Not only was the owner nice and welcoming, but her young assistant had me try on many styles and made me feel very comfortable about my body and price range. They were so incredibly sweet, I would recommend this shop to anyone as far as Laffayette.

se. We went to the door around their open time and no one was there, they were an hour late for open. We went to the pink veil while waiting, they have amazing service btw . Headed back to the bel and proceeded to receive the worst customer service as soon as we walked in. My friends wedding is in December and as soon as she stated that, the lady behind the counter said she couldn't order anything for her since it was short notice and that it takes 3-4 months to come in. Which, she didn't want to order anyway, but the tone taken with us about it we should have left then. As the lady finally came around the huge desk she most likely was hiding behind in the first place my friend told her what she was looking for and picked a few dressed out and tried them on. She really didn't like any of them and it's to be expected because you don't find THE dress really easy. The very last dress she tried on the lady helping her, who claimed to be a manger, stopped and started yelling at her. "I'm confused. You don't know what you like. You don't have any ideas. I can't help you." I don't believe that's something that should come from a person who helps brides daily make a decision on the dress they'll wear on their big day. When this happened other customers were in there and were disgusted with the employee and quickly stated how uncalled for and immature the employee was to yell at her for being unsure of a few things. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I made this account to post a review so it can be seen since google wouldn't allow me to review the store there.

she said my girls wouldn't want to spend so much on the dresses I liked, even after my bridesmaid told her she would pay whatever price. After insulting me and my friend she told us to leave the store because she didn't want to waste her time. I wanted to cry after this experience because she was the rudest woman I had ever come across that actually owns a store. I don't know how she stays in business with that attitude but I hope this review reaches some of you and you don't spend your money there.
