Straight out of the Bel Vino Casita, you'll cross the lush green ceremony lawn to a stately dark wood arbor. While you say your vows, guests enjoy the stunning sight of the vineyards and countryside. Once you've said 'I do,' you and your photographer will have myriad photo opportunities to choose from and trust us, a bad picture is hard to take at this gorgeous location. that we decided to book our wedding with them right then and there and chose their Elite Package. At our first meeting, we were introduced to Samantha who was assigned as our wedding coordinator. My husband and I both were pleasantly surprised how much detail that Samantha was covering with us. She made the whole process for us stress-free and effortless. From decisions on food choices, table settings, chairs, vendor recommendations, and other ideas & suggestions that she felt would be a good fit for us.
We loved the professionalism they showed from the binder that was very helpful and informative, to the web portal where you could make all your choices on, and all the communication with Samantha and all her team. Whether it was by text or email, we always got a quick response. All the vendors they recommended were also very professional and attentive, and even reached out to us in the beginning from 1914 Bakery, Leah Marie Photography, djMaestro, and Sweet Stems Florist. We couldn't be any happier with these vendors!
All in all we loved every aspect from our first meeting to our amazing, flawless wedding day! Everything went so smoothly because it was so well planned, that we felt all we had to do was show up and get married. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves from the welcome champagne, lovely ceremony, to the appetizers and open bar. After the ceremony, DJ Zack kept everything on schedule and once dinner started, our banquet captain, Heather, stepped in and was unbelievably attentive in every aspect through the rest of the evening.
My husband and I are so very happy about how our wedding day went, thanks to the whole team at Bel Vino Winery by Wedgewood! We have absolutely nothing negative to say nor any complaints whatsoever or even any suggestions to improve upon because to us, it was perfect!
If you are looking for an all-inclusive, gorgeous hilltop winery venue, Bel Vino Winery is the one.

ng night, the entire experience was seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Wedgewood made it feel easy. Every question was answered quickly, every detail was handled professionally, and not once did we feel overwhelmed.
One of the biggest highlights was the incredible team of vendors they recommended. Every single one exceeded our expectations. Our photographer from Easton Studios captured every moment beautifully. Events by Floralsensations created stunning floral arrangements that were even more beautiful than we imagined. Gruttadauria's 1914 Bakery delivered an amazing cake that our guests are still talking about. Hector from Joining Hearts performed a heartfelt and personal ceremony that fit us perfectly, and Yesenia, our DJ, kept the energy high all night and the dance floor full.
Our wedding coordinator, Samantha, was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect while making the entire day feel fun, relaxed, and memorable. She handled everything behind the scenes so effortlessly that we were able to simply enjoy every moment with our family and friends. She truly made our wedding day special, and we cannot thank her enough.
A special thank you also goes to Heather, our head banquet captain. She was warm, attentive, and ensured both we and our guests had an exceptional dining experience. Everything ran smoothly, service was outstanding, and every guest felt well taken care of.
The entire Wedgewood team worked together flawlessly. There was not a single hitch, delay, or issue throughout our wedding day. Everything happened exactly as planned, allowing us to focus on celebrating instead of worrying about logistics.

From the very beginning, everything felt easy, organized, and genuinely exciting instead of overwhelming. The team is beyond professional, but also so warm and supportive — we truly felt like they cared about us and not just hosting another event.
The planning process was incredibly smooth. They walked us through every step, kept us on track, and made sure no detail was forgotten. Any time we had a question (and we had a lot 😅), they were quick to respond and always reassuring. It took so much stress off our shoulders knowing we were in good hands.
The wedding day itself? Absolute perfection. The staff handled everything behind the scenes so we could be fully present and actually enjoy our day. The timeline flowed beautifully, the space looked stunning, and our guests are STILL talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted.
What really stood out was how seamless everything felt. We didn’t have to worry about vendors, setup, transitions, or logistics — Wedgewood had it covered. That peace of mind is priceless on your wedding day.

ll I had a positive experience and none of my guests would notice anything out of place or unplanned, but I feel like it could have been better organized on Bel Vino’s end. I knew for the price we were paying for a package or multiple vendors/items, and not having a wedding planner, that everything wouldn’t be perfect. I really tried hard to be very organized and communicate with the team, in hopes they would get close to what I was looking for (creating AI images for decorations, labeling, organizing and including inventory lists for each decoration box, and gave explanations when these items were provided). I was happy to be over organized, and do whatever was needed to make their job easier, but didn’t get much direction from the team. I understand someone might be better suited to help at certain stages, but I wish we would have been able to talk to the same person each time or at least at the main planning meetings, and then we had completely new people for the day of. It wasn’t a very noticeable concern throughout the planning process, but it was noticeable towards the end and the day of, when there were miscommunications like whether something was allowed or not, or if we wanted a grand exit. There was a cost error in the contract that I had to address multiple times before it was corrected. Correcting the cost, ended up making the contract in other areas unclear or incorrect. This issue seemed very silly since it involved the cost of kids, which I would think is a pretty common thing. While I was distracted with that, I did overlook that “Grand Exit” was not included in the timeline, even though this was discussed every meeting, over emails, and there were items in the decorations box clearly labeled for the grand exit. I feel like a lot of these miscommunications wouldn’t have happened, if we were speaking to the same person each time, or they were communicating better internally. There were also small things that didn’t get done in a timely manner during the wedding, like transferring flowers from ceremony to reception, and removing the plastic tops from our dessert trays prior to the cake cutting. We had a pretty simple wedding, I didn’t make any special requests besides transferring 2 floral arrangements from ceremony to reception (which they offered to do), because I understand they are human and I didn’t want to spread them too thin and have unrealistic expectations. I did the most with what their standard is to provide, so it’s a bit disappointing that these small things were overlooked on Bel Vinos end.

edding planning, my daughter and I worked almost exclusively with her and from start to finish she was nothing short of amazing. She was attentive, responsive to questions and had wonderful attention to detail. Sydnie had wonderful communication and explained the entire process in a well understood manner. Sydnie and the team helped to make sure my daughter and her now husband had the most memorable wedding possible. Could not recommend them enough !

e. She has been there since my very first consultation and the wedding would not have turned out the way it did if it wasn't for her amazing help. The staff there is all kind, and super easy to communicate with, snd very responsive.
With the actual design potion of the wedding, there are so many options going from the linens, to where you want to have your arch for your wedding day.
The planning that went into it was extremely organized and detailed. Every time there was something new or deleted from the wedding, Sydnie would print out a new form which has the price breakdown, people attending, even down to the schedule for the big day.
The wedding day was so calm and organized. There was food and drinks for both my husband and I in our rooms, and Sydnie went even further and got the specific beer he wanted for his room.
I highly recommend this venue in specific to anyone who wants to have a fun, backyard, outside event!

solute dream to work with. Sydnie, Lein, Jane, Heather, and everyone else we ever talked to was amazing. Every single detail—from the initial tour, all the meetings to the final send-off—was handled with care, patience, and thought. The communication was always clear, timely, and always reassuring, which made the entire process completely stress free.
They were always there to answer all of text messages and always reassured me that I was no bother. They made both Chris and I feel so so special. They never seemed annoyed at all of our questions or last minute changes or ever made us feel rushed. They’re literally not enough positive words for the team at Bel Vino they are the sweetest and put so much detail and thought into it all!
The food was phenomenal. Our guests raved about the appetizers all of the food and how much of it there was!
We got set up with Andrea from Dj Maestro and she was incredible to work with. She was able to do everything we asked of her from a certain songs that a specific time, and knowing exactly when to end them. She kept the energy high all night long, reading the room perfectly and she was so nice!!
Our guests have been telling us for over a week now that this is probably one of the most beautiful and smooth weddings that they’ve ever been to.
If we could do it all over again, we wouldn't change a single thing. The best day of our lives!

Special shout out to Kyon, our amazing DJ! Honestly we could have never talked to Kyon prior to the wedding and I know he would have still done an outstanding job, that’s just the kind of excellent DJ he is!
All the included items in our package (DJ, Cake, Bar, etc.) were just so pleasant and made the process smooth and our experience excellent.

We could not have asked for a better wedding day. Everything flowed perfectly. The venue was so beautiful and the views were out of this world. Everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Leian for all her help on our wedding day.
Our guests enjoyed the evening and had amazing things to say about the food, the banquet staff, the bartender, the music, and the venue as a whole.

The vendors that bel vino also use are top notch and also are so easy to work with. Wedgewood made it so easy to get the wedding you want in your budget as well. Seriously, couldn’t recommend enough! out what colors I liked best. The catering/bar service they provided was excellent & cleanly served. All my guests commented to me about how lovely the venue was. I’d recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the Temecula CA area that wants an easy wedding planning experience & a gorgeous/smooth wedding day.

ino was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and super quick to respond to any of our questions, whether by phone, email, or text! Our first time seeing the location was at our rehearsal and we were so pleased with our decision, the location is easy to find with amazing views and the facilites are beautiful, large and comfortable! Our day of coordinator, Leian, was so friendly and so attentive, and everything went smoothly and all of our guests keep telling us about how much fun they had. Definitely recommend!!

od team was excellent - from the phone calls to organize leading up to the day, to the rehearsal walk through and the actual day, we felt like we were in wonderful hands. We had just over 100 guests, and we loved the setup of the space, with the ceremony looking out towards the vineyards and mountains, and the outdoor reception and dance floor! The food was so good and offered a lot of variety. We had the best experience and many of our guests commented on how great the venue/food/atmosphere was and that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Two brides are better than one! :)

olutely amazing to work with and in the end it was so worth the wait. So many great things about Bel Vino! The winery itself is stunning and really looked incredible when decked out for a wedding. Our wedding was an evening event and mother nature did not disappoint - The sunset was spectacular. I can't tell you how many guests raved about the venue, the wine, and the food. Jessy and Macey were so amazing to work with. Just the right temperament to work with nervous wedding brides and families. We worked with Jessy from the very beginning and she’s become so special to us we now call her “friend”. Another great thing about this winery is that Bel Vino has a gorgeous Airbnb house on the property. We rented the Bel Vino Airbnb home for the entire weekend of the wedding and I’m so glad we did. Everyone kept raving about just how wonderful the setup was. Booking the Bel Vino house was the best decision we ever made. If you have kids, it’s such a bonus and was awesome for them to be able to relax and hangout while we were busy getting hair and makeup done for the wedding. The home is huge with two large suites, perfect for getting ready before the ceremony. The night before our wedding, we held the rehearsal on site and then hosted the rehearsal dinner in the house. It was awesome and so personal. The house has a gorgeous dining room just perfect for hosting a special dinner. We pushed our Honeymoon to 2022 and opted to stay the night in the house after the wedding. It was so nice to just walk into the house and not have to go anywhere after the wedding. We asked a couple of family members to join us for drinks inside before everyone headed on their way. I really could not have asked for more at Bel Vino. The Venue was perfect in every way and the team at Bel Vino is so professional, and complete experts at what they do. I would recommend Bel Vino to everyone. If this winery is not on your radar you should put in on their fast!

tself is stunning and was the perfect backdrop - not to mention the weather we had was nothing short of perfect. There is also a house on the property that we rented for the weekend where the bridal party stayed and we hosted our rehearsal dinner. The house made the whole wedding go that much smoother and we had a blast spending the extra time with our family and friends there. I would recommend Bel Vino to anyone looking for a venue in the Temecula area. All of our guests are still telling us about how magical our wedding was and I most definitely give Bel Vino thanks for that because without the attentive and kind staff, it would not have been the amazing wedding it was.

Bel Vino Winery is absolutely stunning! The ceremony and reception sights are jut beautiful. Even at night, the outside lights give off just enough light, yet the stars still shine...

The only reason I gave Bel Vino 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the coordination, or somewhat of a lack of coordination. While the coordinators I worked with were very sweet, there was a lack of organization. Certain things that were told would be provided were not provided or were incorrect, such as the card box or the draping over the ceremony arch. The rehearsal was very unorganized and people were being told to sit on the incorrect side of the ceremony. Also, the final payment was lost, so a new check needed to be mailed. Luckily, I was very organized in my planning and was able to avoid other issues that could have popped up.
Also, the food was delicious; however, it was not as elegant looking as was presented in the food tasting. Plus, the desert (we served cannolis made by the chef instead of wedding cake) were much smaller and not set up as "pretty" as in the food tasting. Nevertheless, the food tasted great and guests would not have been aware of this difference!
All of these things and the other bits of lacking organization, however, are just small things that did not affect the joy of the wedding and the beautiful, happy environment. If I were to redo my wedding, I would absolutely still choose Bel Vino! However, I advise any bride getting married at Bel Vino to be as organized as possible!
