Bell Chic

I am SO happy I found Bell Chic for my wedding beauty needs! I loved the looks on their website and Instagram: fresh, natural glam. I have very little knowledge about makeup, and Katelyn did a great job helping me verbalize what it was I actually wanted and executing it perfectly. My hair and makeup stayed put all night even in rainy, humid Houston weather. My bridesmaids were also so, so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out; they couldn't stop taking photos of themselves, and they normally avoid the camera. Plus, Bell Chic is very reasonably priced, especially for such high quality service! I cannot recommend Bell Chic any more highly!

Katelyn is amazing!! She did beautiful hair and make-up on 3 bridesmaids and myself beyond our expectations! She took her time and made each of us feel special and beautiful for the day! Katelyn was timely and professional and even reached out to me to coordinate a new trial day and time when the February freeze was happening! I could not have been happier with my decision to choose Bell Chic for my wedding hair and make-up! I highly recommend her!!

Katelyn was so amazing to work with! She did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos and for the wedding day and I felt so beautiful and relaxed both times! On the wedding day, she and an associate came to our venue early and had everything set up by the time we were ready to start. They were both so professional, easy to work with, and enjoyed what they were doing. Besides myself, the bridesmaids and mothers of the bride and groom all got hair and makeup done- everyone turned out gorgeous and so happy with their looks. One of the bridesmaids got her makeup done at the beginning of the process with a natural look and decided later that she wanted something bolder. Katelyn was easily able to get her back in the chair, make a few adjustments, and the bridesmaid was so grateful. They were so great to work with and so relaxing. So glad that I chose them!

Katelyn and the Bell Chic team were amazing!! We booked them for myself, my 6 bridesmaids and our two mommas! Katelyn had done a trial run with me back at September which put me completely at ease seeing I am very picky with my hair and makeup! She made me feel comfortable and at relaxed, she was extremely receptive to requested changes and any concerns! We showed up to our venue and her team was already there with everything set up and ready to go for us! Katelyn was working hair and makeup, Callie was working hair and Dianna on makeup! They were the absolute dream team! All of the girls were done before our planner came to get us for pictures! My bridesmaids and myself agreed that we felt so beautiful and happy with our hair and makeup! We were confident and feeling great! Our hair and makeup lasted all night, even through the dancing. The way they listened to our concerns was refreshing. The girls explained what they wanted and the Bell Chic team absolutely delivered. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

We hired Bell Chic for Hair and Makeup on the day of my Wedding for myself and my bridal party and they did an amazing job! Callie was doing hair, and Diana was doing makeup and both listened to what everyone wanted specifically and were so flexible and quick at getting everyone through! They were fun to hangout with also during the day and made it very stress free. I highly recommend doing a trial because I did that beforehand and it made me super excited for the day and feel at ease the day of because we had already perfected the look that we did and it turned out amazing :) Additionally, Bell Chic is one of the most affordable options and perform beautiful work that matches those that charge much more. Katelyn was wonderful to work with for hair and makeup for our wedding! She was so flexible and accommodating with all the COVID 19 changes we had to make. I found Katelyn after losing my original hair and makeup artist due to COVID 19 changes, but Katelyn was absolutely perfect. She captured the look I wanted and I received so many compliments on my hair and make up for that day! Thank you Katelyn!

Katelyn was absolutely great to work with during the wedding planning process and our wedding day. She was the third vendor that I hired out of all our wedding vendors. One of the things that drew me to Bell Chic was that many of the brides on her page had a more natural look. I normally don’t wear makeup, so I didn’t want a super dramatic wedding look. I had my hair and makeup trial the day of my bridal shoot & with the few photos that I had showed her as inspiration; she absolutely delivered magic. Day of she travelled up to our venue from the Friendswood area with a second HAMU for my five bridesmaids, flower girl and my makeup. I would highly recommend her.

Katelyn was amazing. I first utilized her services for my engagement pictures. I wanted a more natural look and she nailed it. I immediately booked her for myself and my wedding party. Everyone looked awesome and got the exact look they wanted. Our hair and makeup looked flawless all day which is saying something given the Texas heat and humidity. I can't recommend her enough!

Katelyn was lovely to work with for my wedding. It was clear from the beginning that she is very caring and focused on making everyone feel their best. Despite some timing/scheduling issues, she remained calm and upbeat throughout the day. I really loved the airbrush makeup she used, and her skill is undeniable. There were some issues with my hair and lipstick staying after my trial, and she made sure everything was nice and secure on the wedding day. It meant the world to me to watch her make some of the people I love most in the world feel beautiful and she had me doing a happy dance in the mirror as well!

Katelyn was amazing! I had a hard time finding a hair and makeup artist and when I found Bell Chic, I knew I had found my beauty artist! Katelyn was so lovely and spent lots of time with me during the trial run to help me figure out the perfect look. She was amazing the day of. My ladies loved her, and she was so kind even though we had to deal with the a/c breaking where we were getting ready. She helped to keep everyone in good spirits and relaxed. She even brought a new lip color just for me since she knew I was struggling to find one! I would recommend her to anyone that wants someone fun, relaxing, professional, and extremely talented to do their beauty!

I have no words for how much we ALL loved the girls! If honest, my bridesmaids are all really picky with hair and makeup and not one of them had a complaint. I told Katelyn how I wanted to look and she did it without hesitation. Two of my bridesmaids and I had 3 other trials with no luck. My schedule never allowed for a trial, yet they all did so great. Everyone, my mother, grandmother, bridesmaids, and I all received so many compliments from everyone. I have to add, we are all different ethnicities, skin tones, skin concerns, and ALL have different types of hair. They were incredible pros and were able to easily make us all look beautiful. I am so thankful.

Katelyn and Kendra are amazing! Not only are they extremely talented, but they are both so friendly and easy to talk to. All of my bridesmaids looked beautiful and everyone was very happy with their experience. My trial also went really well. Katelyn was able to make a few changes I requested on the wedding day, and my bridal hair and makeup came out perfect! I really appreciated Katelyn’s frequency of communication and responsiveness to messages. Overall, she was exceptionally easy to work with - I would definitely recommend Bell Chic to other brides!

Katelyn and her team were the best! They traveled to Galveston and did our hair and makeup for the bridal party. They used high quality product and everyone looked gorgeous! The team was personable and listened exactly to what each bridesmaid desired for their look. Not only is Bellchic highly skilled, their customer service is unmatched! It started down pouring right when we finished and needed to get into our shuttle and they helped move everything we needed and got completely soaked so that we wouldn’t mess up our hair and makeup! One of the girls even went and got us an umbrella to use and keep for the rest of the day. We were all super impressed with Bellchic and would highly recommend them!

Katelyn is absolutely fabulous and not to mention one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She and her team made me, my bridesmaids and family members look fabulous. She has even done my make up as a bridesmaid for a couple of weddings and I always feel confident despite whatever bridesmaid dress I have to wear she will make me look my best! Katelyn is incredible! I booked a studio trial with Katelyn after searching for affordable, yet talented artists on The Knot. After my hair & makeup came out exactly how I hoped (natural/classic but still glam with a smokey eye), I booked her right away. They arrived to our venue early and worked efficiently (even finishing early!) without sacrificing quality. Katelyn and her team gave off great vibes - all positive, laid-back and relaxed, which I was grateful for as an anxious bride. She was also flexible and open to my last-minute desire to change my hair from an updo to pin curls. All 13 of my girls - bridesmaids, mom, MIL & aunt (all of varying ages, ethnicities, skin tones and hair textures) were incredibly happy with their looks, offering many compliments on Katelyn's work. My makeup stayed on all night, with Katelyn leaving me with a fresh lipstick and my girls with a lipstick sample to touch up throughout the night. Will definitely be booking Katelyn again for special days in the future, and have/will continue to recommend her to friends preparing for their own special days.

Katelyn Bergeson and her crew were amazing! Katelyn spent time doing trial hair and make-up with me before my big day so we could make sure it was exactly what I had in mind. On the day of, she and her staff worked patiently with smiles and sense of humors while they spent their entire day making my beautiful bride tribe look absolutely stunning! Katelyn did my hair and makeup for a recent photo shoot with my family. Can I just say I felt like we were instant friends! From the beginning, Katelyn puts you at ease and walks you through everything, asking plenty of questions to get down to the “look” you’re going for. I love how easy it is to talk to her, and how much attention she devotes to your look, while working efficiently. She did a fantastic job with my hair and makeup, and made sure it was the look I wanted before we left for our shoot. Katelyn was everything I could have ever dreamed and hoped for when creating the most perfect, timeless, and flawless look the day of my wedding. When doing our trials before, I was unsure, not able to verbalize the look I was going for, and basically was no help when it came to telling her what I wanted. I didn't have a good idea of what colors, looks, and style looked well on my skin or with my facial features. Katelyn showed no worry when working with me and gave me the gentle calm to my storm! She provided me with such reassurance when talking through my make up and hair looks, was unbelievably patient with all my added little touches and details, answered all my questions, addressed every single concern I had, but that wasn't even the greatest part... Everytime Katelyn worked with me she was beyond patient, kind, genuine, and most of all a good listener to what I wanted, knew what I needed, and had the best temperament and attitude the day of my wedding. When I would start to get worked up, she would just talk to me as if we were friends getting coffee and help in any way she could to make me feel like that fairytale bride on the most special day of my life. I owe a huge amount of confidence to her when getting ready the morning of with all my friends, mother, and sister. I applauded her to never making it about her and always making it about me and what my vision was. And for continuing to provide such phenomenal customer service even after the wedding to check in and make sure everything went well throughout the day, even after her and her team had left. If there's only one thing you make sure you do right for your wedding, it's to book this lady!

Katelyn did such a great job with my bridal hair and make up, and for my mom too! I was so nervous because I never really do my makeup. During our trial run I showed her a few pictures and she was able to recreate it on me. If I didn't like how something turned out she changed it up until I was satisfied with it. On my wedding day she was there on time and finished mine and my mom's hair&makeup quickly. The makeup lasted all night long! She is so sweet and listens to what you want. Even if you don't really know what you want, she'll make it work! I received so many compliments! I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Plus she responded rather quickly to any questions I had. Katelynn was so incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend bell.chic for any of your hair and makeup needs! At my trial, she made sure i was 100% happy with everything, and even re-did my hair because i wanted it a little different. My bridal portraits turned out amazing and the day of my wedding was amazing as well. There were 8 of us getting our hair and makeup done so she brought another person to help out who was equally as awesome and kind as she was. I even threw in an extra person at the end and they did it without hesitation. So so wonderful!!

Katelyn and her assistant did a wonderful job. Katelyn came recommended to me from my sister in law, who also used Bell Chic for her wedding. Katelyn did my hair and makeup, in addition to my five bridesmaids. I showed her what every bride does, a picture on Pinterest, and my hair looked better than I ever could have imagined. She made me not only look m beautiful, but feel beautiful too. The best part was that she traveled to our hotel so we could get ready in the hotel room!

I am so glad that I chose Bell Chic to do our makeup for our wedding. I had a trial airbrush makeup session with Katelyn, and as soon as she finished I knew that I was going to book her. The day of the wedding our venue along with 8000 other people in the area lost power as Katelyn was doing our makeup. Katelyn was so calm as they hooked a generator up so she could still do the airbrush makeup. My hairdresser and Katelyn had to keep switching off on who was using the one outlet. It was very hot, yet Katelyn never complained. The power ended up coming on a few hours later just in time for her to finish my makeup. Katelyn transformed me into a princess. I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for working so well with the power hiccup, along with us adding another person to the 6 people she was already doing the makeup for. Everyone loved their makeup, especially me as the bride. My makeup lasted until the very end of the night. Thank you so much for making me a princess for my wedding day.

Katelyn is SO GOOD at what she does. My hair looked amazing and lasted for over 12 hours, intact! My make-up was also flawless and felt completely lightweight on my face. Katelyn was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is easy to communicate with, fairly priced, and does amazing work. We did a lot of communicating through email which was awesome because it can be hard for me to have the time to sit down and talk on the phone. She always responded within 24 hours and answered all of my questions! When I went in to have a hair and makeup trial, she made sure that she knew exactly what I wanted and went from there. Katelyn is amazing! She made myself and all of my bridesmaids, as well as my MIL and a dear family friend, feel and look absolutely beautiful. Katelyn is a talented make up artist and hair stylist! She gave me the perfect, most beautifully natural make up style and it truly was flawless. Katelyn is amazing!!! I discovered her because she did the hair and makeup at one of my best friends weddings and I was so impressed! Her prices were fair and actually cheaper than a lot of her competition! I had two hair trials, one for an updo and one for a "down-do", I was happy with both but went with the updo due to the time of year of my wedding and the weather. The day of my wedding she was early and stayed prompt with the schedule (I had 11 people). Katelyn and her stylists that came with her did an incredible job and me and my bridesmaids looked amazing! Katelyn and her artists were amazing! My special day was in Galveston and she was able to travel down there and and pamper us at our beach house. It was so nice to be able to get ready close to the venue where we could all be in the same place. She was very punctual and seemed to have knowledge with all the latest trends for hair and make up. Katelyn was an absolute dream to work with. I was referred to her by a friend and am so thankful. I used my trial run for my engagement pictures and was totally blown away with her work. I did not know what I wanted, but she had wonderful ideas (that I never would have thought of!) and I looked and felt amazing. Cut to 7 months later - for the wedding, I had just planned to do the same makeup and hair as my trial. Katelyn did that, but also made some wonderful changes to help make my hair look more bridal and fantastic. Hair and Makeup stayed perfect all night long, which I don't think is common for most brides who cry as much as me. I got so many compliments throughout the night. The makeup was natural so I still looked like myself, but I was truly transformed into a beautiful bride. Can't thank Katelyn enough!!!

So Katelyn has done my hair and makeup and two of my kids and their bridal parties for those two weddings as well as for family photos. She did such an amazing job.
