ur way through our lessons and by the time they’re over they’ve just flown by. Not to mention she has done a fabulous job teaching us both together and creating a dance that’s compatible with both of our ability’s even though we have vastly different experience levels. We will for sure be recommending Leanna and Bella ballroom to everyone we know.

walked into the studio and was greeted by Nick, I knew right away this was a great dance studio. We were welcomed so warmly, they went over everything in detail and was just so easy to work out a schedule and start the timeline we would need for our wedding. Our first lesson we learned so much, and now 6 months later, we have really grown into the knowledge of several dances. With our wedding in 2 weeks, I am so confident that our first dance is going to be one I will always remember and share forever! Nick kept us going the whole time, even after changing the songs and choreography several times. He is amazing to work with and we really couldn’t be happier! Even my fiance, who has little experience of dancing is looking like a Fred Astaire, well in my eyes! ;) We stay focused with lots of smiles, laughs and jokes here and there. Nick, thank you for all your hard work and patience with us! We do look forward to learning Tango after the wedding and keeping up with the dancing!

This studio is open all day and into the night, which makes scheduling great when you have a busy schedule. omething either of us has ever really done before. But enter Nick and his jokes, it just made the experience fun and relaxing and that made all the difference. We did the 10 class package and the repetition really helped us have confidence to do the dance sequence on our wedding day. I never thought I would learn to do spins and my husband learned dips and lifts, it's crazy how much you can learn in a short span of time. We nixed a move that we were worried we would mess up on our wedding day and Nick totally understood and reworked the sequence with us. On our wedding day everything came together and we didn't mess up lol! Even in heels and my dress, the dance steps work. Pro tip ladies: bring heels similar in height to your wedding shoes and make sure your seamstress bustles your dress high enough to let you dance. I tested the dance steps in my dress fittings, and going backwards like in a waltz didn't work, my dress would get caught in my heels, and the seamstress had to rework the bustle to allow for my dance moves. She did it right and my dress wasn't in the way during our first dance.

his background and also time to learn about us and why we wanted dance lessons. Our goal was to do something very special for our first dance on the night of our wedding. Our vision was to start off with a nice ballroom dance that would spontaneously turn in to a hip hop medley. My husband and i love to dance, but neither of us knew anything about ballroom dancing or choreographing a routine. Right away Nick grasped the concept of what we were going for. During our initial meeting, Nick showed us "the box". While this step is basic, it was foreign and took us some time to get used to. Nick was there to guide us and help us from the start. Our first experience went so well that we opted to go with the 10 week package on the spot. After that, as it got closer to our wedding, we strategically planned our lessons (we went once a week) to end a week before our wedding. Each week we would go in and put together our routine with Nick. Throughout the whole process Nick was super patient with my husband and i. He knows how to teach people while also making it fun. He uses silly metaphors such as "drunk pizza girl" and "t-rex arms" that really help you remember how to maintain position and look your best. Our wedding has since passed and i can say with confidence that my husband and i killed our routine! Our guests were so impressed and entertained. We had a blast performing for all of them and it was something special that my husband and i hardly remember, but will never forget. If you're wanting or are in need of dance lessons for whatever reason, i fully recommend going to Bella Ballroom and hiring Nick as your instructor. Itll be a fun experience but he will also help you achieve your dancing goals. He holds you accountable so you definitely gotta put in that work! But all the work is so worth it! Thank you Nick and the whole Bella Ballroom staff for helping us put on a show for our friends and family at our wedding. We couldn't have done it without you!

Of all the things we did to get ready for the wedding, the dance lessons were the best. My fiancee (now wife!) And I looked forward to the lesson every week and practicing at home as well. We now have a new passion that we can do as a couple and plan on returning to the studio for more lessons. Once again, Nathan and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. I have already recommended them to other couples. When you start lessons at Bella, you will go in as a client, but you will leave as really good friends.

schedules leading up to the wedding day, it was great to use some of the sessions as practice as well. We reserved the sessions well in advance to get them into the calendar. The timings were incredibly flexible which was helpful. Nathan created a dance for us with our jam “You’ve got a friend in me.” He incorporated turns and dips, lifts, and even a “death drop.” He was very patient, complimentary, and easy to be around. We had so much fun and really enjoyed spending the time as a couple learning the dance. Our guests were blown away when we performed the dance at our wedding. We are so super grateful and hope to join Bella Ballroom for more dancing in the future. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone hoping to learn a dance for fun or for purpose!
