From Sjimon surprising me at the airport with custom Bell & Trunk bouquets while we were long-distance to decorating the patio gardens of Stable Cafe on our wedding day, Bell & Trunk's beautiful floral designs elevated every moment and infused it with romance. When it came to our wedding, we knew it had to be Bell & Trunk. Working with Vanessa and the Bell & Trunk team was a dream. With just a few conversations and exchanges of inspiration, Vanessa and her team immediately understood the vibe we were looking for -- local, natural, bright oranges balanced with organic greens -- and created an incredible bouquet, boutonnieres, and tablescape. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the amazing arrangements! In every step of the planning, Vanessa was calm, flexible, and very clear. Her familiarity with the venue was a huge help as well. I contacted Vanessa last minute since my venue changed cities. She quoted me a rate by phone that ended up being a different rate than she charged me. When it came time to pay, she...
overcharged me by $30, which I only found out when I checked my account online. She promptly refunded my money, but come on...wth? The day of my wedding, my uncle and I picked up my flowers which she said were arranged that morning. My bouquet was nice, but the edges of the roses were black, as if they were old flowers. I was not happy about that, but with my wedding 30 minutes away, what could I do? She included one extra boutinerre in my box, which I did not pay for. I suppose that was to make up for the trouble...IDK. Anyway, Vanessa is nice, friendly, and accomodating, but I would not use her services again due to the reasons listed above.
