om the very first interaction I had via email with her, she was professional, kind, timely in her responsiveness, and accommodating. During the hair/makeup trial, I really enjoyed getting to talk with her and learn more about her and her company. Brooke has such a warm personality that is so clearly reflected in how she runs her business and how she interacts with clients and their family and friends. She was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. I had last minute service add-ons that she was willing and able to accommodate (I truly don't know how she did it). Despite having the service add-ons and a tightly packed schedule, she made it all look effortless and did spectacular work, never making anybody feel the least bit rushed. Brooke and Jess clearly work well together and seamlessly integrated into my friends and family while we were getting ready the morning of the wedding. It felt like they were part of the gals and having fun right along side all of us. All of my bridesmaids and family that had hair and makeup done loved their looks and commented to me repeatedly for days after the wedding about how great Brooke and Jess were. They said they were sweet, fun, and did amazing work. I felt so lucky to have found not only great artists but great people to work with. I felt at ease with Brooke every step of the way and am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her and her company.
