayla, told her of my event background and while I understand that things go bump in the night, I want to ensure that I can trust the person who will be with me through the good, bad, and ugly of wedding planning. I must have spoken music to her ears because we hit it off. Kayla was the little voice in my head that I didn’t know I needed, like a wedding therapist because we all know the stress that a wedding can bring on. She helped me establish what was tacky, reasonable, or flat out a waste of money; where my energy and efforts should be dedicated too, but truly most of all she had my back on my wedding day and the months leading up to. Whether it was going to tastings, staring at rentals, venue walkthrough, making poster images of my dog Kayla was always by side reinforcing that she got me. Throughout all this Kayla got engaged and is planning a wedding! That never stopped her from answering any question I had or task that I requested. Wedding day was peaceful for me, Kayla coordinated with my husband to get some items delivered, I had left everything organized so that Kayla and I would both have successful days. Which we did! When a had that sip of champagne right before I walked down the aisle, I knew we had made a great team, and I gained a forever friend. Not everything is perfect in life, but I trusted Kayla with the best day of my life, and she made sure it was perfect.

There were so many things on wedding day that I heard about (afterwards) that Kayla handled for us with grace and efficiency to make sure the day went as smoothly as possible for my husband and I, and everyone else involved in our wedding. A small story to show the kind of person Kayla is: I tried to teach several people on the dance floor the Footloose dance, and everyone slowly faded out giving up on It. I looked over and the one person left dancing by my side for It was KAYLA!! I couldn’t recommend working with Kayla enough!!

She went above and beyond for us and coordinated the day expertly. Kayla even came up with unplanned party moves to spice up our reception, like creating a reveal moment for my reception dress, and getting a limbo started! She even helped me capture the night on our personal camcorder we brought, so I have priceless memories I couldn't have gotten without her help. She set up our venue so beautifully and made sure everything was perfect, it all looked even better than I could have imagined! Organization and logistics are not my strong suits so I really needed someone who could help me find the right structure and order for the day, and Kayla nailed it. She advocated for us like an absolute pro when a little bit of drama tried to happen. She's also just a super fun and kind human, who was a pleasure to have with us all day! I can't recommend Kayla enough, she will make the wedding planning process so much more fun!

the way up until our big day. We had a destination wedding and did not get to meet Kayla in person until the day of the wedding. Whenever we contacted her, she was pleasant, knowledgeable and most importantly, available to answer our questions. Leading up to the wedding, Kayla clearly communicated what she needed and did not ask for anything excessive. She did as much of the prep ahead of time as she could and didn’t ask me to do anything she could do herself. On the wedding day, she was organized and ready to go. She demonstrated the ability to improvise on the fly, and honestly nothing about it was stressful. I wasn’t really involved in anything. If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it. It was great. It allowed me to enjoy the wedding without stress. And as a bonus, she was the only one who knew how to bustle up by dress (with no prior instruction or knowledge) when my parents and friends couldn’t figure it out. Kayla really is special and has all the skills that make a fantastic planner and event coordinator. I cannot recommend her more. We are very great full to have found Kayla!
