Beige and Sage is a wedding and event planning company dedicated to making celebrations feel organized, personal, and stress-free. I work closely with each client to bring their vision to life while taking care of the details behind the scenes.
Services include wedding planning and coordination, vendor research and communication, budget tracking, timeline creation, RSVP management, seating chart assistance, invitation and stationery design, decor guidance, event setup, and day-of coordination. I also offer wedding officiant services and event rentals for select celebrations.
Whether you need help from the beginning of the planning process or someone to step in and make sure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event, services can be customized around what you actually need.
Beige and Sage is based in New Jersey and available for travel. Bilingual services are available in English and Spanish.
My goal is simple: you enjoy your celebration, while I handle the details that make it all come together.

Hi! I'm Karen :)
I’m a wedding and event coordinator with a passion for creating beautiful, organized, and memorable celebrations. I help clients bring their vision to life through planning, vendor coordination, timelines, décor and layout design, RSVP management, setup, and day-of coordination.
With a background in interior decorating and event styling, I also love helping with the creative details that make each celebration feel personal and unique.
I’m based in New Jersey and available to travel for weddings and events. I’m also a Certified English–Spanish Translator, Notary Public, and Wedding Officiant.
When I’m not planning events, you’ll usually find me working on a DIY project, watching sports, spending time with my fiancé Sean, or cuddling with my cat, Iker.
