nts, and she was so accommodating the entire time. When we decided to have a small legal ceremony in 2020, we had Bell Flowers make us a bouquet and boutonniere so it would feel a bit more special. Cathy worked with me through a Pinterest mood board suggesting flowers, and even had me come by to see a mockup in person prior to our wedding. In 2022, she was very communicative and made a mockup of our centerpieces to make sure it was what we expected. On the day of, everything looked amazing. The prices were extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I received from DC-area florists, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Bell Flowers again!
