Stay Away!! I hired Michelle of Bella Amour Events as my “day of” wedding coordinator and everything seemed fine until I paid her. She had endless excuses as to why her communicati...
on was slow, which seemed genuine and then stopped ALL communication and I can't find her. I want a full refund and will pursue this!
I am now left 2 months out from my wedding day and have absolutely NOTHING to show for my money and hard work.
As a destination wedding this has been extremely stressful and I am disappointed to say the least. My wedding date is 12/12/16 and I don't have anything booked because part of her job as a coordinator was to give me advice on vendors and I needed assistance with logistics/travel/weather information as it is a destination wedding. To say I'm upset is an understatement. She has taken my hard earned money from me and what do I have? I have an unplanned wedding a no day-of coordinator who has been paid.
I'd give zero stars if I could.
Seriously, we are so glad we got a day of coordinator. Michelle is all that and more. She is so sweet, thoughtful, nice but she also means business. She was so helpful from day ...
one, recommending vendors and is always quick to answer emails or messages. She works efficiently yet is so patient, especially when you need to make last minute changes. From all the days leading up to our special day, Michelle made sure we had everything we needed.
The day before our wedding, she came by to pick up everything she could to relieve us from stress of carrying things to the venue ourselves. Michelle and her team worked their magic to set up everything to our expectations. Her team are also so sweet and nice. They made sure our wedding day ran smoothly, in which it did!
Don't think twice, just book her if you want a STRESS free wedding day! I did not worry about a thing. I was definitely one of those brides who stayed in the moment with guests, danced a ton and had the best day of her life.
Michelle, you've exceeded our expectations and we thank you a million times more for going above and beyond to make our day so smooth, stress free, beautiful and most importantly, special. TAH
Michelle and Sasha and team were so nice from start to finish. I didn't have a wedding planner to coordinate and she was really easy to work with. At our first meeting she immediat...
ely understood my vision of the wedding and only after 2 days provided me a quote and inspiration pictures. The chuppah she made with blue and white chiffon and sparkly was amazing. She handmade customized pieces so our wedding didn't look like the next couple's. She and team went above and beyond what we expected and she's the nicest person. I really felt like it was a friend to
