it was a wonderful surprise when she turned out to be so warm, organized, and professional. With all of the stresses of a wedding and dealing with vendors of all qualities, we felt like we didn't have to worry about the photography at all, which was a huge and welcome relief. Although it ended up raining steadily on our wedding day, Melissa was prepared for anything. Having received our stunning photos, we can't say enough good things about her. We will always be grateful to her for capturing our day so memorably. We were also amazed at how many perfect moments she had captured—because we’d hardly noticed her working! On our (amazing!) wedding day she took a combination of the more traditional wedding photos, super creative/unique photos, and ones that were more photo journalistic and caught all of the emotion of the day. Several people after the wedding told me how unobtrusive, warm, and professional she was, but the real treat came when we got to see photos of the big day. The photos were GORGEOUS and captured the love, joy, and ridiculous fun of our special day. I could not recommend Melissa more, and we will forever be grateful for her photos that are as unforgettable as our wedding.
