used heat on my hair when bleaching when any colorist worth their salt knows it states right on the box, container , etc. NOT TO USE HEAT . Burned my strong healthy hair ,damaged b...eyond repair , had to go to a color specialist . long story short .. cut 4 inches of dead white hair off my head . I no heat had been used , my disastrous hair color could have been corrected without needing the drastic cut . I suggest you go to someone with more experience who can follow simple directions .
