We had regular monthly meetings to discuss details of the events that would occur before, during, and after the wedding. They regularly sent us email reminders about tasks to be completed before and after each meeting. They were patient, honest, sweet, down-to-earth and most of all professional. When things do not seem to fall in place, they always have befitting alternatives. We had a great experience with them. They followed up with all our vendors to sure they were aware of the timelines and were ready to comply with the flow of the wedding. When it came down to the photos, it was lit. We had what we wanted for our wedding because of them. I always told them, “Sometimes I think you are too detailed – which is good”. They will laugh it off and say, “it's my job- your success is our goal”. We highly recommend them!

What stuck out to us about this company is they made itineraries for everyone that had a role in our wedding from the venue, to the vendors, and down to the wedding party. They even broke down the bridesmaids and the groomsmen roles, and made us a timeframe for our actual wedding day so everything could run smooth and on time, and it worked! They were so awesome to work with, I would highly recommend this company .

A few bridesmaids and vendors commented to us that Belinda was really impressive and that her organization made everything run smoother than other weddings they had recently been a part of. She went above and beyond to help us get everything set up on the day of and make sure that it fit our vision. She did a great job of working with family members and other vendors to make sure they understood the timeline and got all of the logistics right, which really made the entire day run smoothly. Everything stayed right on the timeline and didn't feel rushed at all since she had set the timeline up so well. You always hear that something will go wrong on the wedding day and actually we didn't have anything big go wrong at all and I have a strong suspicion that is mostly due to Belinda being so organized and on top of planning everything ahead of time. I do think it's important to get on the same page early on in the process about the vision for the wedding - there were a few times where Belinda was very insistent on decorative items that we really didn't care about and she made her negative opinions of a few of my decor choices pretty clear, which led to some frustration, but in the end she clearly understood our vision and helped execute it beautifully. We owe so much to her.
