The team is beyond professional, but also so warm and supportive — we truly felt like they cared about us and not just hosting another event. The planning process was incredibly smooth. ll I had a positive experience and none of my guests would notice anything out of place or unplanned, but I feel like it could have been better organized on Bel Vino’s end. I knew for the price we were paying for a package or multiple vendors/items, and not having a wedding planner, that everything wouldn’t be perfect. I really tried hard to be very organized and communicate with the team, in hopes they would get close to what I was looking for (creating AI images for decorations, labeling, organizing and including inventory lists for each decoration box, and gave explanations when these items were provided). I was happy to be over organized, and do whatever was needed to make their job easier, but didn’t get much direction from the team. I understand someone might be better suited to help at certain stages, but I wish we would have been able to talk to the same person each time or at least at the main planning meetings, and then we had completely new people for the day of. It wasn’t a very noticeable concern throughout the planning process, but it was noticeable towards the end and the day of, when there were miscommunications like whether something was allowed or not, or if we wanted a grand exit. There was a cost error in the contract that I had to address multiple times before it was corrected. Correcting the cost, ended up making the contract in other areas unclear or incorrect. This issue seemed very silly since it involved the cost of kids, which I would think is a pretty common thing. While I was distracted with that, I did overlook that “Grand Exit” was not included in the timeline, even though this was discussed every meeting, over emails, and there were items in the decorations box clearly labeled for the grand exit. I feel like a lot of these miscommunications wouldn’t have happened, if we were speaking to the same person each time, or they were communicating better internally. There were also small things that didn’t get done in a timely manner during the wedding, like transferring flowers from ceremony to reception, and removing the plastic tops from our dessert trays prior to the cake cutting. We had a pretty simple wedding, I didn’t make any special requests besides transferring 2 floral arrangements from ceremony to reception (which they offered to do), because I understand they are human and I didn’t want to spread them too thin and have unrealistic expectations. I did the most with what their standard is to provide, so it’s a bit disappointing that these small things were overlooked on Bel Vinos end.

e. She has been there since my very first consultation and the wedding would not have turned out the way it did if it wasn't for her amazing help. The staff there is all kind, and super easy to communicate with, snd very responsive. With the actual design potion of the wedding, there are so many options going from the linens, to where you want to have your arch for your wedding day. The planning that went into it was extremely organized and detailed. Every time there was something new or deleted from the wedding, Sydnie would print out a new form which has the price breakdown, people attending, even down to the schedule for the big day. The wedding day was so calm and organized. There was food and drinks for both my husband and I in our rooms, and Sydnie went even further and got the specific beer he wanted for his room. I highly recommend this venue in specific to anyone who wants to have a fun, backyard, outside event!

Every single detail—from the initial tour, all the meetings to the final send-off—was handled with care, patience, and thought. The communication was always clear, timely, and always reassuring, which made the entire process completely stress free. They were always there to answer all of text messages and always reassured me that I was no bother. They made both Chris and I feel so so special. They never seemed annoyed at all of our questions or last minute changes or ever made us feel rushed. They’re literally not enough positive words for the team at Bel Vino they are the sweetest and put so much detail and thought into it all! The food was phenomenal. Our guests raved about the appetizers all of the food and how much of it there was! We got set up with Andrea from Dj Maestro and she was incredible to work with. od team was excellent - from the phone calls to organize leading up to the day, to the rehearsal walk through and the actual day, we felt like we were in wonderful hands. We had just over 100 guests, and we loved the setup of the space, with the ceremony looking out towards the vineyards and mountains, and the outdoor reception and dance floor! The food was so good and offered a lot of variety. We had the best experience and many of our guests commented on how great the venue/food/atmosphere was and that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Two brides are better than one! :)

olutely amazing to work with and in the end it was so worth the wait. So many great things about Bel Vino! The winery itself is stunning and really looked incredible when decked out for a wedding. Our wedding was an evening event and mother nature did not disappoint - The sunset was spectacular. I can't tell you how many guests raved about the venue, the wine, and the food. Jessy and Macey were so amazing to work with. Just the right temperament to work with nervous wedding brides and families. We worked with Jessy from the very beginning and she’s become so special to us we now call her “friend”. Another great thing about this winery is that Bel Vino has a gorgeous Airbnb house on the property. We rented the Bel Vino Airbnb home for the entire weekend of the wedding and I’m so glad we did. Everyone kept raving about just how wonderful the setup was. Booking the Bel Vino house was the best decision we ever made. If you have kids, it’s such a bonus and was awesome for them to be able to relax and hangout while we were busy getting hair and makeup done for the wedding. The home is huge with two large suites, perfect for getting ready before the ceremony. The night before our wedding, we held the rehearsal on site and then hosted the rehearsal dinner in the house. It was awesome and so personal. The house has a gorgeous dining room just perfect for hosting a special dinner. We pushed our Honeymoon to 2022 and opted to stay the night in the house after the wedding. It was so nice to just walk into the house and not have to go anywhere after the wedding. We asked a couple of family members to join us for drinks inside before everyone headed on their way. I really could not have asked for more at Bel Vino. The Venue was perfect in every way and the team at Bel Vino is so professional, and complete experts at what they do. I would recommend Bel Vino to everyone. If this winery is not on your radar you should put in on their fast!

There is also a house on the property that we rented for the weekend where the bridal party stayed and we hosted our rehearsal dinner. The house made the whole wedding go that much smoother and we had a blast spending the extra time with our family and friends there. I would recommend Bel Vino to anyone looking for a venue in the Temecula area. All of our guests are still telling us about how magical our wedding was and I most definitely give Bel Vino thanks for that because without the attentive and kind staff, it would not have been the amazing wedding it was.

Bel Vino Winery is absolutely stunning! The ceremony and reception sights are jut beautiful. Even at night, the outside lights give off just enough light, yet the stars still shine...

. The only reason I gave Bel Vino 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the coordination, or somewhat of a lack of coordination. While the coordinators I worked with were very sweet, there was a lack of organization. Certain things that were told would be provided were not provided or were incorrect, such as the card box or the draping over the ceremony arch. The rehearsal was very unorganized and people were being told to sit on the incorrect side of the ceremony. Also, the final payment was lost, so a new check needed to be mailed. Luckily, I was very organized in my planning and was able to avoid other issues that could have popped up. Also, the food was delicious; however, it was not as elegant looking as was presented in the food tasting. Plus, the desert (we served cannolis made by the chef instead of wedding cake) were much smaller and not set up as "pretty" as in the food tasting. Nevertheless, the food tasted great and guests would not have been aware of this difference! All of these things and the other bits of lacking organization, however, are just small things that did not affect the joy of the wedding and the beautiful, happy environment. If I were to redo my wedding, I would absolutely still choose Bel Vino! However, I advise any bride getting married at Bel Vino to be as organized as possible!
